Large numbers of black people work and travel through this facility. Suspected Race Soldier Billy J. Cagle's White relatives snitched to authorities about his murderous intentions. He was nabbed at the airport with an AR-15 and many rounds of ammunition. In Washington D.C., a White man was taken into custody alive after he rammed a Secret Service gate with his vehicle. Miriam I. Carey is not forgotten. Curiously, almost no information has been released about this incident - no suspicion of motive, no identifying information, no list of charges. In this context, lawful black gun owners in Illinois report being arrested and charged with felonies for being in possession of a firearm. Don Noble is an Instructor in the Department of Cell Biology at Emory University. He received his BS in Neuroscience from the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2008, and his PhD in Neuroscience from Emory in 2016. Dr. Noble's academic interests include understanding fundamental sensory processes that contribute to the benefits of meditation, with an emphasis on slow, deep breathing. For his PhD, he developed an animal model of the relaxation response by using operant conditioning to train rodents to slow their breathing, and pursued the idea that patterned activation of mechanically sensitive lung afferents can shift autonomic balance, decrease stress and pain, and improve performance. As a Postdoc, he pioneered remote respiratory recordings to investigate breathing deficits in the context of chronic pain after traumatic injury. Dr. Noble is passionate about integrating these ideas across fields, and adapting them to educational curricula that explore alternative and sometimes unconventional approaches to enhance well-being. Westman allegedly denied that "racism" and "white supremacy" did not motivate this attack, however numerous outlets report that "she" used White Supremacist symbols in her media posting. In fact, a number of reports accused Westman of being "antisemitic" because the attack was on a Catholic school. Regions in the north part of Milwaukee were especially hard hit, unless, Gus T. is massively confused, large concentrations of black people are warehoused in this part of town. Many reports indicate that this once in a 1,000 years flood happened in a region where many people do not have flood insurance. In the nation's capitol, President Trump ordered federal troops into Washington, D.C. with specious claims of roving gangs of punks looting and pillaging "Chocolate City." Some fear President Trumps federal invasion will be coming to other US cities soon. Gus remembers one serious point that was raised during discussions of legalizing cannabis in "The District." Marijuana remains outlawed under federal law, and Washington, D.C. has a higher number of federal troops than most other cities. Many have pointed out that so called rural areas, many of which have already been losing local newspapers, will be especially hard hit by a loss of access to life-saving information. In Illinois, more than one hundred new people joined the list of 800 who allege state officials allowed "rampant sexual abuse in Illinois juvenile detention facilities." Many of those charging sexual abuse are classified as privileged black males. We also evaluate a segment from this week's 60 Minutes, where Jennifer Thompson and Ronald Cotton detail their history of wrongful rape convictions. Cotton is a privileged black male who served years in prison after being falsely convicted of raping Thomspon. DNA evidence later exonerated him. Thompson hosted a "retreat" with other rape victims and wrongfully convicted males. 60 Minutes ignored the piles of data that indicate a disproportionately high number of black males are wrongfully convicted of rape. Kerrville's Camp Mystic, a decades running Christian program for White girls, is in a high flood risk area and suffered devastating losses. Perkins and Gus highlighted that not too many non-white girls are Camp Mystic alums and there are online photos of young White campers "cosplaying" as "native americans." Also, there were many reports in mainstream news outlets about the shrinking numbers of births around the world. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing reminds us people classified as White constitute less than 10% of the global population. Also this week, Scarbrough filed a lawsuit against the establishments where 19-year-old Sade consumed alcoholic beverages with her White suspected killer. Also in Wisconsin, a different 19-year-old black female was mauled by a K-9 while visiting Mayfair Mall. Amirah Walls was bitten for approximately 30 seconds by a security hound following reports of an alleged altercation at the shopping center. A high school shares the "neighborhood" with this facility, and non-white students have reported explosions, dust, and flying projectiles from the negligent manufacturer. With some encouragement from "Irie in Louisiana," Gus T. was able to speak with Sade Robinson's mother, Sheena Scarbrough. She reminded Gus that nearly a year after her 19-year-old daughter was murdered, she still has not recovered her child's head. She also informed Gus about other missing and murdered non-white females, Emily Pike and Kayla Sobczak.
