The Lady Tech Charmers (LTC) partnered with non-profit organization She Flew The Coop (SFTC) on a special edition podcast series called the "Inside Scoop to Flying the Coop". The goal She Flew the Coop and this special edition series is to help women "wake the flock up", get out of their comfort zone, and fly the coop of comfort to go after their dreams. Founder of SFTC Sarah Colon-Harris created a 12-step curriculum for the She Flew The Coop non-profit organization to help ambitious women get out of their own way to go after their goals and dreams. SFTC is serving women internationally, as well as serving corporations and universities to inspire people to live to their fullest potential. Sarah turns the tables on Lady Tech Charmers co-hosts Paula Okonneh, Dr. Sharon Jones, and Caitlin Sellers Castevens to uncover how they have flown the coop and gotten out of their comfort zones over the course of their lives and their careers. We were thrilled to be part of Podfest 2019 in Orlando! We met people like John Lee Dumas, Pat Flynn, Kate Erickson... It was an excellent learning experience. Some of the take aways were that Apple podcasts downloads account for nearly 80% of all downloads. We also learned about the 10x 10 x 10 method which encourages 10 minutes of brain dumping, 10 minutes of organizing and 10 minutes of refining the top 3 ideas.
