(Inspired by Jack Ma & Divine Wisdom)1. The Secret No One Tells You "Before market research, before technology, before your degree—put God first. That's the real billionaire mindset." Jack Ma's Story: Failed college twice, rejected from 30+ jobs. Started praying. Then built Alibaba in a tiny apartment with 18 people and faith. Key: Success isn't just hustle + luck. It's alignment with divine purpose.2. Why God is Your Ultimate Competitive Edge Clarity Beyond Logic: Decisions stop being just "smart" and start being right. Example: Jeff Bezos' "Regret Minimization Framework" (prayer-like reflection before big leaps). Peace Beyond Circumstances: No therapist can prescribe the calm of "God's got this." "Man plans, God laughs." — But His plans are better. Strength in Failure: Jack Ma's failures became fuel because he saw them as divine redirection.3. How to Actually "Put God First"(It's Not Just Praying Before Meals) Morning Surrender: Start your day with "God, use me today." (Not "Here's my to-do list, bless it.") Decision Filter: Ask: "Does this honor God?" "Is this driven by ego or service?" Work as Worship: Sweep floors like you're building a cathedral. Jack Ma: "We didn't sell products—we served dreams."4. The "God Factor" in Business Alibaba's Miracle: No funding, no tech—just 18 people praying in an apartment. Today: $500B empire. Modern Proof: Chick-fil-A (closed Sundays) outperforms competitors. Hobby Lobby credits growth to biblical principles. Not Superstition: It's operating in divine flow.5. Try This Today 5-Minute "God First" Challenge: Write your biggest problem. Below it, write: "God's solution is…" Sit silently for 3 minutes. Listen. Act on the first nudge (call someone, delete a toxic plan, etc.).The Bottom Line "You can have the map (strategy) or the compass (God). The compass always wins."Your Move: If you're stuck: Pray before you plan. If you're winning: Thank God louder than your ego.(For deeper study: Read Jack Ma's speeches on faith + hustle.)Why This Works: Neuroscience: Prayer reduces anxiety by 27% (Harvard study). History: From Rockefeller to Oprah, top achievers credit divine guidance. You: That gut feeling? That's God's WiFi. Stop ignoring it.Question: What's one thing you'll hand over to God today? Acts 2:36"Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ."(NKJV)
What if generosity wasn't about how much you have — but Who has your heart? Can you believe it's been a year since we started our Together Initiative to fulfill the vision God gave Orchard Hills Church to expand our reach, deepen our faith, and live out radical generosity. We have another year to go to reach our goals so this week we are kicking off a Together Initiative Refresh over the next five week with a focus on 2 Corinthians chapters 8 and 9. Focusing on 2 Corinthians 8:1–5 today, we see how the Macedonian churches who, even in extreme poverty, begged for the chance to give. Why? Because they had experienced the transforming power of God's grace. We're reminded that true generosity isn't a formula of wealth and abundance — it's the supernatural equation only God can create: Overflowing joy + extreme poverty = rich generosity None of us desire extreme poverty. Extreme poverty is not good. But, if you combine extreme poverty with a relationship with God you begin to see God as your provider and your absolute dependence on Him. You become more thankful for the simplest of things that we, who have so much, often take for granted. This TOGETHER INITIATIVE is about more than a building. It's about how we give ourselves first to God and then to others. It's about using the time, talent, and treasures that God has entrusted to us for His eternal purposes. It's about us becoming more like those Macedonian Christians. Scripture List 2 Corinthians 8.1–5 Acts 2.42-47 Mark 12.30-31
Marriage & Family week 4 looks at the 'God Factor' in marriage. The central theme revolves around Colossians 1:27, reminding us that 'Christ in you' is the hope of glory. This isn't just about knowledge; it's about bringing the unadulterated power of God into our relationships. We're urged to move beyond simply hearing truth to actually embodying it. The message draws striking parallels between our need for forgiveness from God and our call to forgive others, especially our spouses. It's a wake-up call to examine the roots of bitterness in our hearts and to use forgiveness as the shovel to dig them up. This isn't about minimizing hurt, but about elevating what Jesus has done for us. As we reflect on this, we're compelled to ask ourselves: Are we allowing unforgiveness to stunt the growth of our marriages? Are we ready to extend the same grace we've received?
God is the final decider of all things. Be blessed with this episode

If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, now may Israel say (Psalm 124-1)
I am created in God`s image after His own likeness. In His likeness He created me. Therefore, I have the God factor in me. The God factor in me is His Spirit, the Spirit of His dear Son Jesus Christ. Christ is the living water in me. I am the tree planted along the river side, my leaves will never wither and I will prosper in all that I do. The river is Christ, I am planted in Him. His river will continue to follow through me, still eternity, showing and reflecting the God factor in me. I am one with the Father, one with the Son, one with the Spirit. I am intertwined with the God head, Jesus, Him being the express image of the God: Jesus said, I am in the Father, and the Father is in me. Hence, through the Holy Spirit, Christ lives in me and thus the Father dwells in me There is no different between us, for He is the God factor in me. His will is my will. I am a citizen of heaven, I AM just passing by through this life, fulling the Glory of the Lord, His finish work in me For the life in me, is His life. When God sees me, He sees His Son. He sees His abilities in me, His might and dominion. Hence, I walk fully in His abilities in me. He is the God factor in me. My fleshly mind can`t comprehend this fact. That`s why I give me self totally to the university of the Spirit. For when the Spirit comes, He will guide me into all truth, the truth of Christ. Now, the Spirit is in me, living and active in me. As I study the word of Christ, my mind is being renewed, I see all that He will have me see, I do all that He will have me to. For I believe in Him, the expression image of the God-head. As the Spirit of God is moving and active in me, my perspective about my life changes, I see the God factor in me. I see Christ in me. I see His abilities in Him, I experience the supernatural daily, for that is my new norm My spiritual reality superimposed my physical reality.I walk in the newest of Christ, I embody everything about him, for the God head lives in me. He is the hope of Glory. In Him, I move and have by being. Outside him, I have no life. For is He the fullness of life. The God factor in me, Christ in me. I see, I hear beyond natural perception. The reality of my Spirit is limitless I am conscious of who I am in ChristFor He is the God factor in meIn all circumstances, I operate as God`s best, because He is the God factor in meI look beyond my abilities and strength, for I have the God factor in me. Is there anything too hard for God? With Him, all things are possible, therefore, I walk in his endless possibilities. am in a kingdom where there is righteousness, peace and Joy. My rode to part the rea see is the word of God. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. I believe in God, in Jesus Christ, the God factor in me. I will continually speak what my Father has spoken, written about me, till I understand the God factor in me. His words will not depart out of my mouth.

Delight Your Marriage | Relationship Advice, Christianity, & Sexual Intimacy
For the past 30 years, she has tried everything to try and connect with her husband. It left her feeling lonely inside her own marriage. Tanya is a woman who feels deeply. She is wired to feel the world and those around her in a deep, empathetic way. But this is not the way her husband was wired. Since the beginning of their marriage, Tanya has felt a disconnect and a dismissal of her emotions. Her husband went looking for marriage help and found the Delight Your Marriage podcast. Through the podcast, he was inspired to join the men's program and that is when their marriage really began to change. She was shocked when she noticed he started listening more intently, he became more tender, and they would go on walks in the park holding hands together- something that had been missing since their dating days. This inspired Tanya to do the women's program and "jump in with both feet", willing to let this program change her the way it had changed her husband. Now, their marriage has flourished. Tanya never thought it would be possible, but here they are, more connected than ever before. She said she feels "let out of prison". The depression has lifted and she has hope for the future for the first time in so long. We believe Tanya's story will encourage you and inspires hope in you for your journey! Love, Belah & Team PS - If this story resonates with you and you want to see a change in your marriage as well, we would love to talk with you. Contact us at delightyourmarriage.com/cc for a completely free Clarity Call. (A call Tanya says is still impacting her even now.) PSS - Here is a quote from a (different) recent graduate: Before the Delighted Wife Program: "We were planning on how to keep a family together while breaking our family up - We were at the end of ourselves and decided it was time to give up and go our separate ways." After: "WHERE DO I BEGIN!!! I have grown in patience, perspective, my faith and connection with God, my understanding of my husband, and peace. I have learned how to build my marriage. Building it is now a journey and no longer an intense, overwhelming mission impossible... Biggest take away from this whole course is the GOD FACTOR. Belah always pointed us to Jesus NOT to a strategy or an idea or concept. It was directly and purely to JESUS. He was the main focus, and everything else just fell into place. It helped me to re-center everything in my life."
