The UFC is on break once more, but that's no reason for us to rest. After all, even if there aren't new fights being produced, there's plenty of old ones to go back and revisit. This time around, we tried our best to take a slightly different tactic and find three of the worst fights from three of MMA's most notable action talents. And, if I'm being honest, we didn't really succeed. Starting out the line-up is Carlos Condit's UFC 219 battle against Neil Magny. That's followed by Donald Cerrone's UFC 182 win over Myles Jury. And we capped the whole thing off with Nate Diaz's UFC 125 loss to the ‘Stun Gun' Dong Hyun Kim. As always, we're watching all three of these bouts over on UFC Fight Pass. If you'd like to watch along with us, Zane will count down the beginning of each video. And, if you're using another platform besides Fight Pass, Connor will try to chime in for the start of the first round. Be sure to follow Zane on twitter @TheZaneSimon, follow Connor, @BoxingBusch, follow Phil @EvilGregJackson, and follow @BloodyElbow for all the latest in MMA happenings. UFC 207 Podcast UFC 207 is finally approaching and that means one thing and one thing only… The long awaited return of Ronda Rousey! It seems like it has been far longer than 13 months since we have seen Rousey in the Octagon and she has been missed. On this  UFC 207 podcast, we discuss: Rousey vs. Nunes Ronda Rousey is not scheduled to partake in any of the media coverage during fight week Neither Rousey or Nunes is scheduled to take part in the media-only Wednesday Press Conference Which Ronda Rousey will we see on Friday night? Is Amanda Nunes ready for this type of spotlight? Nunes doesn’t understand Rousey’s media snub… and she spoke to Fox Sports on the matter… “Yeah I think she’s been very weird about everything. This is MMA, people are going to talk good about you, people are going to talk bad about you. You have to be ready for it,”“You guys (the media), you’re part of our lives, part of our careers. We have to talk and speak to the media because this is part of our job. She’s being so dramatic and weird about that. She knows this is normal.” What does Nunes expect from Rousey come Friday night? “I really don’t want to think she’s weak but she shows that she’s been avoiding all those things that made her who she is now. I think it’s a little bit weird.”“I don’t think she’s weak in mind. I really think she’s prepared for the comeback. I expect the best Ronda but I don’t know what’s wrong with her.” UFC 207 Podcast Dominic Cruz and Cody Garbrandt  Is this real bad blood or fight hype? Is this overboard and immature banter? UFC 199 was off the chain, UFC 200 features the surprising return of Brock Lesnar, Conor McGregor vs. Nate Diaz 2 is set to go down, MMA media monster Ariel Helwani received a lifetime ban from Zuffa and so much more happened on June 4. We have it all, including an update on Ronda Rousey. Rear Naked Choke Radio hosts Joe Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) and Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) dove into the lengthy list of hot topics and discussed their favorite and flavorless moments of the night. UFC 199 was a card full of exciting fights and two championship bouts, one of which ended with a belt changing hands in one of the biggest upsets in the promotion's history. But rivaling for the headline of the night was the ejection of Helwani from press row, along with his camerman, Casey Leydon, and Leydon's wife, esteemed MMA photographer Esther Lin, all of MMAFight.com. Helwani is widely considered as the most important media personality in mixed martial arts. He creates some of the most memorable interviews the top athletes in the sport. Breaking news is a large part of Helwani's job, and he's damn good at it. Before the UFC 199 co-main event, featuring a bantamweight title fight between champion Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber, the UFC aired a promotional video for UFC 200 and one of the biggest draws to ever grace the Octagon, Lesnar, appeared at end, indicating he will be fighting on the card. Helwani, however, broke the news via Twitter before the UFC released the video and a tweet of their own, which led to the escorting of The MMA Hour host and his two colleagues out of The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. Rizzo and Kelly explained who loses with the absence of Helwani, and possibly MMAFighting.com, from covering live UFC events. They compared the UFC's actions to other sports leagues, such as the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB, and talked about how the banning affects the media as a whole. Michael Bisping made the most of a long-awaited opportunity and won the middleweight championship by knocking out Luke Rockhold in the first round, but in typical fashion of the Brit, the best night of his career was marred by his tasteless post-fight comments. Cruz defended his title against Faber, 45-year-old Dan Henderson crushed former Bellator middleweight champion Hector Lombard, and every other fight on the card delivered. The night's competitors came to put on a performance, so much so that the Fight of the Night bonuses went to the two combatants kicking off the Fight Pass prelims, Marco Polo Reyes and "the other" Dong Hyun Kim. Rizzo and Kelly also looked ahead at UFC Fight Night 89 and UFC 200, as well as predicted who Lesnar might meet in his return to the cage. Rizzo made his pick and backed it up emphatically. Also discussed was the rematch of Diaz and McGregor being made official for Aug. 20 at UFC 202, and Rousey's potential next bout and where it might be. DONG HYUN KIM TO FACE TJ GRANT ON JULY 11TH                   Las Vegas NV (USA) -- A dislocated shoulder, suffered in training, has forced welterweight standout Jonathan Goulet to withdraw from his bout against Dong Hyun Kim on the preliminary card of UFC® 100 on July 11th. But Canada will still be represented in the bout, as Nova Scotia’s TJ Grant will step in to face Kim at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.   A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Grant made quite an impression in his UFC debut in April, as he pounded out an impressive three round split decision win over seasoned competitor Ryo Chonan. Now 14-2 as a pro, the 25-year old Grant is eager to move further up the welterweight ranks by scoring a victory over the talented Kim.   Dong Hyun Kim is a hero back home in his native South Korea, and the unbeaten (11-0-1, 1 NC) “Stun Gun” is rapidly building a United States fanbase as well after wins over Jason Tan and Matt Brown. A fourth degree black belt in judo, Kim hopes to keep the “0” at the end of his record on July 11th.
