In this week's ball-training episode, Magnus kicks off a new epic megaseries! Yes indeedy, this one's dedicated to Batgirl and Robin. Or, more accurately, Barbara Gordon and Dick Grayson. This all spun out of a Batman comic book reading project your brave leader undertook a week or three before recording this episode, whereupon he fell ass-backwards into the Babs/Dick ship subplot. This week, the spotlight falls on Robin Annual #04, Robin- The Gauntlet and the Robin- Year One miniseries. These form the basic seeds of where Dick Grayson started in the post-Zero Hour DCU. In spite of the fact that different creative teams handled different books that will be discussed through this megaseries, it's truly astounding how well these books all fit together in a weird type of head canon... for those of you who go in for such things. Due to the avalanche of ass-kickery, unfortunately there was just no time for listener feedback this week. However, there has been a fair amount of feedback (and feed-forward!) in recent episodes so this subject hasn't been entirely ignored. Patience! The vast backlog of feedback will be addressed in due time. Fear not! In the meantime, though, don't let the lack of feedback this time get you down! You can still offer your feeble effort at tribute! You humble serfs are always welcome to kiss your benevolent leader's ring. Corrupt DiManzocorp interns are ready, willing, able and eager to accept your bribe to present your meager missives to your wise emperor. The email address to use is trentusmagnus@gmail.com as the other seems to be having technical problems. In an another sublime act of truly unprecedented charity, your emperor permits you lowly rabble to suggest topics for a future episode. Thus, petitions may be sent to trentusmagnus@gmail.com for DiManzocorp interns to review, whereupon your leader might consider thinking about the possibility of potentially discussing whatever you have in mind some day. And that's a promise!
