Almost all interviews were broadcast on Radio International but two and those will be on the show this and next week.     Cimberly at Melodifestivalen 2026 with   "Eternity" (Number 6)   Interview with Cimberly:  A debutant at Melodifestivalen 2026 with the song "Eternity" is Cimberly what won Swedish Idol in 2023. Cimberly's entry made it out of the 3888 songs sent into the Swedish Broadcaster SVT into the Top 30 songs which then were distributed into the five heats. Cimberly performed her song in Heat 4 out of Malmö where she was the second act to make it directly to the Grand Final of Melodifestivalen 2026 after Smash Into Pieces coming 6th in the Grand Final. Radio International had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing Cimberly at the Artists' Hotel near the Malmö Arena.  The interview will air on the show this week.      The Eurovision Spotlight - The Eurovision 2026 Land in Geographical Regions:   Austria will host the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in the Wiener Stadthalle on 12 and 14 May 2026 for the two Semi Finals and the Grand Finale to take place on Saturday, 16 May 2026. One of my favorite parts of Christmas is the lights! My guest today is new author Makennah Johnston, who has just published a wonderful children's story called "The McBrights":  "Every Christmas Eve, the McBrights dazzle from the branches of the Evergreen Tree in Henbrook's town square, warming hearts with their old-fashioned glow. This year, however, something isn't quite right. The McBrights are left in their storage box for longer than usual, and when they are finally unpacked, they find themselves for sale at an antique store! They may be vintage, but their bulbs aren't burnt out yet. Bernie McBright is determined to get his family shining where they belong. Could the store's newest visitor be the spark the McBrights need to light up Christmas once more?" I also recommend another children's Christmas book called The Candy Cane Forest by Lindsay Ann Fink. Florida's ban on the open carrying of firearms is unconstitutional according to the 1st District Court of Appeal. The three-judge panel ruled that the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution guarantees the right to bear arms including the right to openly do so. In response Florida's Attorney General James Uthmeier stated: Florida's 1st District Court of Appeals just ruled that Florida's open carry ban is no longer constitutionally enforceable statewide. Our office fully supports the Court's decision. This is a big win for the Second Amendment rights of Floridians. As we've all witnessed over the last few days, our God-given right to self-defense is indispensable.

For this episode of Season 4, I had the pleasure of interviewing science fiction author Keith McWalter. We had a terrific chat about his newest novel Lifers. This was such a cool premise for me and I had to interview him to see where his ideas originated and where they were going to end up. Here is the blurb: In the year 2050, the man known as Zinn is on the run from the consequences of his greatest creation: an artificial genome that wildly increases the human lifespan. As we continue through the Gospel of Matthew series we come across a passage I truly believe isn't spoken enough about and that's Matthew 10:32-33. I spent time explaining why I believe these two verses should be one complete thought instead of being two separate verses. Now the deeper issue has to do with reaping the name Jesus Christ. Over the years there have been numerous times where an athlete mentions their relationship and affiliation with Jesus Christ and the news outlets have decided to cut that portion out of the interview and broadcast. Why do you think that this is happening? Another question is why are people more comfortable with Thanking God but never specify which God they are speaking of? I believe That this is an issue that is not mentioned enough which is why I am using Matthew 10:32-33 to address it. Let's Give Jesus Christ His Just due!

Will Hild, executive director of Consumers' Research, has a message for everyday Americans.“Here's the only definition of ESG you really need to remember,” Hild says, talking about environmental, social, and governance standards. “ESG is when the financial services industry uses their market power to push through environmental and social policy that they could not get passed through the ballot box.” “So, take the E for example, that stands for environment. What that really means is pushing companies to hit net-zero carbon emissions by 2050,” Hild says. “S stands for social,” he adds. “What that really means is pushing companies to engage in LGBTQ propaganda, transgender ideology, pro-choice propaganda or policies at the corporate board level, or weighing into board makeup of companies in terms of setting racial and sexual quotas at the board level.”“And then, the G … stands for governance, and that's really just the enforcement mechanism,” he adds. The Wagner Group, mercenaries led by Yevgeny Prigozhin, revolted against the Kremlin over the weekend after its leader claimed the Russian military killed 2,000 of its fighters in Ukraine. Victoria Coates, a senior research fellow in international affairs and national security at The Heritage Foundation, explains that “the Wagner Group is essentially a private paramilitary group run by Prigozhin, who was actually imprisoned for corruption at the end of the Soviet Union and then somehow became [Russian President Vladimir] Putin's private chef, and they established a very close relationship.” (The Daily Signal is the news outlet of The Heritage Foundation.) Coates also weighs in on whether she thinks the rank-and-file members of the Russian military have lost confidence in Putin. “Well, they've certainly lost confidence in the top control of the ministry, particularly [Sergei] Shoigu, the minister of defense, who was never popular,” she says. “And in a way, Putin's kept him around because he isn't popular, and he doesn't threaten Putin's popularity, and he was an offset to Prigozhin who was an offset to Shoigu.”“So, that kind of arrangement has worked for a while, but if there is a greater perception within Russia than we realize of how poorly the Ukraine war has gone, given the way it was sold as a three-day war, inevitable triumph, that obviously has not turned out to be the case, and the casualties have been horrific. And if that is starting to sink in, he might have another Afghanistan-style situation on his hands, and this could be a real emblem of that,” Coates says.
