Then this week, TWO different White couples were arrested for terrorizing their adopted children. In West Virginia, a White couple was shackled and accused of forcing their abducted black children to "work live slaves" while living in a "shed." Further north in Ohio, a different White couple was arrested and charged with storing their adopted children in a "dungeon" and treating them "worse than prisoners of war." This is exactly what child psychiatrist Dr. Frances Cress Welsing meant when she created the concept: #ThrowAwayChildren Pitiful and confused black people should at least be able to cobble together a code to guarantee that no black boy or black girl is thrown in the rubbish ben of foster care for the easy access of child raping White abductors. Half of these children - including Devonte Hart - were abducted from the state of Texas. In the two weeks that we've been reading this book, the Texas Child Welfare system has been fined and charged with wanton neglect - including 49 children dying while in foster care over the past 4 years. Gus suspects most of those 49 fatalities were non-white children. Last week, we read the 7th chapter, titled: "Playing The Food Card." Gus noted that Asgarian fails to put this title in quotes, even though this is a critical response from Sarah Hart when Hannah's teacher reports that she's not been eating. 5 of the 6 non-white abducted children fell well below the growth levels for their age group when tested by doctors - evidence that they were severely malnourished. But the doctors reported nothing wrong. When neighbors and educators raised warnings and called child welfare, the White lesbian duo easily lied and thwarted all concern. They even ignored calls visits and calls from social service workers for weeks. We also read about the money the state of Texas makes from shipping foster children off to White parents across the US. When White parents like the murdering Harts get these children, they're generally is not high level oversight - if any. Years before these White Women killed 6 non-white children, they were repeatedly accused of abusing and starving children. Sarah Hart was actually convicted of child abuse in Minnesota, but faced no serious consequences. However, Suspected Racist Asgarian mentions Dorothy Roberts' work on the child welfare system. Gus just spoke to her in person right here in Seattle, Washington. Asgarian also mentions lame Matthew Shepard, once again, suggesting that this White dude was the victim of a "hate crime" because he's "gay." Gus encourages listeners to maintain a high level of suspicious and alertness while reading this non-fiction narrative of two lesbian White Women adopting a bunch of non-white children, only to kill them all. Last week, Asgarian detailed the origins of how Devonte Hart and his siblings ended up in the clutches of a White lesbian duo. It was dubbed "the hug felt around the world" and painted a picture of a socially conscious and loving family.  However, what has happening behind closed doors was far from loving and it all begins when Jennifer and Sarah Hart adopt six children and begin displaying snapshots of their so-called "perfect" life on social media.
