Hello from Ben & Nate! We're so glad you are here right now. Our intention with this show is to serve the world by sharing our experiences. We're on the path of living a life of presence and love. We don't see anything else more important than this. Our hope is that our message will touch your heart and open your mind so you may transcend any challenge or limitation in your life and live more fully who you are, which is an absolutely amazing person who has a special purpose in this life!! Life is a journey and we all just need to have a little more fun ;-)
What is prayer really? Is it asking for things we need or is it diving into complete Trust with our Inner Teacher? Is it begging for things we don't have or is it recognizing what we already have it? We grew up with a limited and fear-based concept of prayer, but when we picked it up again by choice later on we have realized it's one of the most powerful things we can do in this life! Enjoy this one
Let's talk about the power of slowing things down! These words of great wisdom came to Nate from a giant, magnificent Oak Tree, and have stuck with him ever since. We often associate slowing down with stopping or falling behind, but may not be the case at all. Often times we end up being more productive, more energetic, and receive inspiration when we let go of the need to rush things. Enjoy this one
What is worthiness? Is it inherent or something the we must earn? What is self-love? What is doing the loving and what is being loved? Yuki, a spiritual conscious manifestation coach and a dear friend and mentor of Ben and Nate, comes to share his unique and fascinating perspective on this wonderful topic! Enjoy :-)IG - @yukiyoshii www.Feeling-Awesome.com

Outer success is not a sure sign of health or happiness, and we can't know what somebody is really going through until we hear their story. James is a wonderful example of making the decision for health and well-being over financial success, and also not letting a painful life circumstance dictate his ability to be happy and joyful and inspired to be of service to others. We all have our own things going on that we think are so dark that we can't share them with anybody. We can hardly look at them ourselves, but looking at them and sharing them is one way to begin to process of overcoming them. In vulnerability we find our strength. In vulnerability we allow others to feel safe. Thank you James for doing that with us and in your life!insta @jimtyap
Ben was recently called to the womb to do some deep healing work. Our teacher, Brenda (ep.9, 25), guided Ben through an Age Regression taking Ben back to his mother's womb and into his childhood. With understanding comes compassion and compassion opens the door to unconditional Love. Ben was presented with some amazing lessons in this age regression session. They shook him up as he went back to his life and tried to implement them, and it surely made an absolutely incredible conversation that we shared here with you. Enjoy!
Tanza is the creator and founder of Modern Day Mystic where she serves as a business mentor and coach for spiritual and wholistic practitioners. She has this wonderful passion of helping people merge Business and Heart; two things that typically stay separate. If we are truly going to create change in this modern day world though, we must learn how to integrate these two commonly distant aspects of life. She is so easy to listen to, super charismatic, very loving and funny! We really enjoyed this conversation and we hope you do too :-Dwww.tanzaelinstahl.com

Bonnie works from her heart (period). She took a huge risk and gave up much security in pursuing the Lexend project trusting that she could bring something into this world that would have a significant impact on many people's educational development. That takes somebody who is miracle-minded ;-)As an educational therapist she created the first Lexend typeface 20 years ago aiming to reduce visual stress and to improve reading performance for those with dyslexia and other struggling readers. Today, her goal is to make the Lexend fonts accessible to a larger spectrum of users thanks to the support of many talented collaborators. As you will see when you listen, this is a special, heart-filled project for Bonnie. Lexend.comTwitter @LexendFonts
You Squared is a thin silver book that looks kind of cheesy. Within, however, is a powerful message that will flip your perspective on yourself and help you realize your potential. We've been deeply affected by this book and in this episode we share some of its powerful messages, how it's changed our minds about things, and suggest how to read it for AMAZING results. You Squared by Price Pritchett
Brenda is back to share her mind-blowing and heart-opening experiences as a shaman practitioner. She brought the transformational practice of Shamanic Journeying to Ben and Nate back in 2019 and it has impacted our lives in the most beautiful way. As Brenda shares she encourages us all to open our minds beyond what we can see with our eyes, hear with our ears, taste with our tongues, and think with our rational minds! Enjoy this one ;-)Brenda - dbrodriguez@aol.comFoundation for Shamanic Studies
Heather, founder of Sister Roots, is back for a simply wonderful conversation about roles and identities that we are often so confused about these days. Things such as gender and popularity create such a pull on the individual to be a certain way in the eyes of others which leads to living an inauthentic life, but living authentically is the greatest joy there is!! Heather so beautifully orchestrates a conversation about being authentically YOU :-)www.SisterRoots.comInsta @heathrosegood - @wearesisterroots
Jonathan is a parent of a two-year-old, a former death coach, dream-worker, group facilitator, a transporter of human remains, and has an MA in Consciousness and Transformative studies. This conversation is so unique and it builds slowly. Jonathan's gentle, unassuming nature conveys deep ideas with a pleasantness that keeps sinking in until the very last minute. Thank you Jonathan :-) we are so grateful for this time with you!
Candace is super real
Caution: this episode is highly profound! This conversation with Aaron was truly amazing and left us with so many beautiful things to ponder from the joy of living life with questions instead of answers to why relationships are so deep and meaningful to us all. He is a relationship coach, a father of two and a husband, a former professional poker player, and learned transcendental meditation when he was 5. Thank you so much for your time and insights Aaron! We enjoyed every minute :-)Insta @aaron_fs
Mellara's story is quite fascinating, by no means traditional or easy, and somehow here she is thriving as a yoga and meditation teacher and mother of two and doing it with as much love as she can! What if our soul purpose was just to experience true connection with all of life? With every person, animal, all of nature, and ourselves? Maybe our true calling would be obvious once we lived from this place of connection. We don't see why not ;-) We don't need to be so stressed about what we are going to do in life. Just be full of care and gratitude, and serve your brothers and sisters with all your heart and everything else will take care of itself!www.journeyonthepodcast.wixsite.com/herenow

At the end of the day energy is just energy! We don't need to label it or classify it, BUT it's fun to talk about ;-) We have a fun discussion about Feminine/Masculine (Yin/Yang, Moon/Sun) energies in the divine sense and from society's point of view. This episode is all about balance, connection, and courage. I hope you enjoy!https://journeyonthepodcast.wixsite.com/herenowWatch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/fHEFmptF37A
Nicole is a psychic medium, intuitive healer, a super rad person, and Ben’s wife!! The realm of energy is vast and infinite. It goes against the logical, rational mind and it makes life super interesting, adventurous, and fun! Ben shares the past life of the monk, Zenny Benny, and how he got a glimpse of the true power and magic within the present moment, how we can be productive in life without taking it so seriously, and how the best time to take action is NOW ;-) This episode is awesome. We hope this episode opens your mind and opens your heart. Love is the only way forward.YouTube: https://youtu.be/ghrK5Sf0eFs
"I don't know shit about shit!" It seems this is the main lesson Ben got from these past lives :-D And what a great lesson to receive! As we learn we realize how little we know. As we realize how little we know we learn and grow. In this episode Ben dives into a couple past lives, the Mobster and the Witch, and learns amazing lessons like trusting in your purpose even if it means death and overcoming the grips of anger and regret. Enjoy this super fun episode!!YouTube: https://youtu.be/iBNmEmtqv4o

The past is either a huge hindrance or a GREAT teacher. We choose the latter ;-) Whether you're familiar with past lives or not this episode will probably be interesting and insightful. Ben has some amazing past life experiences and we delve into the core lessons of each and how they've helped him move forward in life with more love, enthusiasm, and ease. We can all learn from the past, whether it's our own or somebody else's. It really just depends on how you look at it!YouTube: https://youtu.be/YaEt1j4MR8M
Goals are for growth! Typically we avoid goals because we're afraid of failure. We weren't taught how to use goals as a fun tool to live life more fully, break out of our shells, and move past perceived limitations. Maybe this episode will flip your perspective on what a goal is and how the circumstances actually don't dictate completely what you can and cannot do, but actually HELP you create!YouTube: https://youtu.be/hyPzwc3hkvk
Meditation can be described and practiced and lived in many different ways. At the end of the day, it's probably the simplest thing there is, and we've found it to be extremely helpful in our lives becoming EASIER :-) Yes, meditation has made our lives easier. One way to put it is that meditation is the total acceptance of the present moment. Anything other than that is some degree of suffering. Being with life unconditionally, being open and receptive to what comes, and letting life guide us is a beautiful way to live.YouTube: https://youtu.be/-A8BKqdeM_8
What is a belief? Simply put, it's a thought that we hold as true. What we think about ourselves, people in our lives, and the world around us creates beliefs that filter how we perceive everything. So, what do you believe about life? Is it holding you back? Creating disharmony in relationships? Or are you believing in things that will create a better you and a better world? Check it out!YouTube: https://youtu.be/s3Tl4fz9mHE
The awareness and practice of gratitude has made a significant impact in our lives. We all have had something grip us to the point where we felt powerless, like we needed this thing or else we would die! We share our stories in how we overcame some addictions in our lives.YouTube: https://youtu.be/W2DVCeZaOao
We all have "that one thing" that has held us back in life. The truth is that the thing never held us back, but our perception of it did. We talk about that thing for us, how it has held us back, how it's helped us grow, and the huge blessing that was inside of this thing all along.YouTube: https://youtu.be/dFiAtq7_sw8
