This week, we dive into an overlapping space within the Home Staging and Real Estate industry: Running a business with and alongside your spouse. I sit down with my guest, Daniel Coffman, co-owner of Staged Spaces, an educator and speaker within the staging community, to discuss the relationship dynamics of running a business — and raising a family — together, with your partner. Originally from the Midwest and currently based in Los Angeles, CA, Daniel has specialized in the Home Design and Real Estate industry for nearly a decade. Even further, Daniel is known for his creative collaboration efforts and ability to ensure both he and his work are noticed and remembered. We discuss how and why Daniel entered the Home Staging and Real Estate industry, and the responsibilities he and his partner, Jacyn, each have within their company, Staged Spaces. Daniel also shares tips and techniques on how they maintain effective communication, strategies for managing their personal and professional lives, and how their children respond to the social media aspect of a home staging business. Love what Daniel has to say? Be sure to check out Daniel's past Staging Community Talk about staging workflow on Episode #150 of The Home Staging Show.

Jacyn Siebert. A self confessed addict to a compulsion to be there at every single turn and twist for the people in her life: her friends, her job, her partners - co-dependency was her addiction and she had no idea. Exhausted, jumping from one persons call to another: a wake up call caught her unawares in the form of collecting her friends baby when his father found himself in Jail just after the death of his wife, that baby's mother. Realising her 3am 'I'll save you' phone calls were an addiction to mask her own wounds, in just 11 days she fled to the jungles of Bali from the US - getting just about as far away from her friend time zone as she could - this time for herself. In order to understand herself, recover, build a new 'her'. Sacred Cacao, roaring like a lion in the jungle, breaking down and having her mother channelled to her so she could apologise are in all in here - along with Jacyn's thoughts on recovery, receiving her blessing and going back to the US changed. She is a remarkable woman with an inspiring story - told just for you, to inspire.
