She's also recently joined our team as a DOSS Social Agent and offers essential resources including trusted connections to real estate professionals for anyone considering a move! I first met Annette at our sons' high school where our youngest was starting his Senior year --his 3rd high school since moving to Texas following a 4-year assignment abroad. Unfortunately, our agent had not provided the time or resources we needed to find a home and schools for our family's unique needs. We were often surprised, especially given the high cost of each of our moves, at the lack of on-the-ground-support during an often quick trip to find 'home' in a new city.  So Annette and I instantly connected as "Trailblazing Partners" who were often left to handle the logistics beyond the physical move. Or Airbnb.  However, the challenge for real estate innovators seeking to bring new ideas to the marketplace--It is difficult to innovate in a monopoly.  Unfortunately, the real estate industry often runs more like a cartel than a consumer-friendly business designed to maximize the home owner's investment.
