Partie 2 : quand les têtes d'affiche quittent l'entreprise « Personne n'est indispensable au travail. » Les patrons de PME qui ont vu partir un de leurs collaborateurs-clé réfuteront sûrement la formule. Perte de savoir-faire, risque de désorganisation, chute de productivité,... Le départ d'un talent n'est pas sans conséquences pour l'entreprise, c'est même tout l'écosystème qui peut en pâtir.   Changer d'emploi est courant dans une carrière, mais dans des contextes africains où le financement des PME est particulièrement crucial pour leur survie, le moindre élément perturbateur peut inquiéter les investisseurs. Un départ, même s'il se passe bien, peut porter préjudice à la réputation et à la valeur l'entreprise. In Rus the Moavite: Loyalty and Royalty (Part 4), Rus follows Noami's guidance and quietly goes down to Boaz's field at night. January 2026 marks the first full moon of the year and aligns with the Hebrew month of Tevet (Tov – “Good”), a prophetic season of purification, consecration, and new beginnings. We are positioned in Hebrew year 5786 and the Gregorian year 2026, making this a powerful crossover moment to reset foundations and align with God's purposes.January functions as a first-fruits month, not as a feast day, but as a principle—a beginning month where we consecrate ourselves through prayer, fasting, and giving according to Matthew 6. This is a time to be cleansed, made holy, and properly positioned to step into everything God has prepared for this year.In this teaching, we explore the Torah portion Vayechi (Genesis 50) and the Haftarah reading from 1 Kings 2, comparing the lives of Joseph, Jacob, King David, and Solomon. Molnár Ferenc Caramel 1982-ben született Szolnokon. Egy törökszentmiklósi cigánytelepen nőtt fel, és amíg nem nyerte meg a Megasztárt 2005-ben, gyári munkásként dolgozott. Bár az énekes sokáig azt hangoztatta, hogy nem foglalhat állást közéleti kérdésekben, mivel azzal megosztaná a közönségét, viszont idén nagy port vert fel Caramel egyik koncertje, ahol annak is hangot adott: „ezek a faszfejek annyit tanultak meg a kibaszott Oxfordon, hogy hogy kell megosztani az embereket!” De lehetséges-e megosztottság akkor, ha egy vélemény van, és egy központi hatalom, ami mindent leural?
