Lektion 195 Liebe ist der Weg, den ich in Dankbarkeit beschreite. - EKIW 195 Der leise Pfad. Heute erinnert mich der Kurs daran, dass Liebe kein Ziel am Ende des Weges ist. Sie ist der Weg selbst. Jeder Schritt, den ich in Liebe gehe, bringt mich nicht nur näher nach Hause – er ist bereits Ausdruck von Heimat. Das Ego glaubt, Dankbarkeit entstehe erst, wenn Wünsche erfüllt wurden. Es sagt: Wenn alles stimmt, werde ich dankbar sein. Doch der Heilige Geist kehrt diese Reihenfolge um. Dankbarkeit öffnet den Geist für das, was immer schon gegeben ist. Sie ist keine Reaktion auf Glück, sondern der Schlüssel, durch den Glück überhaupt erkannt wird. Wenn ich Liebe wähle, gehe ich anders durch die Welt. Begegnungen werden heiliger, Herausforderungen verlieren ihre Schwere, und selbst scheinbare Hindernisse verwandeln sich in Gelegenheiten, Frieden zu lernen. Nicht weil sich die Welt verändert, sondern weil mein Geist sich erinnert. Der leise Pfad heißt: Ich muss den Weg nicht erzwingen. Jeder Schritt in Liebe trägt bereits das Ziel in sich. Und mit jedem Schritt wächst die Dankbarkeit, weil ich erkenne, dass ich nie allein gegangen bin. Gerade weil so viel von einem selbst in dem Shop steckt. Aber ein Umsatzplateau hat fast immer mechanische Ursachen, die nichts mit dir als Person zu tun haben. Ich nehme dafür das Bild vom Auto: Wenn ich einen kaputten Motor reparieren müsste, würde ich es nicht hinbekommen, weil ich die Mechanik nicht kenne. Das macht mich nicht dumm. Genauso ist Stagnation kein Charaktertest, sondern ein fehlendes Bauteil. In neun von zehn Fällen hakt es im System, am Shop, am Angebot, an den Kennzahlen, den Creatives oder am Tracking, und nicht an dir. Niemand ist zu blöd für seinen eigenen Shop. Nach meiner Babypause kehre ich endlich mit einem Thema zurück, das mich in den letzten Monaten intensiv begleitet hat: Rückzug. Nicht als Flucht vor dem Leben. Nicht als Stillstand. Nicht mit dem Gefühl von Einsamkeit. Sondern als bewusster Raum, in dem Neues entstehen darf. In dieser Folge nehme ich dich mit auf meine Gedankenreise durch Schwangerschaft, Mamawerden und Pilgern. Religiöse Frauengemeinschaften haben sich seit dem 19. Jahrhundert für die Bildung insbesondere von Frauen eingesetzt. Frauen haben im Kloster eine berufliche Perspektive und eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit gefunden. Eine Ära geht zu Ende. Sieben leibliche Schwestern haben das Kloster Baldegg im Kanton Luzern 1830 gegründet. Entstanden sind Bildungseinrichtungen, darunter fünf Schulen in Baldegg, Hertenstein, Sursee, St. Gallen und Bourguillon im Kanton Freiburg. Die Blütezeit des Ordens war in den 1960er Jahren, damals lebten 1060 Ordensfrauen im Kloster. Heute sind es noch 140 Schwestern. Der Nachwuchs bleibt aus. Die Baldegger Schwestern und andere religiöse Frauengemeinschaften haben für die Bildung von Frauen Pionierarbeit geleistet. Generationen von Frauen haben ihre Schulen besucht. Im 19. Jahrhundert noch stand die Schulbildung von Knaben im Vordergrund, Mädchen durften in ländlichen Gebieten gar nicht zur Schule, Frauen waren von höherer Bildung weitgehend ausgeschlossen. In Klöstern hingegen erhielten sie eine Ausbildung und eine berufliche Perspektive. Der Eintritt ins Kloster war die Möglichkeit für einen gesellschaftlichen Aufstieg: Eine Schwester konnte Leiterin einer Schule oder einer Gemeinschaft mit mehreren Hundert Mitschwestern werden. Nadja Bühlmann ist seit drei Jahren Generaloberin der Baldegger Schwestern. Bereits davor gehörte sie zum Leitungsteam der Gemeinschaft. In «Perspektiven» schaut sie auf die Geschichte ihres Klosters und zeigt, wie die Schwestern das Erbe ihres Klosters in Zukunft weiterführen wollen. Wer darf sprechen, wer fühlt sich dazu berechtigt – und warum spielen Titel, Hierarchien und implizite Rangordnungen dabei noch immer eine so große Rolle, besonders in konservativen Berufsfeldern? Die Sorge vor Bewertung, Neid oder Ablehnung führt oft dazu, dass Kompetenzen nicht ausgesprochen werden. Am Ende steht kein Fazit, sondern ein Gedanke: Dort, wo persönliches Interesse, Erfahrung und reale Themen zusammentreffen, entsteht Relevanz. Und manchmal ist es sinnvoll, das eigene Können nicht weiter zu relativieren.
