Sky Sport is increasing the price of its sports package by about 12 percent. From May, a Sky Sport subscription will go up five dollars to $47 dollars a month. The price of the broadcaster's streaming service, Sky Sport Now, is also increasing - the monthly pass goes up by $5 a month to $54.99, and the Annual Pass by $50 to $549.99. The broadcaster said the price increase allows it to continue delivering an "unrivalled sporting line up." Jon Duffy from Consumer NZ spoke to Lisa Owen.

Hello and welcome to the Enchanted Ears Podcast, where we discuss anything and everything Disney. This week in Disney News, Bob Iger said all future investments in the park will be IP driven. He also confirmed Avatar will be a part of Disneyland expansion. Also, the new nighttime drone show, Disney Dreams That Soar presented by AT&T, will be premiering at Disney Springs on May 24. Those annual pass holder magnets sure look cool on the back of your car. It's very tempting to want to pay for one yourself, but the passes tend to be expensive, and not everyone is a short drive away from the Happiest Place on Earth. All things considered, today we answer the age old question, “When is it worth it to buy an annual pass to Disney World?” We go through all the types of annual passes including current prices, perks, and limitations. Finally, we tell you about how long you have to stay at Disney to make it worth the price for the most expensive pass (which is the only one available to non-DVC, non-Florida residents). Thanks again for listening and your continuous support. Submit a question/topic for us to discuss on a future episode. We recorded this episode in Disney World! Living like locals — annual passes, 4 parks in a day, and lots of meandering and "stand-n-stares." Sometimes Ben flew into Florida with his family on the same day that TJ and Melissa were checking out of the Poly. So of course Ben paid a visit to hear about their annual pass adventures without kids. We also get to hear from MJ right after he rode Tron with TJ and Mel. Check out episode 163, by the way...we recorded an entire show with MJ last summer. Lastly...a big shoutout to Melissa for her debut on the podcast! Dapper Mom?? * * * * * *We hope this podcast brings up good memories from your past trips, gets you excited for your next trip, and fills the void in between. (AURN News) — Frontier Airlines has slashed the price of its 'All-You-Can-Fly' annual pass, granting unlimited access to the airline's domestic and international travel network. The 2024-2025 GoWild! Annual Pass, unveiled by Frontier President James Dempsey, is now available at an all-time low of $499, a price tag that also includes complimentary Silver Elite status. “Throughout 2023, thousands of GoWild! pass holders have enjoyed all-you-can-fly travel to a wide variety of Frontier's domestic and international destinations,” Dempsey said in a press release. “For anyone with flexibility in their travel plans, the pass is a great value and a terrific opportunity to travel affordably,” he added. Pass holders will have the flexibility of booking confirmations one day before their U.S. flights and ten days in advance for international trips. Notably, the cost of airfare for pass holders is 1 cent, with additional charges encompassing taxes, fees, and other applicable costs. The $499 pass offers a twelve-month window covering travel from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025. However, there are restrictions that include blackout dates and the pass does not cover seat and bag purchases. To secure the deal, travelers must book their flights exclusively through the airline's official website. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Park Hopping is finally getting back to normal starting in January 2024, but the discrimination against annual passholders continues. Is this a good move by Disney or will a backlash lead to change as the Disney company continues to penalize its most loyal guest.Park Hopping, Park Passes and more in 2024 at Walt Disney WorldStarting on January 9, 2024, if you have Park Hopper on your Disney World park tickets or Annual Pass you will once again be able to park hop whenever you like without waiting until after 2:00 p.m. On days when theme park reservations are required for Annual Passholders and certain non-dated tickets, Passholders and guests will be able to take advantage of the updates to Park Hopper access after visiting their first park. For example, if a Passholder has a reservation at EPCOT and enters the park at 9 a.m. for a quick ride or two, they can then head to another park right after. What Disney is calling “Good-to-go days” will also begin in January (date TBA). These are days when Annual Passholders can visit a Disney World park without needing a theme park reservation (blockout dates will continue to apply like they do today). The negative is that Disney continues to discriminate against Annual Passholders who are spending money or DVC points to stay onsite at a Disney World hotel. They should be lifting Park Pass booking requirements for anyone who is staying onsite no matter what kind of ticket they have. This is certainly not making things simpler or easier for Disney's most loyal guests.--Disneyland's Downtown Disney is Getting New Food Offerings and MoreParkside Market is a new, curated collection of diverse culinary concepts with four new offerings under one roof. It's all part of the expansion on the west end of Downtown Disney. Seoul Sister is a fast-casual eatery serving Korean food based on bibimbap (Korean rice bowls) with a California twist. Sip & Sonder, from founders Amanda-Jane Thomas and Shanita Nicholas, has been recognized as one of the best cafés in L.A. and soon you can enjoy their signature lattes, fresh treats, frozen drinks and Caribbean-inspired bites.GG's Chicken Shop was founded by James Beard Award winners Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm, alongside Michelin Star Chef Partner Lee Wolen who will serve a family-friendly menu of chicken sandwiches, salads, and classic sides. The Downtown Disney location will be their first on the West Coast.second story bar will be an al fresco spot featuring signature craft cocktails and mocktails using local ingredients and artful garnishes. In the 152nd episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave are all over the place! Jenn first reports on the status of her other podcast, "Divas Dish Diz", then the continued unpacking of the new home, while Dave finally got his Annual Pass, but also signed up for the Virtual 5K series this summer. And Jenn's haunted home, plus the dangers of credit cards over social media. The news kicks off with Fantasmic burning down... Edna Mode returning to Hollywood Studios... the Star Wars Starcruiser discounts to be had... the emergence of PickleBall at the parks... Animal Kingdom's time capsule They randomly take a sidebar to the tech and style of the 90s, where not to meet people in the parks, and some great ideas for character nights and meeting places at Animal Kingdom and Hollywood's Pixar Place. And the sad fate of Dave's Mr. T action figure. Finally, Dave and Jenn both give their takes on the "Worst" attractions, or at least attractions that land in the Bottom 5 in their rankings. From Jenn finding some attractions useless to Dave declaring some rides are taking up valuable space for good attractions... and why he'd never go see "Are You There God It's Me Margaret".

By the reaction, you'd believe that Kimes is the Jordan Peterson of sports media — except people are allowed to criticize Peterson, while Mina remains above reproach. Not for Jason Whitlock. “I'm going to make everybody play by the same rules. If I can go on this show or on Twitter and blast Shannon Sharpe, I can go on Twitter and blast Mina Kimes.” As a special bonus for all the haters, Jason brings receipts from Matt Lauer, Oprah Winfrey, and CNN that show his message has remained consistent throughout the years and that it's the world that has changed. “Fearless” contributor Steve Kim joins the show to discuss the allegations the NFL has levied against Lamar Jackson, accusing him of using a “non-agent” to negotiate his contract. Plus, Tom Brady has “acquired” a stake in the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces. Will this be a better investment than Tom's crypto portfolio was? We can't talk about Lamar Jackson without “Last Chance U's” Coach Jason Brown. JB lays out his theory on the NFL's conclusion about Lamar, and it has nothing to do with the color of his skin. Today our theme is "laugh so you don't cry" – we're covering some of the ridiculous things happening in our world, and while things are looking bleak, we're going to laugh at the absurdity. First, China's Xi Jinping and Russia's Putin met last week to ... take over the world? Meanwhile, in the U.S., the cast of "Ted Lasso" visits a White House press briefing (because we have time for that apparently), Joe Biden still can't seem to read from a prompter, and Vice President Kamala Harris sends a formal letter congratulating Dylan Mulvaney on 365 days of pretending to be a girl. We also take a look at a list of things that are now apparently racist, including coffee, ballet, and highways, and discuss Robin DiAngelo pushing for segregation. --- Timecodes: (04:44) Putin and Xi Jinping meeting (12:00) Ted Lasso at White House press briefing (13:28) Biden can't read a poem (15:29) Jill Biden is frustrated with Joe (20:50) Propaganda from CCP and Soviet Russia (24:24) Things that are apparently racist (34:45) Robin DiAngelo pushes for segregation (41:35) Pentagon diversity chief (46:39) VP Harris sends letter to Dylan Mulvaney --- Today's Sponsors: Birch Gold — protect your future with gold. Folks, it appears Donald Trump is not going to jail just yet. Plans are still in place to potentially have him turn himself in next week, but in the meantime, one has to wonder whether this is helping him. The charges are so bogus that even Stormy Daniels' former lawyer, Michael Avenatti, doesn't think they're justified. “The Donald” hasn't been arrested, but that hasn't stopped people from making AI-generated images of him being taken in. They are unsettlingly good and surely an indicator that we're living in dangerous times. Van Jones is a communist, and the world should know that, but he did make a good point about the New York AG, Alvin Bragg, saying he might not actually bring charges against Donald Trump. Of course, anything that doesn't end with Trump's arrest isn't good enough for the ree-rees, so they dragged Jones for his comment. Joe Biden continues to fail at speaking English, this time stumbling over the name of a new monument and twice failing to quote a poem. San Francisco is considering giving $5 million in reparations to black residents. Due to this announcement, Chad has decided to move west and get a helluva tan so that he might partake in these delicious, free fruits. Tekashi 69, a famous rapper, proved the mantra “snitches get stitches” as accurate this week when he was brutally beaten in the bathroom of a Florida gym. Multiple NHL teams have opted out of wearing “Pride Night” jerseys, and hopefully more sports teams will follow suit. Tell these folks no, or you'll have to enjoy being forced to cater to their every whim. Since the day Donald Trump rode down the escalator, those on the Left have waged an all-out war against him. Not satisfied that he no longer occupies the White House, their dogged pursuit of criminal charges has been relentless since January 6, 2021. What is the real reason that progressives will stop at nothing to make sure Donald Trump can never run for president again? “Fearless” contributor Royce White joins Jason to discuss Trump's threat to the uni-party and how it will all play out in the end. Dom Lucre set Twitter ablaze with his recent Hunter Biden thread, accusing the president's son of even more debaucherous behavior. Lucre joins the show to discuss the allegations he levied, the threat he poses to the liberal establishment, and the motivations behind his actions. Plus, Wednesday means Tennessee Harmony. Anthony Walker, Virgil Walker, and Dave Shannon share a conversation about the organization “Stop Having Kids.” The group's proclaimed purpose is to prevent the world from obeying God's commandment to be “fruitful and multiply.” We want to hear from the Fearless Army!! Former President Donald Trump announced that he expects to be indicted and potentially arrested tomorrow by New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Make no mistake, if they arrest Donald Trump, they're arresting all of us. These are indeed scary times we're living in. We've got political prisoners in jail and riots in the streets, and Jeffey Epstein's associates still haven't been brought to justice. Don't worry; President Joe Biden loves and is a student of Persian culture. Oh, and that $1 million payment to Biden's family from China? Nothing to worry about. With that in mind, it's not hard to understand why one in five Americans support a national divorce. We're being run by a puppet administration in a country with a two-tiered justice system. Ron DeSantis called out the New York DA for being a Soros puppet, while also getting in a quick shot at Trump. A Manhattan grand jury believed to be close to making a decision on whether to indict Trump over his payment of hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels - payments which may have violated campaign finance rules. Ron DeSantis slammed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as a "Soros-funded prosecutor" who is "pursuing a political agenda and weaponizing the office". The House Judiciary Committee is demanding that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg testify before Congress in the wake of his "unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority". Chinese Leader Xi Jinping arrived in Moscow on Monday to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on what some are calling a “mission of peace”. President Biden vetoed his first bill today arguing the legislation was overly influenced by ‘MAGA Republicans'. Dr. Anthony Fauci and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser were subject to intense scrutiny from man who refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine while Bowser and Fauci went door-to-door in a Washington, D.C., neighborhood promoting the vaccine in 2021. On Sunday, New York Attorney General Letitia James read material from a children's book to minors at a Drag Story Hour she hosted at the LGBTQ+-centric The Center located in NYC's West Village along with a drag queen who wore a shirt that read "I don't want to look or be cis."
