SHOW NOTES: Black Friday The earliest evidence of the phrase Black Friday originated in Philadelphia, where it was used by police to describe the heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic that would occur on the day after Thanksgiving. This usage dates to at least 1961. DAILY TAROT CARD Ace of Cups In the Single-Card Draw position Meaning: The Ace of Cups is the most potent and pure form of the feminine element of water. When the Ace of Cups appears in a reading, it proclaims birth, growth, love, and clairvoyance. This card often appears when a pregnancy is about to be announced or confirmed. However, there is more to the Ace of Cups than just physical birth. It does symbolize a wedding, a happy marriage, a healthy relationship, and a loving family. It may also be a symbol for emotional growth and healing. Remember, too, that the element of water is associated with psychic powers, creativity, imagination, and spiritual and emotional fulfillment. Gaze into the surface of that overflowing silver cup ... what new, enchanting things are about to be birthed into your world? Keywords: Births, weddings, happy news and celebrations. Romance and relationships. An emotional beginning. Psychic powers, creativity, and healing. The element of water. MOON WATER DAILY WITCH TIPS You can also consider surrounding the outside your container with crystals or herbs. It’s less about the light from the Moon and more about the energy and gravitational pull (which is strongest during the Full Moon). Just as the Moon affects the tides, it affects us humans as well since we are made up of 60% water. A Full Moon charges water by its gravitational force and along with our intentions placed into it.After your Moon Water is charged you can make tea with it and imagine that restorative energy flowing into your body. After your Moon Water is charged you can make tea with it and imagine that restorative energy flowing into your body. If you’re using a Mason jar or similar container just flip it upside down so the lid is on the bottom. Then the Moon energy can shine in through the glass! If you added crystals the Moon Water might not be safe for consumption. Do your research before adding any crystal to water! Some crystals (Selenite, Malachite, Lapis Lazuli, Fluorite, Calcite, or Labradorite) can dissolve or be damaged by water. Join hosts Kirk White and Christina Sheer as they discuss Christina's experience moving to a new town and her feelings about pursuing a new church. Many churches have switched to online services now, which has allowed churches to be more accessible than ever before. A lot of churches aren't offering in-person services at all right now, and the major ministries have announced physical closures until 2021. Christina talks about how many ministries aren't set up to deal with providing online services. How are they supposed to integrate into a new church experience without any outreach initiatives? How will churches move forward without having four physical walls? Kirk and Christina are interested to see how the impacts of COVID-19 will impact individual churches and church funding. Online service can actually benefit churches as some have actually received more churchgoers than usual, given the fact that the capacity for attendance is unlimited. This has also allowed those who are afraid or are uncomfortable attending church to participate in services. A data research showed that the percentage of people discovering Christ outside of the physical walls of church has multiplied tenfold. Going forward, the church is going to have to adapt and change. Kirk and Christina talk about how this can potentially be a good thing as this may cause the churches to forego the typical “Sunday service” and focus on an around the clock, community initiative. What's really important to you in a church? Pursue that and live life based on what's really important to you.

Welcome to the What is Really Important podcast, hosted by Kirk White and Christina Sheer. This is the show that hopes to bring you engaging conversations about life changing transformations. Today's episode includes all things social media. Its importance, engaging your audience, and targeting leads are all discussed. Christina recently quit her job, started a new business, and moved across the country during a pandemic. She is able to provide unique insights as Kirk discusses how God's economy provides. Kirk touches on how churches are struggling with the social media aspect of the pandemic and asks Christina how her business could help with promoting businesses online. Christina tells us a big culprit is “posting paralysis”. Christina brings up the importance of having inclusive content and her “PIE” formula for engaging content, including which industries it can be effective for. Social media marketing can take up to 50 hours per week and Christina dives into how a simple content calendar can help. In the “new normal”, you have to have an online presence and stand out among the crowd. Kirk and Christina discuss how an investment in a social media strategist can help you to gain more business. We hear about how to drive traffic towards your website. To finish up the episode, Christina gives us a gift: her “Top Digital Tools for Social Media Success.” She would love it if you could subscribe to her e-mail list. Welcome to the What is Really Important podcast, hosted by Kirk White and Christina Sheer. This is the show that hopes to bring you engaging conversations about life changing transformations. Today's topic of conversation is generosity. Kirk talks about how and where the US ranks among other countries in this metric. He then describes the various charities and acts of generosity that he has heard about. Christina prays that these acts will continue after the pandemic and explains that if we have a surplus, it's easy enough to give and make an impact. Acts from churches have been playing a huge impact in viral kindness, leading Kirk to tell us a story about how $200 changed someone's life. Kirk has a book called “Unlock Your Resources and Thrive” that touches on living below your resources and saving money. It's better to give than to receive, so Kirk touches on how being blessed throughout his life has encouraged his heart of generosity. A surprising fact from a book Kirk is currently reading shows that millionaires spend less than $300,000 on a house and rarely spend over $41,000 for a vehicle. Kirk talks “money pits” and how when he felt he was looking for something else, material things didn't bring him joy. Christina gives us some insight as to what to look for when giving money to a charity or missionary partners based on her own missionary experience. To finish the episode, Christina says a quick prayer about generosity and giving. On today's episode of What Is Really Important, the focus is the power of a pause and how silence can be golden. Christina talks about how she's settling in to living in Michigan after a move from Nashville. Kirk talks about wanting to go back to Florida once the borders re-open and about the constantly changing weather. A lot of people have adapted to the opportunity to pause and to get things done that may have been put on the backburner. Kirk tells us about an interesting opportunity he had and how he took it as a learning experience. Christina shares a scripture that she feels resonates with the current situation and teaches us a bit about the meaning of the scripture. Walking is a great way to clear your head and reflect on your circumstances while staying fit. Kirk and Christina talk about how Jesus was involved with walking and how it is symbolized in the bible. Pausing to take a moment and reflect is a great practice to incorporate in your daily interactions and helps you to be more intentional with your words which, ultimately, can keep you out of trouble. Christina encourages re-evaluating your social media posts before they are out there for the world to see, as in today's world, it is so easy to unintentionally or indirectly offend someone. Taking a moment to be quiet can also strengthen your ability to hear and listen to God. To finish off the episode, Kirk and Christina take a moment to pause. Welcome to the What is Really Important podcast, hosted by Kirk White and Christina Sheer. This is the show that hopes to bring you engaging conversations about life changing transformations. In today's episode Kirk and Christina discuss navigating a crisis through faith. Christina and Kirk begin the episode by talking about their friends and family in other countries and their experiences during lockdown. Christina has friends in South Africa where winter is starting and the repercussions for leaving your house are severe. Kirk has family in the Philippines, and they are experiencing the same severe consequences. Both agree that the resilience of people and their perspective of what is truly important is inspiring. Christina then goes on to talk about seeking the good from the outbreak and finding solace in scriptures. She has been applying scripture to her life more and expanding her generosity. She has been taking this time to focus on blessing it forward and really looking at what she truly needs in life. Kirk tells us a story about recently ordering a foosball table for his daughter's birthday. The gift was lost in the mail and the company sent a replacement. A few days later, the first table showed up and they told him to keep it. Later that day he saw that the local Bible camp was asking for donations of equipment to keep the children occupied during lockdown. He was able to donate it to them that day. Kirk believes this was truly God's plan for him. The episode finishes with the two talking about weathering the tests that God sets out for us and intentionally searching for reason in His plan. Now is the time for cultivating your relationship with Him and trusting in His plan for you. Welcome to the What is Really Important podcast, hosted by Kirk White and Christina Sheer. This is the show that hopes to bring you engaging conversations about life changing transformations. Today, Kirk and Christina discuss the perceived differences between Millennials and Gen X and what they believe the truth to be. Christina is an enthusiastic, optimistic, tech savvy and entrepreneurial person. Ironically, this is often the opposite of how Millennials are viewed. In her experience, other people of her generation, especially those that walk with God, are like her. Kirk adds that Millennials are often saddled with large debt and have less opportunities to start their own businesses because of this. Kirk explains that he often didn't fit in with others in Generation X because of his entrepreneurial spirit. He often found he got less respect due to ‘not having a job' like others his age. He relates more to Millennials in that respect because he feels they have a similar attitude towards life and work as his own. Kirk and Christina go on to talk about attitudes regarding work/life balance. Christina discusses the blurring of boundaries with the prevalence of technology and Kirk brings up the way Gen Xers always seem to be working for retirement without being present. They end today's episode by telling us what they believe their respective generations value most. Christina thinks Millennials are more experiential, present and looking to leave a lasting impact. Kirk believes Gen Xers value stability over experiences. In the end, God is your provider and you should take the opportunities he provides you, regardless of generation. Welcome to the What is Really Important podcast, hosted by Kirk White and Christina Sheer. This is the show that hopes to bring you engaging conversations about life changing transformations. In this episode Kirk and Christina talk about their backgrounds and what lead them into the service of God. Christina shares her background with us from her love of soccer as a child to giving it up because of injury. She started her journey to God that day. Years later, a friend was severely ill and they attended church together. Christina says it was at that moment she was overwhelmed by God's presence and began her devotion to His path. Following this experience, Christina went on several missions to other countries including moving to Cape Town and assisting their ministry in launching. Christina is now in the process of launching her new company Sheer Wisdom and aims to equip and inspire young believers to pursue their purpose. Kirk then tells us his personal story. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 18. Having grown up Catholic, God has always been a part of his life but he has had moments of disillusionment. We then hear about Kirk's various business endeavors and how he was not serving God for a time after his divorce. He talks about his current career as a business owner, author, consultant, and financial advisor. He tells us how living intentionally has helped him find God's purpose for him. Kirk and Christina end today's episode by discussing how God revealed His plans for them and reiterate the importance of faith, friends and family. Welcome to What is Really Important, hosted by Kirk White and Christina Sheer. This is the show that hopes to bring you engaging conversations about life changing transformations. In this first episode, Kirk and Christina discuss how their lives have changed since the outbreak of Covid-19 and the positive aspects of the new normal we are all facing. Kirk and Christina begin by telling us a little bit about themselves. Kirk is a business owner, author, consultant, and financial advisor based out of Canada. Christina is a self-described social media evangelist with 15+ years of brand management experience for local and global organizations. The two discuss the importance of technology for businesses and individuals during this time. It is allowing people to overcome challenges that existed pre-outbreak as well as the new issues we are all facing. Kirk goes on to talk about how the lockdown has made him realize that material possessions are not important but giving people hope is. Christina then discusses looking forward to the new normal. The pandemic has undoubtedly changed how we interact and instead of operating from a place of loss, we should be coming from a place of gain and using this time to reflect on how everything we do is God willing. For Christina, this has been a time to remove distractions, silence notifications and really become creative and connect with God and His plan. Kirk and Christina finish today's episode by talking about the importance of being authentic and accepting God's provision. Don't be afraid to ask Him, your family and friends for support if you need it.
