Ed currently works in the San Francisco Giants organization but back in the day Holly accidentally stumbled into real estate by helping her husbands teammates and friends find short term housing during spring training.  The short term leases compounded into long term leases and the long term leases evolved into sales and referrals and the foundation for success in real estate was laid,  A decade later Holly has a team of 30 agents who she pours into and a flourishing business.  Holly dedicates a large chunk of her day finding ways to inspire and educate her agents to grow their book of business.  She gets a lot done in a day and it starts early at 5AM where she makes time for her kids, husband, team, clients and a busy social life.  The struggle to keep work-life balance is real and it is an ever evolving work in progress.  This is real life, this is real business.  This is what it takes to have it all.  School is in session. En Alsace, si les marchés de Noël ont presque tous été annulés à cause du coronavirus, les sapins sont en vente partout à la grande satisfaction des clients. Six millions de sapins se vendent chaque année en France pour Noël. Alexandre et Virginie, un couple de Strasbourg, ne dira pas le contraire : le sapin est essentiel pour les fêtes. Ils en prennent même deux : « On vient avec la poussette et on le ramène à la maison avec la poussette, voilà. Deux sapins parce madame en veut un dans la salle à manger et un dans le salon », explique Alexandre. « Je suis catholique, croyante, pratiquante et pour moi, Noël a une importance très forte et le sapin en est un emblème parmi d'autres », ajoute Virginie alors que son conjoint complète : « On a besoin d'autant plus de retrouver ce côté famille, Noël, chaleur. » Paula et ses neveux sont aussi venus choisir un grand sapin : « C'est la seule chose qu'il nous reste pour les fêtes de fin d'année, d'avoir cette chaleur de famille et c'est un moment qu'on partage avec joie tous les ans. » Hausse des ventes par internet Dominique Zorn a le sourire. Ce producteur de sapins est tous les ans au bout du marché de Noël. Cette année, le marché de Noël étant annulé, il est seul sur la place mais content d’être là : « On était très inquiets et puis on avait déjà appris que le marché de Noël allait être annulé. Est-ce qu'on aurait le droit de vendre des sapins ? Non ? Oui ? Sur la place ? Et tout s'est fait au dernier moment. On a eu des clients qui ont acheté leur sapin, des clients qui sont passés en disant : "On viendra plus tard mais on est contents que vous soyez là !" » À Colmar, au centre de l’Alsace, Lucas Meyer respire. Fin octobre, son problème, c’était trouver des sapins alors qu’il croulait sous les commandes. A Calgary broadcaster, Lucas Meyer, was “discovered”. He had posted a YouTube video of his impersonations, that was spotted by Simpsons producers, and Meyer will be playing the role of Justin Trudeau on an upcoming episode of the Simpsons.
