This episode we will solve the age-old debate of terrorism. You're welcome. Ok not really. We will be discussing how Star Trek actually solved the age-old debate of terrorism. Ok not really. Maybe they just kinda skirted the issue and glossed over some important context and details. Idk, it's art, ok? Not everything has to have a solution. Sometimes you just make a story and use a complex political issue as a backdrop and that's just ok. We watched two episodes of Star Trek for this episode, one from The Next Generation and one from Deep Space Nine. While they didn't really solve the question of whether terrorism is acceptable, they were fun. I guess you can't have it all.Next episode we will be discussing You Brought Me the Ocean, a YA re-imagining of the origin story of Jackson Hyde AKA Aqualad.Monte's theme this season is best-selling superhero comics of all time.
