June is all about clarity ✨. If you've felt stuck or unsure, that fog starts lifting this month. The energy of the past few months has been clearing space, and now it's like—ohhh, that's why that happened. We may not have every answer yet, but things are clicking into place. And with all the planetary shifts happening, especially in the first half of the month, the clarity is only growing. On Friday, June 6th, Venus moves into Taurus—her favorite place to be. It's all about love, beauty, pleasure, and comfort
I had the giggles while recording this, so if it sounds like I'm about to burst out laughing at any moment—it's because I was!
Welcome to Gemini Season! Gemini Season kicks off this week, and things are starting to feel a little lighter and more fun. Gemini energy is curious, chatty, and social, and with lucky Jupiter hanging out in Gemini for the next few weeks too, it's an especially sweet time—especially if you're a Gemini like me! Think: more parties, more ideas, more spontaneous conversations, and more reasons to celebrate life. And the energy gets even better when Mercury (Gemini's ruling planet) enters Gemini on May 25. That amps up the mental buzz and gives us three magical weeks to brainstorm, connect, and soak up inspiration. It's flirty, playful energy—so don't be surprised if love shows up or your current relationship gets a refresh. This is the season of fun, connection, and creative ideas flying in faster than ever. But there's also some deeper stuff happening astrologically. Saturn moves into Aries this week for the first time in nearly 30 years, and that's a big deal. Saturn brings structure and long-term focus, and Aries brings action and fresh starts. Together, they're helping us start big, life-changing projects—and actually stick with them. We're entering a brand-new karmic chapter. And get this: Saturn is traveling alongside dreamy Neptune in Aries, which is a rare combo. Saturn wants rules, Neptune wants to dissolve them—so together, they're helping us break down old systems that aren't working and build something better. It's time to reinvent ourselves and our lives. Things are being torn down, both globally and personally, so we can rebuild in a way that's more aligned with who we really are. The cherry on top? One of the best New Moons of the year is coming next week, followed by a powerful Full Moon mid-June. Oh, and lucky, expansive Jupiter moves into Cancer on June 9 (my birthday!). This is one of the most supportive, heart-centered transits we'll see for a while, and it's here to help us actually enjoy the ride. So yeah—this summer? It's big. It's magical. It's going to change everything. Time to start dreaming up what you want it to look like. Learn more and purchase the Summer Pass at https://www.abundology.com/summer-pass
Tomorrow's Scorpio Full Moon gives us a big push forward. Peak fullness happens at 9:56 AM PT / 12:56 PM ET on Monday, but the moon's energy is at its strongest on Sunday night. This “Flower Moon” will appear slightly smaller than usual—it's a micromoon, meaning the Moon is at one of its farthest points from Earth in its orbit. Full Moons naturally bring things to light, and in intense Scorpio, that spotlight focuses on transformation. Use this potent energy to clear out what's holding you back. Try writing down old patterns, relationships, or scarcity thinking you're ready to shed—and burn the paper to send that energy back to the ethers. Or lean into Scorpio's water element with a Salt Bath: soak in Epsom, sea, or Himalayan salt and imagine it pulling out stuck energy, then watch it swirl away as you drain the tub. Adding to the mix is Uranus in Taurus, the planet of sudden change and upheaval, sitting opposite this Full Moon. Expect unexpected twists—big wins or impulsive decisions, emotional flare-ups or breakthroughs. The lesson? Let go of the illusion of control, trust the unfolding mystery, and practice rolling with whatever comes your way. On top of that, we have a rare Boomerang Yod—Jupiter in Gemini and Chiron in Aries both quincunx to the Moon, with the Sun/Uranus opposition acting as a release valve. This “Finger of God” points us toward a karmic crossroads where fated opportunities and radical clarity emerge. Plus, the Sun-Uranus conjunction in Taurus (the last one for 80 years!) amplifies our urge to break routines and try something new. This week, embrace the changes: experiment, explore, and be the new you. Learn more and purchase the Summer Pass at https://www.abundology.com/summer-pass
Happy May and welcome to a whole new energy! After months of intensity and buildup, we've entered brand-new astrological territory. The planets are in configurations we've never experienced in our lifetimes, and it all starts to shift with Pluto stationing retrograde in Aquarius on May 4th. Pluto in Aquarius is one of the biggest transits of our time—linked to revolution, technology, and human rights—and now that it's retrograde, we're invited to reflect deeply on societal structures and our inner transformation. We're not just watching the world change; we're evolving right alongside it. We're still in Taurus season, which is helping us slow down and find solid footing. Mercury moves into Taurus on May 10th, supporting planning and organization. Then, on May 12th, we experience a powerful Full Moon in Scorpio—an emotional, transformative moon that asks us to shed what no longer fits. Think truth bombs, soul searching, and maybe even some release through tears… or pleasure. This Full Moon reminds us we're in the year of the snake, constantly shedding skin to become more aligned with our authentic selves. Later in the month, the pace picks up. Gemini season begins on May 20th, and the Sun joins lucky Jupiter in Gemini—ushering in joy, fun, and possibility. This lightness is much needed, because what follows is a huge energetic shift: Saturn moves into Aries on May 24th. For the first time in 29 years, the planet of structure and discipline enters the sign of action and new beginnings. This is a massive collective and personal reboot. Reflect on what was happening in your life 29 years ago—there are echoes of that time now, but with a higher level of awareness and evolution. Everything is new this summer, and May is just the beginning. As Mercury moves again into its home sign of Gemini on May 25th and is followed by a vibrant Gemini New Moon on May 26th, we close the month with excitement, curiosity, and a reminder that the universe has a beautiful plan. This New Moon is one of the best of the year—perfect for setting intentions that align with innovation, joy, and big ideas. It even gives us a sneak peek of the Uranus in Gemini energy that's coming later this summer. Things are shifting fast, but we're ready for it. This month is a powerful invitation to reflect, realign, and rise. With Pluto retrograde, a Scorpio Full Moon, and Saturn starting a brand-new 29-year cycle, we are living through a once-in-a-lifetime cosmic reboot. Use this time to reconnect with your authenticity, revisit your vision, and reset your energy. Let the grounded energy of Taurus support you, let Gemini season inspire you, and trust that you're exactly where you're meant to be. You were made for this moment.
The energy has been intense lately, right? Every week, there's been something big going on astrologically. But finally, we get a bit of a break. This week feels like a water stop in the middle of a marathon—time to pause, catch our breath, and reset before we keep going. And perfect timing too, because Taurus season just started, and it's bringing exactly the kind of grounding energy we need right now. We've been living in our heads lately—worrying, overthinking, spinning out. Our minds have been running the show while our bodies are just trying to keep up. Taurus season comes in like a big exhale, gently calling us back into our bodies and helping us find our footing again. It's not about making huge changes or blowing things up. It's about grounding, slowing down, and reconnecting to the things that feel good and real. So this week, let yourself move slower. Rest. Take a nap. Stretch. Eat something delicious. Go for a walk. Do something just because it feels good. This isn't being lazy—it's actually a powerful way to raise your vibration and reset your nervous system. The more you enjoy life, the more you align with your true self. This is how we plant strong foundations that can support us long-term, not just for now. Energetically, this also lines up with Easter—an ancient spiritual reset. Easter always follows the first full moon after the spring equinox, so the timing is deeply tied to both solar and lunar cycles. And it holds a message that goes way beyond religion: it's about releasing what no longer fits, sitting in that uncertain in-between space, and then rising into a more powerful version of yourself. Sound familiar? That's exactly what we're all going through right now. We're in the collective cocoon right now—the sacred void. The old ways are crumbling, and while it's uncomfortable, it's also where transformation happens. This isn't the end—it's the beginning of something better. Our job isn't to fix it all, but to keep our own energy clear and steady. Be the calm in the storm. Rest this week. Reset. And get ready to rise. We've made it through the toughest part of 2025—Mercury and Venus retrogrades are officially over, and for the next month, every planet is moving forward. This rare momentum creates the perfect opportunity to finally make progress and move ahead. The heavy energy of the past few months is lifting, and we're stepping into something lighter, more hopeful, and expansive. This week is packed with powerful energy resets—Passover, the final days of Aries season, and the upcoming Easter all align with spring's theme of renewal and rebirth. Passover especially acts like a cosmic reset button, reminding us of our freedom, spiritual connection, and the chance to realign with what matters most. We're waking up with the Earth, stepping into new beginnings full of potential. On Saturday, April 19, the Sun moves into grounding, luxurious Taurus, kicking off one of the most stabilizing and comforting seasons of the year. After months of chaos, Taurus season invites us to slow down, get our feet back under us, and find peace in simple pleasures—cozy moments, good food, nature, and rest. It's exactly what our nervous systems need right now. Planetary shifts add to this momentum. Mercury moves into Aries this week, pulling us out of its retrograde shadow and sparking clarity, motivation, and fresh mental energy. Mars enters bold Leo, giving us a surge of confidence, drive, and passion to move forward with courage. These transits mark the beginning of a vibrant new chapter. We're officially in a moment of real possibility. The hard part is behind us, and the Universe is saying “go for it.” Use this fresh energy to move forward, stay grounded in Taurus's sweetness, and look for signs that things are getting better—because they are. This is your time to breathe deeper, trust more, and believe that something beautiful is blossoming.
With everything going on—eclipses, the equinox, Neptune moving into Aries—it's been easy to forget Mercury has been retrograde since March 15th. But if your tech's been acting up, like mine has, that's your reminder! Mercury finally goes direct on April 7th, and while we may still feel a bit foggy or glitchy for a few days, we're moving out of that scrambled energy and heading into more clarity and momentum. This week brings a big energetic turning point. We're exiting the eclipse portal, Mercury is going direct, and Venus follows just minutes after Saturday night's Full Moon in Libra. That's a lot of cosmic green lights! These retrogrades had us doing major clearing—emotionally, physically, even financially. Now the energy is shifting toward action, especially around our relationships, values, and money. The Pink Moon in Libra carries energy of blossoming, balance, and rebirth. Mars is fired up under this moon too, helping us push forward with courage. We're waking up to who we are now, after months of reflection. This moon is your invitation to realign, to find your center again, and to move forward with more intention and self-awareness. This is also a perfect time to clean things up—your finances (goodbye, unused apps), your eating habits (hello, seasonal veggies and warm foods), and your routines. Ayurveda teaches that spring is a time for lighter, spicier foods to shake off the heaviness of winter—think strawberries, asparagus, turmeric, and Thai food. Stay in sync with nature and it'll help you stay in balance. This Full Moon is no ordinary moon—it's a pivotal moment. We're being asked to choose who we want to be and what really matters to us. It may sound dramatic, but it's the truth. This is a once-in-a-lifetime energetic window that's shaping the future. Take care of your body, your money, your people. Stay grounded, stay balanced, and trust that what's ahead is more beautiful and aligned than you can imagine.
Saturday's Solar Eclipse was already a game-changer, and now Neptune has officially moved into Aries. This is one of the biggest astrological shifts of the year, kicking off a brand-new 14-year cycle that's going to shake things up in a major way. April feels like a bridge month between the past and the future. The first few months of the year were heavy on retrogrades, keeping us in reflection mode. But now, as we move through April, we're slowly emerging from that energy and stepping into something totally new. We're not fully out of the eclipse and retrograde effects just yet, but momentum is building, and we're getting ready to move forward. Neptune moving into Aries is huge—it marks the start of a whole new cycle, not just in our personal lives, but for the world. Neptune was in Pisces for the past 14 years, bringing themes of spirituality, boundary-blurring, and the collective. But Aries is all about the individual—this shift is pushing us to rediscover who we are, step into our power, and take bold action. And with Neptune involved, this isn't just about external changes—it's about spiritual evolution. With this energy, we're not just manifesting with vision boards and affirmations anymore—we're stepping into quantum leaps, shifting timelines, and using the energy available to us to make BIG moves. We're also seeing more people opting out of outdated systems, choosing independence, and redefining what security and success look like. Change like this takes time to settle, so expect some chaos, but trust that this is part of something much bigger. April's 4 Universal Month in numerology is the perfect support for this shift. It's about structure, stability, and getting things in order—think of it as laying the groundwork for everything that's coming next. This is the month to get organized, finish projects, and set clear goals. And while this energy is serious, don't forget to add some fun into the mix—because even in times of big change, we all need a little joy to keep us grounded. This week brings another powerful eclipse—this time, a Solar Eclipse on Saturday, the 29th—marking the grand finale of the Aries-Libra eclipse cycle we've been navigating for the past two years. This is a graduation point, the completion of a cycle that has shaped our relationships, identity, and confidence. And since it's the last Aries eclipse near the North Node for the next two decades, it's a moment to reflect on just how much we've evolved. Solar Eclipses are supercharged New Moons, packed with fresh energy and the start of a brand-new cycle. While the recent Blood Moon Eclipse shook things up, this one delivers a burst of optimism and momentum to help us move forward. But remember—eclipses bring fated events, so whatever unfolds now is part of the bigger plan. Things are changing fast, and Aries energy wants us to take charge of that change. That fiery Aries influence makes this eclipse bold and action-oriented, but it can also be intense—you might feel irritable, frustrated, or even emotional. Mercury and Venus are still retrograde, which could bring miscommunications or mental fog. The best approach? Be patient, go slow, and hold off on big decisions until eclipse season passes. Adding to this cosmic shake-up, Neptune moves into Aries on March 30th for the first time in 165 years. Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011, fueling the rise of spirituality, astrology, and all things woo. Now, in Aries, the focus shifts to personal identity and independence—we'll feel more confident in forging our own paths, whether that means moving off-grid, starting a business, or simply living life on our own terms. This is the era of radical self-trust. With all this swirling energy, rest is essential. Give yourself permission to unplug, slow down, and sleep. Build rest into your schedule—take naps, use lavender or chamomile, meditate before bed, or even splurge on new sheets or pajamas. Eclipses are powerful, and change is happening fast—taking care of yourself will help you navigate it all with clarity and ease. Spring begins a brand-new astrological year, bringing powerful endings, fresh beginnings, and major transitions. This season is especially pivotal as 2025 is a historic year—by July, every outer planet will have changed signs, signaling the start of a profound new journey for us all. March sets the stage for transformation, urging us to wrap up old chapters and prepare for what's ahead. With Neptune entering Aries, we're entering an era of deep spiritual shifts and awakening. Meanwhile, Mercury and Venus Retrograde encourage us to pause, reflect, and realign with our true purpose. In April, a mix of Aries and Pisces energy brings both momentum and introspection, helping us ease into the changes. Then, on May 24, Saturn moves into Aries, pushing us forward with a surge of new energy and determination. One of the most intense astrological events of the season happens between April 17–26, when Mars opposes Pluto for the third and final time. The first opposition took place during the election in November, the second during the inauguration in January—what will this final pass bring? This period could be a turning point for both personal and collective transformation. Despite the challenges, there's plenty of cosmic support. Jupiter enters Cancer on June 9, bringing expansion, nurturing energy, and the opportunity to create a more aligned life. May and June also gift us with two beautiful New Moons, making this the perfect time to plant the seeds of our next chapter. Spiritual growth is at an all-time high, and the universe is urging us to step into this new era with confidence and clarity. This week's Total Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse is a major cosmic event that accelerates transformation and ushers in life-changing shifts. During a total lunar eclipse, the Earth blocks sunlight from reaching the Moon, turning it a deep red or orange—hence the name "Blood Moon." Historically feared for the sudden changes they bring, Blood Moon Eclipses ultimately push us toward necessary growth and evolution. This eclipse occurs in Virgo. Virgo governs our routines, mental health, and organization, meaning we may feel an intense focus on these areas. With all this Virgo energy, we might battle perfectionism, overthinking, or self-criticism. But this is also a time to trust ourselves, release limiting beliefs, and recognize our inner strength. The cosmic influences don't stop there—Pisces energy is also strong due to a Pisces stellium with the Sun, Saturn, North Node, and Neptune all closely aligned. This heightens our intuition, emotions, and sensitivity. It also thins the veil between worlds, making it easier to receive insights from our spirit guides and ancestors. Expect major revelations or "aha" moments, even if they feel intense or uncomfortable. Adding to the mix, both Venus and Mercury will be retrograde during and after the eclipse, slowing us down and urging reflection. With Venus retrograde, relationships are under review—some may end, while others will shift dynamics. Meanwhile, Mercury retrogrades in Aries, challenging how we think and communicate. This is an opportunity to reframe our mindset, let go of overthinking, and embrace a more present, positive perspective. With so much happening, it's crucial to stay grounded. Take breaks, get outside, and care for your mental health. Blood Moon Eclipses have a way of placing us exactly where we need to be, even if it doesn't feel like it at first. Trust the process, look for the gifts, and remember—you're evolving into something even more powerful. Let the transformation happen.
March is one of the most transformative months of the year, packed with two eclipses, the spring equinox, and both Venus and Mercury going retrograde. To top it off, Neptune moves into Aries for the first time in over 150 years. We've been feeling the build-up to this shift, and now it's here. But this isn't doom and gloom—this is evolution. Since it's happening during eclipse season, we're talking about fated events and big turning points in our lives. The month kicks off with a powerful Pisces Stellium, bringing a deep sense of unity and connection and setting the tone for the month, reminding us that we're all in this together. At the same time, Venus retrograde in Aries stirs up deep questions about love, money, and relationships and makes the next few months feel extra intense. And just as we're processing all that, a Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo arrives, bringing powerful endings and forcing us to get real about what's not working. As if eclipse energy wasn't enough, Mercury goes retrograde the very next day, adding an extra layer of reflection and reevaluation. Then, on March 20th, the Spring Equinox brings a much-needed reset, ushering in the astrological new year. This fresh start brings confidence and boldness with Aries season. But before we can fully embrace the new, we have one more eclipse on the 29th—a Solar Eclipse in Aries. Right after this eclipse, Neptune also moves into Aries, where it will stay until 2038. This shift has a big impact on society and is part of the larger spiritual awakening we're experiencing, pushing us to take action rather than passively dreaming about change. Numerologically, March is a 3-month, making it a perfect time for creativity and self-expression—whether through writing, music, or even something as simple as coloring. Protests and collective activism will likely ramp up as people unite to stand up for what matters. March is the bridge between what was and what will be. It's a month of upheaval, endings, and massive transformation, both collectively and personally. We're being asked to surrender illusions, embrace divine timing, and step forward with courage. And while it may feel chaotic, we bookend this month with two Pisces Stelliums—the final one being an ultra-rare six-planet alignment at the end of the month. This ensures that even through the change, we are guided by compassion, connection, and healing. Shop the 6th Anniversary Sale thru 3/3 at https://www.abundology.com/schedule
Mars goes direct today after months of retrograde energy, and it's like a dam breaking. Action, drive, and ambition start flowing again, bringing a much-needed sense of forward movement. While it may take a little time for Mars to regain full strength, you'll definitely feel the energy shift—things are picking up speed! Many of my clients have been receiving the same message: we're heading into fast-forward mode. Adding to this momentum, Thursday's New Moon in Pisces opens the Eclipse Portal and kicks off Eclipse Season. This is a period of deep transformation and shifting. Being the last New Moon of the astrological year and winter, it's like reaching the final chapter of a book—things start making sense, and we get a clearer picture of our journey. But with Pisces energy, emotions can run high, making us feel sensitive, scattered, or overwhelmed. It's important to take care of our mental health and find healthy ways to escape when needed. Jupiter squares this New Moon, amplifying everything—both the good and the challenging. It's easy to get caught up in the intensity, but remember, your intuition is just as heightened. Trust yourself. Don't get swept up in exaggerated fears or drama. Then, on Friday, we get a rare planetary alignment with seven planets lined up on one side of the Sun—the last time this will happen until 2040! This alignment, happening in Pisces season, carries deep spiritual significance, symbolizing endings, awakenings, and divine alignment. It's a cosmic reset, pushing us to release the old before the new astrological year begins. With Mars going direct, a powerful New Moon, and a rare planetary lineup, this week is all about transformation and acceleration. The world is shifting fast, and so are we. Pisces season begins this Tuesday, marking the final month of the astrological year and winter. Pisces season carries a sense of closure, helping us wrap up projects, reflect on the past year, and prepare for a fresh start. Represented by two fish swimming in opposite directions but ultimately ending up in the same place, Pisces reminds us that there are no wrong turns—we always land where we're meant to be. This season is especially eventful, with major cosmic shifts shaping the weeks ahead. Venus goes retrograde on March 1st, followed by Mercury on March 15th, both amplifying themes of endings and new beginnings. On March 14th, we enter the first eclipse season of the year with a blood moon lunar eclipse. Eclipses bring fated events and soul-level shifts, making this a time of powerful transformation. Adding to the energy, Mars finally goes direct on February 23rd after 3 months in retrograde. If you've felt stuck, drained, or uninspired since December, this shift will reignite your passion and motivation. Astrologers attribute much of the year's rocky start to Mars being retrograde, so with its forward motion, we can expect momentum to return. As if that weren't enough, we also have the Fomalhaut Stargate from February 22-24. This Royal Star is known for bridging worlds, guiding us into deep reflection, solitude, and spiritual awakening. With all of these cosmic shifts—retrogrades, eclipses, and energetic gateways—we're being called to check in with ourselves. Are we living in alignment with our truth? Are we ready to embrace transformation? Change is here, and it's happening whether we're ready or not. This is our invitation to flow with it, trust the process, and step fully into the next chapter of our journey. We're kicking off the week with a Mercury Cazimi—when Mercury is in a close conjunction with the Sun, known as being “in the heart of the Sun.” This time, it's happening in Aquarius, bringing powerful mental clarity and fresh insights. Mercury, the messenger of the gods, gathers wisdom from all over the universe. When it aligns with the Sun, that wisdom gets supercharged and beams straight into our consciousness. This energy opens our minds to new possibilities and helps us make sense of what's been happening. Expect aha moments, downloads, and a deeper understanding of your path. Then on Wednesday, the 12th, we've got a Full Moon in Leo, and it's bringing some erratic energy—but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes we need a shake-up, a fresh perspective, and a little chaos to break free from old patterns. And guess who's stirring the pot? Uranus, the planet of awakening. When Uranus meets a Full Moon, surprises are guaranteed! This energy might push you to release what's no longer working—whether it's outdated beliefs, habits, or even big life changes like jobs or relationships. But remember, Uranus doesn't shake things up for no reason. It's always leading us to something bigger and better. And with the Mercury Cazimi still in play, this week is bursting with new ideas, breakthroughs, and clarity. And clarity brings confidence. So yes, it's an intense Full Moon, but one that wakes us up, shifts our perspective, and leaves us feeling clearer and more sure of ourselves than ever. February is an 11 universal month in numerology. Eleven is a master number that represents intuition, spiritual insight, and enlightenment. This month is all about spiritual growth and awakening. The energy of 11 heightens our psychic abilities, so pay attention to dreams, signs, and synchronicities. On Tuesday, after being retrograde since October, Jupiter stations direct in Gemini. This transit helps projects involving communication, marketing, or social media start gaining momentum. Plus, Jupiter is the bringer of gifts, so expect some unexpected opportunities coming your way. Also on Tuesday, Venus moves into Aries, bringing bold, fast-moving energy to love and relationships. If you're single, this is the kind of energy where you meet someone on Friday and elope in Vegas by Sunday! If you're in a relationship, expect a spark of passion and fun. But be mindful—Aries energy can be impulsive, so things that start fast might also burn out quickly. Venus in Aries also shakes up our finances. It can make us impulsive with money—either spending recklessly or stressing about scarcity. This energy might make us feel like we have to hustle harder, instead, we need to step into our power and be intentional with our finances. This isn't the time to panic—it's the time to act with confidence and trust in our ability to create abundance. February is a spiritual month, the perfect time to lock in spiritual practices that keep you grounded. Meditate, journal, spend time in nature—whatever keeps you balanced. This year's energy is only getting stronger, and February is our time to prepare. This is our year to fully step into our power—our spiritual power, personal power, and collective power. Let's own it! Learn more and register for Money Manifesting Mondays at https://www.abundology.com/money-manifesting-mondays
This Wednesday, January 29th, marks the Lunar New Year, a celebration rooted in the cycles of the moon. Chinese astrology honors the moon's power and its profound impact on our lives. Considering that 70% of both the Earth and our bodies are water, it's no surprise the moon influences us more than almost anything else. The Lunar New Year always begins on the second new moon after the Winter Solstice, making this week's Aquarius New Moon extra special. Not only is it the first new moon of 2025, but it also carries an abundance of fresh-start energy, perfect for kicking off a new chapter. This year is the Year of the Wood Snake, a symbol of transformation, renewal, and rebirth. The Snake's energy is quiet, introspective, and thoughtful. It's a time to slow down, reflect, and enjoy the comforts of home. Yet, romance is in the air, making it a beautiful year to deepen relationships or even fall in love. The wood element adds a layer of creativity and forward-thinking energy, but balance is key—don't forget to rest and recharge. This transformative vibe aligns with the 9 year in numerology, a cycle of endings and new beginnings. It's also reflected in astrology, with planets shifting into new signs this year. Uranus, Aquarius' ruling planet and the harbinger of change, adds another layer of excitement by ending its retrograde just one day after the New Moon. Jupiter is also active during this time, amplifying all the fresh-start energy and bringing abundance into the mix. With the Lunar New Year, the Aquarius New Moon, Uranus stationing direct, and Jupiter's influence all happening within 24 hours, this week is bursting with momentum. It's the perfect time to think big, embrace new ideas, and feel inspired about the future. Right now, six planets—Venus, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, Jupiter, and Mars—are visible in the sky. With the dark skies leading up to the new moon, it's the perfect time to catch this planet parade. And here's the exciting part: in late February, Mercury joins in, making it a rare seven-planet alignment. Seven-planet parades don't happen often; the next one won't be until 2163! We've been talking a lot about how this is a year of big change, and this planetary alignment is part of it. It's a collective realignment that sparks global and personal shifts. Speaking of shifts, Aquarius season kicks off today, Sunday the 19th! The Sun leaves grounded, hard-working Capricorn and moves into airy Aquarius. It's a shift from lower chakra energy to higher chakra energy, bringing a refreshing lightness—perfect if you've felt stuck lately. Aquarius, ruled by Uranus (the planet of change and awakening), encourages us to shake things up. This year Aquarius season is extra significant. On Tuesday, January 21st, the Sun will conjunct Pluto in Aquarius for the first time since 1779. Back then, it brought revolutionary societal changes during events like the American and French Revolutions. Just like then, we're experiencing massive shifts in society and in ourselves. This is a time of reinvention and transformation. It might feel uncomfortable, but embrace it—this evolution is leading you to your best self. Use this powerful energy to step intentionally into your next chapter. The first Full Moon of the year is on Monday, January 13. This Full Moon is in Cancer. Cancer is all about home, family, and emotions. This full moon encourages us to focus on our spiritual and emotional health and create a sense of security in our homes. This means our actual home. How you can cozy up your home and make it feel more comforting and secure? It also refers to our bodies, our soul's home. What would make you feel safer this year, so you don't get out of balance? The Moon loves to be in Cancer. There's lots of comforting, cozy, energy with it there. But there are also some tenser energies with this moon because of the presence of both Mars and Eris. Mars Retrograde helps us focus on what we are choosing to give our time and energy to. You may realize that some of the ways you've been doing things or beliefs you've had need to be updated. Eris, is known as the Goddess of Discord and Strife and is the sister of Mars. Eris sees what is old, broken, and outdated so it can be healed, fixed, or released. Eris and Mars together under this Full Moon create some erratic energy. But they are helping us upgrade and update our lives and beliefs so we're prepared for all the changes coming this year. One of the most powerful messages of this Full Moon offers is to let the old ways go. Let go of old, outdated patterns that drain and deplete you and make way for a new, more aligned way of being. There's a lot of internal recalibrations going on. This is big work and it's an inside job. Even if it feels like we are not making much progress in the outside world, on the inside, a lot is happening! In the first 8 days of this month, Venus, Mars, and Mercury all change signs. The first big shift of the year also happens this week when the nodes of fate change signs on Saturday, January 11th. When the lunar nodes, also known as the "Nodes of Fate" change signs, it feels like turning a page in the story of humanity. As the collective energy shifts, there's a recalibration and a chance to course-correct and evolve. We're talking about major cultural, societal, and global changes. The North Node represents our soul's purpose and where we're meant to grow and evolve. It's moving into Pisces. Pisces is about dreams, intuition, spirituality, and connecting to higher realms. Pisces thrives on going with the flow and trusting your intuition and the universe. This is exactly the kind of supportive energy we want during this transformative time. We want to flow with the changes happening this year, trusting that everything we'll experience is for the highest good. The South Node, which is entering Virgo, is about things we're being asked to release or transform. Virgos are organized, meticulous, and focused on the practical parts of life. It governs routines, health, and doing things with precision and efficiency. With this shift, we're being asked to release our perfectionist tendencies, relax, flow, and embrace the changes that are taking place this year by letting go. This magical shift of the nodes, this fated turning point, occurs on 1/11. The number 1 is about fresh beginnings, starting something new, and stepping into your power. The fresh start energy of one is multiplied on 1/11. This day of increased spiritual energy starts a whole new 18-month chapter that's all about spirituality. Give yourself a break this week. We begin a brand-new chapter next week with a new moon and the start of the year. Take this week to relax and enjoy life before that happens. Capricorn season started yesterday on the Solstice. Capricorn is a Cardinal sign that carries the energy of new beginnings and fresh starts. Capricorn season is perfect for making step-by-step plans and building foundations for what's next. This year's Capricorn Season is more grounded and practical than usual because Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, and Chiron are all retrograde throughout the season. Focus on making a practical plan for steady progress toward your goals next year. The longer a time or day is celebrated, the stronger its energy becomes. Christmas has been celebrated for over 1,700 years, and Hanukkah for 2,100 years! But the magic of this season goes back even further. Cultures like the pagans, Romans, Greeks, and indigenous peoples honored this time of year around the solstice for thousands of years. No matter your spiritual or religious beliefs, there's no denying that this is a sacred, powerful time of year. Don't rush through it. Don't stress your way through it. Take some time to honor your life. Honor how far you've come this year. Make every moment special. Light candles, put on music, cook your favorite foods and tell people how much you love and appreciate them. Make this week special. Sunday's last Full Moon of the year is the perfect time to pause and reflect on the past year. It's a chance to appreciate how much we've grown, and intentionally wrap up the year, so we can open up to what awaits us in 2025. This Full Moon helps us to let go of everything we want to leave behind. This is a fantastic time for cleansing rituals, cord-cutting, job-quitting, or anything else that makes you feel like you're letting go of all the old, outdated energy. Full moons allow you to say, “Okay, universe, I'm ready for the next chapter.” Mercury goes direct on the same day as this full moon is Gemini. Mercury has been retrograde since November 25th. When Mercury is retrograde, it travels through our subconscious, digging up knowledge and insight we've missed. The clarity from this full moon and Mercury going direct gives us some insight into what's coming next. This week ends with the Winter Solstice on Saturday, the 21st. Spiritually, the winter solstice marks an awakening from slumber. It wakes us up. This December is all about preparing for the upcoming year. 2025 is a big year with lots of changes. We're getting the entire month of December to prepare for it. Enjoy the final moments of the year just soaking up this lovely time. And give yourself permission to dream a little about what's next. 2025 is coming to an end. We're slowing down, and since Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Uranus are all currently retrograde, this is a good time to go within to reflect and take stock of your life. Neptune gives us some help and clarity with all of this reflection. Yesterday, Neptune went direct after being retrograde since July. This means the fog is lifting. As we enter this slower time and reflect on our year, we get a better understanding of this year's significance and our next steps. When Neptune is retrograde, we're not clear, it's like we're in an emotional fog. We may not know what the hell is happening to ourselves or the world. When Neptune goes direct, the fog lifts, and any uncertainty we might've had around our goals, dreams, and what we want starts to fade. Our intuition is stronger, and we make choices based on alignment rather than uncertainty and we simply KNOW. Neptune is the planet of dreams, illusions, and spirituality. It is currently in Pisces, its ruling planet. Neptune's energy is amplified in Pisces helping us feel more spiritually connected. We're in the flow and our intuition is spot on. This is the perfect energy to reflect and think about what's next. Neptune going direct reminds us that the Universe works in mysterious and magical ways and that our job is to keep our hearts open and trust the process, even when we can't see exactly where it's leading. This December is a gift. There is so much change happening in the first half of 2025, with Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Chiron, and Neptune all changing signs. But before that happens, it's nice to have this month to relax, refocus, and recalibrate. December is our fresh start. It's all about looking to the future. We've been through some stuff this year and more changes are coming. December is our opportunity to think about who we want to be as we move forward. With Mercury currently retrograde and Mars going retrograde on Friday, this is the time to slow down and reevaluate our beliefs and long-term goals before we move forward. When Mars is moving forward we feel it externally by taking action in our external lives. When Mars is retrograde, its effects are more internal, psychological, and emotional. During this transit, we focus on what's happening internally, it's our chance to get our shit together, and prioritize our mental and emotional wellness, so we are ready for what comes next. Mars Retrograde can make us feel sluggish and we may not have much motivation. It can feel like hitting the pause button, but this is all part of the recalibration process. One of the things that makes this December so magical is its numerology. In numerology, December is an 11 Universal Month. 11 is one of numerology's “Master Numbers.” A master number 11 month is about our spirituality. Our intuition is on point, and we feel connected, to ourselves and spirit. We know why we are here this lifetime and understand our purpose. This month is a time for deep self-reflection and alignment with your life purpose. The energy of 11 can feel intense because of the inner & spiritual work we're doing so it's important to stay grounded, and give yourself time to just be and let the universe do its thing. This December is truly a gift. The energy this month helps us to slow down, take stock of our lives, realign with what truly matters, and get back in balance. Think of this month as a sacred pause. We're wrapping up the year with the final Mercury Retrograde of 2024. But before you roll your eyes and think, “Oh great, what now?”—as far as Mercury Retrogrades go, this is a pretty good one! Mercury rules over communication, transportation, and technology, so when it's moving forward through the zodiac, those parts of life tend to flow pretty smoothly. But three or four times a year, for about three weeks each time, Mercury slows down and appears to move backward from our view on Earth. That's when things ruled by Mercury can get a little wonky —flights might be delayed, traffic feels worse, emails go missing, and miscommunications happen. This Mercury retrograde is happening in Sagittarius. Sagittarius, symbolized by the archer, is all about seeking and adventure. But this time, thanks to Mercury retrograde, seeking and adventure are happening within. The archer's arrow is aimed inward, helping us to redefine who we are, what matters most to us, and where we're headed. This is not a time to chase after external goals but a time to discover a deeper, more authentic version of ourselves. For the next 3 weeks, while Mercury is retrograde, we'll be spending time reflecting, revising, reimagining, reevaluating, rethinking, and tying up loose ends before the end of the year. November started with a new moon and it's ending with one, too. Saturday's New Moon is the second new moon in the month, making it a Black Moon. A black moon's energy amplifies new beginnings and spiritual growth. It's a power time to set intentions and do deep inner work. The astrology this week supports having one of the best Thanksgivings yet! Create space for rest and reflection. Your body and mind need time to process the deep shifts taking place. Just surrender to the magic of the transformation happening right now.
We've had an intense Scorpio season over the past month, and I think we're all ready to move on. The good news is that Friday marks the beginning of the Sagittarius season, which ushers in a time of abundance, luck, adventure, and socializing. Every Sagittarius season is unique depending on what else is happening in the sky, and this year is all about our inner evolution. We're redefining our identity, values, and where we're headed. One of the primary reasons this season is about inner growth is because it contains a Mercury Retrograde. During Mercury Retrograde we always reflect, rethink, and recalibrate. The transition of Pluto into Aquarius is the other factor influencing Sag Season. Pluto enters Aquarius on November 19 and stays there for the next 20 years. This has a huge impact on all of us both collectively and individually. Pluto is about death, rebirth, purging, shedding, and regeneration. It's the planet that connects us to our shadow side. Pluto is famous for extreme shifts whenever it moves into a new sign. It's entering Aquarius which is about embracing the future and letting go of the way we've been doing things. The last time Pluto passed through Aquarius was from 1778 to 1798, and that's when the American and French Revolutions occurred. We're undergoing a profound evolution. The outdated systems are breaking down so we can rebuild them stronger and more equitable. All of us are going through a radical transformation. We're moving toward freedom and spiritual growth, leaving behind things that are old, stagnant, and outdated. The time for new beginnings is here. Use this month to go inward, pause, reflect, listen to your intuition, and trust that we are being guided to something far greater than we can see now. Times like these are exactly why we have a spiritual practice - to keep ourselves centered and balanced when things get challenging. Anyone can be present on those beautiful days when the sun is shining and the sky is blue. This is our chance to truly practice being present. When we stay present, fear loses its grip, because fear only exists when we think about the future. There's no fear in the present. The Dalai Lama once said that "the world will be saved by the Western woman." This is our fucking moment. And we embrace it by stepping into our power. With Pluto's shift into Aquarius next week, we're entering a time to embrace our spirituality on a deeper level. We need our practice now to stay present and centered and empowered. Tomorrow, November 11, does provide a little break from the intensity this month. In numerology, 1 is the highest number energetically. It is the ultimate angel number because it is the beginning of everything—the start of something new. Eleven is a master number, and master numbers are extra powerful. 11 represents new beginnings, the start of a new phase of life, and spiritual enlightenment. 11/11 acts as a catalyst for spiritual awakening and is a very positive day to set intentions for the future you. On Friday, the 15th, there will be a Full Moon in Taurus. It is last of four supermoons in a row this year. This full moon is in a tight conjunction to Uranus. That sends a shockwave to our sense of security. Uranus is the planet of change and also the planet of awakening. The awakening Uranus brings is sometimes disguised in the form of change and upheaval. This Full Moon is in Taurus. Taurus is an earth sign that encourages us to work hard and have patience when dealing with challenges. This is exactly the energy we want right now. Taurus loves comfort and luxury. Leaning into comfort helps us get through this intense month. Good food, a cozy home, and spending time in nature all help ground our energy so we feel more secure and calm. While full moons are about completion and endings, they also serve as a precursor to the next cycle, helping us to reset and focus on what's next. You can feel the collective unease in the air with the uncertainty and stress of the upcoming election. Today's Pluto-Mars opposition adds to this uneasiness and intensifies the tension even further. While the opposition peaks today, its energy will stick around for several more days—right through Election Day. Mars is the planet of war, action, and aggression, while Pluto is the planet of death and destruction. As you can imagine, when Mars and Pluto are in opposition to one another, strong emotions, anger, and sometimes even violence are triggered. This opposition of Mars in Cancer directly opposing Pluto in Capricorn is happening at the 29th degree. The 29th degree is the final degree of a sign and it represents a point of culmination, urgency and transition. It's referred to as the degree of fate. The 29th degree carries the full, concentrated energy of the sign. It's like the grand finale for that sign's qualities, where everything about that sign comes into play, often in a heightened or dramatic way. Pluto will be moving from Capricorn into Aquarius, the sign in which the US declared its independence, in a few days. This election takes place against the backdrop of Pluto's transit into Aquarius, marking the beginning of an entirely new era for the nation. Pluto is still in Capricorn when the election is held, so change and accountability are highly valued, and voters are drawn to politicians who want to combat corruption and update our outdated systems. Mercury Retrograde is another factor that contributes to the energy this week. Although Mercury won't retrograde until the 25th, this week marks the beginning of the Pre-shade energy. Mercury retrograde is infamous for creating delays as well as communication and technological problems, which may, but hopefully will not, affect voting, particularly in this very controversial election. Be extra cautious about misinformation, voting machine errors, and delayed results. Mercury retrograde during election season means that it could take a while before we know the outcome. There's mystery and magic in the air this week as we celebrate Halloween, the Day of the Dead, Samhain, and the New Moon in Scorpio. Halloween and Samhain are times when the veil between the physical world and spirit world is at its thinnest, allowing us to communicate more easily with the spirit world. The powerful new moon in Scorpio amplifies our ability to communicate even more. Scorpio is ruled by Pluto, the planet of the underworld, making this New Moon particularly powerful for connecting with our ancestors, spirits, and guides. If you've ever wanted to communicate with the other side, this week is your chance. New Moons are a time for new beginnings, and with Scorpio's association with death and rebirth, this New Moon is a powerful time to start fresh. Samhain is seen as the Celtic New Year and it marks the end of the harvest and the start of winter, and is time of endings and new beginnings. This is a good moon for setting new intentions, especially related to spiritual growth, shadow work, and personal transformation. The numerology this month supports our new beginnings. In numerology, November is a 1 Universal Month. A 1 Month is a time of new beginnings and fresh starts. One is the start of a new numerological cycle. A new cycle brings fresh energy and the motivation to start new things. Because of the current astrology, the new beginnings will roll out slowly but by the end of the month, things start to pick up speed. November is our opportunity to get our shit together and make plans for the future. Take some time this week to relax, reflect and gain some clarity from the spirit world before the election and Pluto's transit into Aquarius. This week, the Sun shifts from Libra to Scorpio, marking the start of the 2024 Scorpio Season. This is a time of deep emotional intensity, a completely different energy from what we've experienced over the past month. The shift from Libra season to Scorpio season can feel a bit jarring. The Sun's entry into Scorpio serves as a reminder that everything is always changing and evolving. The pace of our outer lives is slowing down as we move closer to winter. As our outer lives slow, the focus shifts to our inner lives. Mercury is also in Scorpio for the next month. Mercury is the planet that governs how we think and communicate, This additional Scorpio Energy makes this a time of deep introspection. Everything is up for review. We're questioning the truth about our lives and challenging everything. Scorpio season is also motivating and empowering since Scorpio is co-ruled by Mars, the planet of action. We are fired up to make changes. Scorpios are hyper-focused on achieving anything they commit to. We can take advantage of this energy to get things done before winter. Scorpio is drawn to the mystical, the mysterious, and the spiritual. The veil between the physical and spirit world is at its thinnest now, allowing spirits and ancestors to cross over. Our psychic and intuitive abilities are also heightened, making it easier to connect to the other side. One of the biggest lessons Scorpio Season teaches us is the power of surrender. Surrender isn't about giving up; it's about trusting that life is unfolding exactly as it should, even when we don't have all the answers. Surrender allows space for something new and better to grow. When we let go, we're making room for the rebirth that this season promises. So lean into the unknown, trust the journey, and allow yourself to be transformed. The magic happens when we stop resisting and just flow with it.
The biggest supermoon of the year happens on Thursday morning. It's the first full moon of fall, the first lunation since eclipse season, and is the biggest and brightest moon this year. This moon is known as the Hunter's Moon because this is the time of year when Native American tribes would be hunting, and stocking up on meat for the winter. Although we don't need to go hunting and gathering as much these days, this is still a great time to get ready for the winter months. With this Full Moon in Aries, you'll probably feel the urge to prepare for winter too. As a fire sign, Aries brings the fire and assertive, "get shit done" energy. It's the first sign of the zodiac and brings new beginnings. This full moon in Aries is all about you. This is the time to put yourself first; consider it as filling your cup before helping others. What makes this full moon so intense is that it's part of a Cardinal Grand Cross. A Cardinal Grand Cross looks like an X on a chart. It happens when 4 planets in cardinal signs form squares and oppositions. The Cardinal signs are the signs that mark the start of each season and zodiac phase. They bring in the energy of new beginnings and fresh starts. When they are in a Grand Cross like this, you'll feel like you must take immediate action. Everything is going to feel urgent. The Cardinal Grand Cross pushes us to make changes in areas where we've felt stuck. We'll feel like we must confront what's not working in our lives and fix it now. We want to channel all this energy - that is so strong and full of potential - into doing something constructive and taking action.
This week, the planets are moving. Jupiter retrogrades on Wednesday, and retrograde Pluto turns direct on Friday. Let's take Jupiter first. Lucky and abundant Jupiter retrogrades in Gemini for the next five months on Wednesday, the 9th. When Jupiter is retrograde, its effects are more internal, psychological, and emotional. We are less concerned with the things happening in our outside world and more interested in inner work and self-reflection. Jupiter is the planet of expansion, and when it goes retrograde, it wants us to go back over the past and reflect on what we may have missed the first time around. We get second chances. If there's anything you wish you would have done, you're getting another chance to do it now. It is also the planet of philosophy and governs our higher mind, so when it is retrograde, we often change our way of thinking and our minds expand. This is the perfect time to read more books, watch documentaries, and have deep discussions with people who think differently than you. Having been in Capricorn since 2008, Pluto has spent the last five months in retrograde. It now begins to move forward once more in Capricorn for the final month of our lives. Pluto enters Aquarius next month, where it will stay until 2043. While Pluto has been in Capricorn, our power structures and foundation our our society have been transformed. Now, as Pluto gets ready to leave Capricorn, the changes will intensify. And it's no coincidence that all of this is happening only one month before the election. The fabulous news is that Pluto is moving into Aquarius, pushing us toward a more humanitarian world. This shift will bring progress, innovation, and transformation to our societies. We finally understand that we're all in this together. This is the final phase of Pluto's transit through Capricorn. Even though it's intense, it's bringing about the changes we need to live in a world that is far better, more equitable, and compassionate. October is here and we are still in the thick of Eclipse Season. Eclipse season is when the past and future merge, but at this moment we're in a state of flux where neither exists. It may feel like being in a time warp. Let's begin with October's numerology. According to numerology, October is a 9 Universal Month. Nine months are about completion, reflection, and letting go. It's a time for wrapping things up, clearing old energy, and making room for new beginnings. This month we'll be more introspective and thinking about what has worked for us and what no longer aligns with us. The eclipse on Wednesday is an annular one. An annular eclipse occurs when the moon partially obscures the sun, leaving us to only see its outline, which looks like a ring of fire. Solar eclipses bring rapid and unexpected changes. They are a doorway to our future. And new ways forward open up for us. It's a time to reset, rethink, and start fresh. The moon blocking the sun is similar to us unplugging, plugging in again, and rebooting. This reboot is important and necessary for moving forward. It provides us time to reflect on our lives, reevaluate our goals, and make any necessary adjustments. Everything is accelerated by the energy of a solar eclipse, bringing to the surface issues that may have been simmering. These issues have been holding us back in some way. Now we have to deal with them so that we can move forward. We normally set intentions around new moons, so you would think that an intense eclipse like this would be a fantastic time to do so. However, because eclipses include so much erratic energy, this is not the case. Because eclipses bring sudden and unexpected changes, the energy can feel wild and unstable. Rather than setting intentions in the usual way, It's best to use this time for reflection and release. Instead of setting specific goals right now, it's better to set broader intentions around being open to change and trusting the process. New beginnings and changes are here. Remember that events happening during eclipse season are fated. This may ease your anxiety a little bit. All the changes are meant to be and get us moving forward on a new course and a new adventure. Today is the fall equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. Since it falls in the middle of eclipse season this is one powerful equinox. The equinox is always about balance. It's one of two days a year when we have equal parts day and night. This year, it falls between the solar eclipse on October 2nd, which happens in a week, and the lunar eclipse last week. The equinox brings some much-needed balance to our lives. It allows us to take a deep breath and unwind. This equinox helps steady us and gets us back in balance before the upcoming solar eclipse. The fall equinox also coincides with the first day of Libra season. This is one of the loveliest seasons of the year. It's all about harmony, beauty, partnership and balance. Lovely Venus rules Libra. The seventh house of partnerships is also associated with Libra. Relationships come to the forefront now because Libra is the sign that rules partnerships. Venus enters the more intensely emotional and intimacy-seeking sign of Scorpio on Sunday as well. With this change, relationships may feel intense and be more passionate. With so much happening with eclipses and the equinox, we've forgotten about all the planets retrograde this fall. Right now Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron, are retrograde, and Jupiter goes retrograde in a couple of weeks. This is a lot of retrograde energy. Retrograde periods like this are times of reflection and inner work. We're experiencing internal shifts. And while that's happening outer manifestations slow down. Although it could appear that nothing is happening, that we're stuck or in a holding pattern, things are in fact happening. It's all happening internally, and the changes there will soon manifest themselves in the outside world.
The last full moon of summer is on Tuesday, the 17th, at 10:35 p.m. ET and 7:35 p.m. PT. September's full moon is known as the Harvest Moon. The Harvest Moon is the closest full moon to the fall equinox and represents the peak of the harvest season. The Harvest Moon represents a season of abundance. It's time to harvest the crops that were planted many moons ago. Spiritually, the Harvest Moon represents a time of culmination. It's an excellent checkpoint to see how far you have come with your intentions and goals this year. This moon is extra special because it's a supermoon and a partial lunar eclipse. Partial lunar eclipses occur when the full moon, sun, and Earth are not perfectly aligned. The moon will only be partially covered by the Earth's shadow. Eclipses are like cosmic power surges. They are pivotal moments in our life. They shake things up and bring big changes. Some of the most memorable moments in our lifetimes take place near eclipses. Eclipses also bring fated or karmic changes in our lives. Eclipses help us break free from old patterns, complete karmic cycles, and move toward our soul's purpose. Lunar eclipses are linked to endings and letting go. Eclipses fast-track our spiritual evolution, often bringing sudden and unexpected changes that align us more closely with our karmic path. Over the next two weeks, there will be a solar eclipse, a fall equinox, and a lunar eclipse, marking a powerful period of change. You won't be the same person in 2 weeks. So if you've been hoping and waiting for something to happen. It's here!
We are officially in Eclipse Season. Eclipse energy begins to build two weeks before the actual eclipse and intensifies as the eclipse approaches. If you're feeling a shift and there's something in the air, you're probably picking up on the upcoming eclipse vibes! Eclipses are like cosmic wild cards—they can alter our lives in ways we cannot anticipate. They also bring karmic events or experiences that are destined. They redirect your path, helping you follow your soul's journey. They also signify the end of one stage and the beginning of another. The energy is building this week for a major ending and release on the 17th with the lunar eclipse. Eclipses can also drain our energy and leave us feeling overwhelmed. Next week's lunar eclipse in Pisces may leave us emotionally drained. Make sure to get some extra rest and avoid overcommitting yourself. On Monday, 9/9 Mercury moves into Virgo. Mercury moves from Leo's Yang, fire energy to Virgo's Yin, earth energy. Mercury loves being in Virgo, and when it's there, Virgo's self-critical energy can be channeled positively. This is an opportunity for us to improve the way we speak to ourselves. We have the chance to stop continually criticizing ourselves, as so many of us do. Monday is also 9/9. Two nines doubles the energy associated with the number nine, which represents the end of a cycle. Monday is a great day to finish things and prepare for the upcoming shifts. 9 is also the number of spiritual growth and enlightenment, making Monday a good day to take stock of your life and spiritual goals. Since we're in Virgo season, this is the ideal time to finally establish a regular spiritual practice. September starts with a bang as Pluto and Uranus go retrograde today. On Monday, there will be a new moon in Virgo. This is an important moon because it's the final new moon before the start of eclipse season. Let's begin with the numerology for September. September is a 8 universal month in an 8 year. Power, ambition, material and financial prosperity, and abundance are all associated with the number 8. When an 8 month occurs in an 8 year, all of those factors are amplified, making it even more abundant, with more financial success. In numerology, the numbers 8, 9, and 1 are often grouped and represent a cycle of endings and new beginnings. A three-month cycle of endings and new beginnings starts in September. Pluto retrogrades back to Capricorn for the very final phase of his transit in Capricorn on Sunday. This is the last time in our lifetime we experience the combination of energies of Pluto and Capricorn. We're also wrapping up a 20-year chapter of Pluto in Capricorn. Also today, Uranus goes retrograde. Uranus is the planet of revolution, progress, and rebellion. When it retrogrades in slow Taurus, we get the time to take baby steps forward. We have time to think about how we want to evolve. There's no need to rush the process. The Virgo New Moon is on Monday. The fact that every planet is active in some way means that this moon is infused with an abundance of additional energy. This is a lot of energy to manage, and it may cause anxiety, restlessness, or overthinking. This new moon is about setting intentions for fall. Virgo helps us with planning, organizing, and carrying out our plans. Making steady progress forward is going to feel amazing and will help keep us grounded during this big time of change. Do you feel it? There's a hint of fall in the air. The transition from summer to fall is a big energetic shift. You may not feel like yourself. You may feel burned out, and sluggish with no energy. The transition from one season to another is a vulnerable time when we want to pay attention to our health. We want to prepare ourselves for these transitions so that we are aligned and work with them instead of spending our energy and health fighting against them. According to Ayurveda, the hot Pitta summer gives way to the cool, windy fall Vata season. Our immune system and digestion weaken during that time. We experience issues linked to dryness, such as gas and bloating, constipation, chapped lips, anxiety, or insomnia. We want to balance this transition from hot and wet, to dry and cold, otherwise, a Vata-Pitta imbalance leads to burnout. The key to a smooth transition is to gradually shift your daily routine and diet. The good news is that we were officially in Virgo season. Simply put, it's simpler to establish routines and get organized during Virgo season. Routines balance all the dosha, especially Vata. We can breathe a sigh of relief on the 28th when Mercury goes direct. Because of the retro shade phase, which lasts for two weeks, we aren't completely clear. But things get better when it comes to traveling, technology, and communication. Venus moves into Libra on the 29th. Libra is Venus's home sign and it loves it there. Venus in Libra restores balance and harmony to our life. Venus in Libra is the ideal remedy to help calm any potential Mercury retrograde symptoms that may have arisen. We're in some great energy as August comes to an end. Summer might be almost over, but these next few weeks will be peaceful and lovely.
This week there are a couple of things happening that shift our energy. The first one is the Full moon in Aquarius on Monday, the 19th. This is the sturgeon moon and it's also a supermoon and blue moon. There are two kinds of blue moons and neither has anything to do with the actual color of the moon. There is a monthly blue moon which is the second full moon in a calendar month. And then there's a seasonal blue moon, like this one. A seasonal blue moon is the third full moon in a season that has four full moons. This full moon is in Aquarius. Aquarius is unconventional, innovative, and rebellious. On the full moon, we're still in Leo season for a few more days. Leo season and this full moon are all about us! We have an opportunity to take a step back and look at our lives from above, from a higher and objective perspective, to see whether we might have been too self-centered. When a Full Moon in Aquarius occurs during Mercury retrograde, we reflect deeply on ourselves. We consider whether we are the kind of people we want to be and how our lives have turned out. it's time to let go of the outdated versions of ourselves. Release the people-pleaser version, the unkind version, or the constantly busy version. We have this time of introspection and then Virgo season begins on Thursday. Virgo season is a time to embrace productivity and organization. This energy is great for cleaning up messy parts of your life and dialing in your daily routine before fall starts. We are more enthusiastic about everyday tasks right now. Mercury rules Virgo and since Mercury is retrograde throughout the first half of Virgo season, we're reevaluating everything in our lives. Overanalyzing can be a problem for Virgos, particularly when Mercury is retrograde. The energy with this Mercury Retrograde has been intense, and this full moon amps it up a little more. The universe may deliver a little tough love with this full moon and we could feel slightly shaken up. Remember that everything is OK. Take extra great care of yourself and enjoy the start of Virgo Season on Thursday.
Mercury went retrograde last week in Virgo, aligning with the potent 8/8 Lion's Gate and a New Moon, which amplified the energy. Mercury is changing signs this week, entering Leo, which adds more drama to our lives. Right now, it's easier to lose our cool. When Mercury Retrograde moves into Leo, it brings back memories, exes and estranged friends, and long-forgotten dreams. This week's main event is the Mars and Jupiter conjunction, which happens early on the 14th. When Mars, the planet of motivation, action, and energy, and Jupiter, the planet that makes everything bigger, meet up in Gemini, we get fired up and feel a surge of go-getter energy. A conjunction is when two planets are at the same spot in the zodiac, boosting each other's energies. In this case, Mars, the planet that encourages us to take initiative is meeting up with Jupiter, who inspires us to claim more out of life. This is one of the best energies for taking action and getting shit done. But with all this powerful energy there could be some delays and setbacks because also this week Mars and Jupiter are forming a square with Saturn. Squares often cause friction, obstacles, and the need to adjust our plan. Mars and Jupiter ignite our passion and inspire us. Saturn's role is to ground this energy into something tangible, lasting, and fulfilling. Even though it may seem like things are moving slowly at times, we are still making progress. Keep working hard and pushing forward. We're making big long-lasting changes right now. Keep at it.
A lot is happening in the sky this week. There was a New Moon early this morning. Venus also moves into Virgo today. Tomorrow, Mercury Retrograde starts, and the 8/8 Lion's Gate happens on Thursday. This New Moon in Leo is exceptionally positive and motivating. It forms a sextile with Mars and Jupiter. Mars is bringing the energy, amping us up, and refilling our gas tank. Jupiter gives us a sense of optimism and the belief that everything is possible. Mercury goes retrograde in Virgo on Monday the 5th. This Mercury Retrograde feels like the Universe is handing us a giant magnifying glass. We see all the little details of our lives that aren't quite right. This is the perfect opportunity to put our world in order by fixing the little things that have been lying around for weeks sucking our energy. The 8/8 Lion's Gate takes place on Thursday. This date is also known as the Galactic New Year. Like a new year, it's a powerful day for setting resolutions and goals. The Lion's Gate Portal is when the Sun in Leo aligns with the star Sirius, and Earth, opening a portal to the higher realms. The numerology of 8/8 is extremely powerful. The number 8 represents power and abundance. Every year we have an 8/8, but since 2024 is also an 8-year, this year's is more powerful than usual. We're in the middle of Leo Season and the retrograde planets are beginning to stack up. Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto are currently retrograde. Mercury will retrograde next week, and Chiron went retrograde on Friday. Chiron is in retrograde for around five months of the year so this is a normal part of its cycle. However, what makes this retrograde extra powerful is the addition of Eris. Eris is a dwarf planet that was discovered in 2005. It's known as the Goddess of Discord and Rebellion. Eris is our feminine warrior who stands up to the patriarchy and people in power to make her voice heard. On July 21, Eris went retrograde, the same day Joe Biden withdrew from the race and Kamala entered. Chiron Retrograde is a very healing time while Eris gives us strength and fire. She supports us as we put on our warrior masks and confront something or someone who has held power over us. Retrogrades are a time to rethink and redo things. And it's specifically affecting women right now. We're getting another chance to elect a woman. In numerology, August is a 7 Universal Month. A seven-month is ideal for reflection and introspection. You could need more alone time this month to reflect on your life and connect with yourself spiritually. It's also the ideal time to begin making future plans. We're simply getting clear about what we want next; we won't be carrying out those plans just yet. This is a time of healing and empowerment. Heal what needs to be healed and start making plans for the future.

There was a Full Moon in Capricorn early on Sunday morning. This is the second full moon in Capricorn in a row. Every year, there are twelve Full Moons, each one taking place in a different sign. However, this year we have 2 Full Moons in Capricorn. The difference between these 2 Full Moons is what's going on with Capricorn's ruling planet Saturn. During the first Full Moon in Capricorn that took place on June 21st, Saturn was direct. However, since that full moon four weeks ago, Saturn went retrograde in Pisces, which is triggering a period of deep internal reflection. Saturn is associated with boundaries and now that it's in retrograde, we have an opportunity to restructure some aspects of our lives. We're getting the chance to do things in a whole new way. We also are redefining what success looks like to us. Our entire concept of success has been turned on its head in the last month. This full moon occurs at the 29th degree, the very last degree of Capricorn. It may feel more intense than normal because it's on this potent last degree. There are four other major planetary events happening today too which add to the intensity of the day. The Moon's conjunction with Pluto is the main one. It will activate our insecurities, fears, and triggers. If you feel like the sky is falling, and there's no hope, it isn't you, it's this moon. Monday is the start of Leo Season. Leo Season is our time to shine. From the moment Leo season begins, there will be a surge of energy helping us transform thanks to the two full moons in Capricorn and the Mars-Uranus Conjunction. We are changing this summer. In a big way! Right now, we have the confidence to go after our dreams and the optimism to know we're going to get there.
