Bronwyn's background is in Social work, working specifically within the youth development sector in Southern Africa. Experience linked to this role, include working with young entrepreneurs from marginalised communities in Cape Town and supporting their personal development and wellness on their entrepreneurial journey. Working within the University of Cape Town she formed part of the team responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the Student Entrepreneurship Week programme on campus.
