Current college fraud scandal, today March 12 a college scandal broke out on twitter on how the rich, hollywood people pay the way to have their children attend Ivy League schools. Esmeralda was inspired to talk about it, how shes not surprised and details she discovered before. It's a big discussion which much information on her decision to attend small private schools, why she values her career and education and much more motivational and truthful words, as always.
In Episode 19 Esmeralda talks about how looking good on paper and with numbers should not trump a healthy, nom hostile work environment. She speaks about experiences when having employees who have “good numbers” or good measurable performance but yet are hostile and how they should not be above everyone elses. She discusses why she decides to pay more at certain retailers over others. Companies like Starbucks, Macys, McDonalds are mentioned.
