I feel like this is one of the most important things you could do as a family-first entrepreneur. We don't have the time or bandwidth to give everything our attention at once, so we have to pick and choose the things that are most important at this stage in our life. ------------- Ready to up-level your life? "If you are not in the arena also getting your ass kicked, I'm not interested in your feedback." ~Brene Brown Lately I have seen people close to me attacked for the content they have been putting out there. Frankly, I don't understand it...I don't understand what makes people want to tear down others. Jealously? Insecurity? Spite? Whatever it is, I am sick of it. This is my rant.

Hobbies come in all shapes and sizes. My guest today, Dave Espino, just so happens to restore vintage matchbox cars. Since this is something I didn't even know was a thing, I just had to talk to him about it. I think that sometimes in business we forget to just have a little fun in life and unplug from the work that we're doing. I also believe this is crucial to our mental health. Finding a hobby that we are passionate about and taking time to just disconnect and relax is so important. Listen along as Dave describes his hobby and I hope you will find it as fascinating as I did.
