Rob just got back from SXSW and talks about some of his favorite performances, and about exploring some electronic music at the fest. We talked to Entheos singer Chaney Crabb, and she was an awesome guest. Chaney discussed her band winning over a weird SXSW crowd, life on the road and the band's new album, The Infinite Nothing, out April 1st. Chaney Crabb is the front-woman and guttural force of Entheos. Now hailing from southern California, Chaney is originally from Des Moines, Ia where she cut her teeth in numerous metal & hardcore bands before heading out west. Her approach to crafting death metal vocals has helped make Entheos a breakout metal band in a short period of time. She made headlines in 2014 when she posted an audition video for Veil Of Maya. Although she ultimately did not get the gig, it opened doors that allowed Entheos to form & flourish. They are about to embark on a nation wide tour and album release via Artery Recordings in the Spring of 2016 which is highly anticipated among metal circles across the country.
