Anxiety is something so many of us face, but as Christian moms, how do we navigate it in a way that strengthens our faith rather than shakes it? This episode isn't about having all the answers—it's about an honest conversation, sharing wisdom, and learning how to take responsibility for our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We'll talk about: -Shifting from "I have anxiety" to "I am overcoming anxiety" -Why a relationship with God—not just quoting verses—brings true peace -Taking ownership over triggers and avoiding what fuels anxiety -Doom scrolling, caffeine overload, and the everyday habits that make anxiety worse -The power of movement, rest, and choosing thoughts that bring life -How to trust God deeply—even when worst-case scenarios creep in This is the pep talk we all need—a reminder that while anxiety is real, it doesn't have to rule our lives. You are not alone, and you CAN experience freedom. Let's dive in together! Follow @ElevateMotherhood on instagram!
What if the most powerful way to change the world is simply by staying rooted in Christ? In this episode, we're talking about the impact of Christian women who live out their calling with confidence, love, and the Fruit of the Spirit. Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16), and today we're reflecting on what that means for our daily lives. We'll dive into: What it looks like to live with the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control Why our daily interactions—big and small—are opportunities to reflect Christ How to be unoffendable and stay the course, even when faced with criticism or negativity How being a fruit-filled mom and wife transforms our families and communities Why Christian women walking confidently in their faith is exactly what the world needs Key Scriptures: Matthew 7:16-20 – “You will know them by their fruits…” John 15:5-8 – “I am the vine, you are the branches…” James 3:17 – “The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.” Challenge for the Week: Take a moment to reflect—what do people see in you? Are you living out the fruit of the Spirit? Ask God to help you stay connected to Him and let your life overflow with His fruit! If this episode encouraged you, I'd love to hear from you! For some reason, it seems like our culture gets this whole concept backwards. Moms feel ashamed to be needed by their babies and young kids, and then moms like to be overly-needed by their kids as they become adults. Is there a God-given design to transfer this important dependence on parents to dependence on God over time? How do we do it? Hey guys! Welcome back to the Elevate Motherhood podcast. This is a super special episode because I have an announcement! You have heard me mention on the podcast and Instagram that something *NEW* is coming to Elevate Motherhood. Well, I'm finally ready to tell you! My email list got the email a couple of days ago and now we are ready to go LIVE! We are launching a brand new home organization online course! This course is FOR MOMS. It's called the Home Organization Master Class by Elevate Motherhood. I basically just created the course I was looking for myself. I love organization, homemaking, and really putting effort into making my home work for me and really serve my family. I have listened to a million podcasts, read every book, followed every organizer and I just love it all and soak it all up. But what I really couldn't find was just a bunch of super practical tips in a straightforward way that were how to make homes work best for moms and families. So I made it myself! I have been working on this for a super long time and am finally ready to share with you! What's special about this course? Well, I'm glad you asked! Basically- it's FOR MOMS! This course is going to help you get your home to work for you. And for your family. • It's less about picture-perfect rainbow pantries, and more about how to set up packing lunches as efficiently as possible. • It's less about squeaky clean bedrooms, and more about how to set your kids' rooms up to feel special to them while fostering their independence. • It's about setting your home up so that you can feel "done" more often and relax and enjoy time with your spouse in the evening. • We talk through decluttering but not for the sake of having less, we will talk about being intentional with keeping the things you LOVE that make your house feel special for YOU! As a mom myself, I set this course up with moms in mind. You can listen to the audio files, or you can read every word if you are nursing a newborn or holding a sleeping toddler. There are accompanying PDFs with checklists and my favorite carefully-selected product recommendations, but I can assure you this course is not just about buying a bunch of clear containers. The lessons are broken up room-by-room with specific tips and tricks for each room. So you can listen to the kitchen episode when you are ready to tackle your kitchen, the bedroom episode when you're ready to tackle your bedroom. You have lifetime access to the course so you can tackle each room when you have the time. You can do it in 15 minute increments during nap time or you can do it all in one weekend. It's customizable for YOU. I'll ask you questions to help you decide what will be best for your family. Some ways YOUR life could be different after this course: • Spend your free time playing with your kids instead of cleaning up your house. • Be the welcoming host you've always wanted to be, without worrying if your house is clean enough. • Quickly find the things you're looking for. • Prepare food more easily because your kitchen is organized, USE the groceries you buy. • RELAX and keep your family and God at the top of your priorities, because you have the TIME. And the best part? I'm offering a 100% money-back guarantee. You can have access to the course for a full 30 days and if you aren't happy for any reason, you'll get all of your money back! And… because you are an Elevate Motherhood podcast listener- you get a special discount of 20% off with code PODCAST20. I really hope and pray this course is a blessing to you and your family for years to come. This is one of those things- take what you love and see what God can do with it no matter how random it is like home organizing for moms. I am who I am people! But I can literally guarantee this course will give you plenty of ways to let your life be easier and more filled with joy! So go check it out – courtneylundeen.com Use discount code PODCAST20 Thanks for being here, friends! Until next time, let's Elevate Motherhood! -- Courtney

Welcome back to the Elevate Motherhood Podcast! In this episode, Courtney shares one of the things that has changed her life in the biggest way – speaking life. The power of our tongue. Speaking words that align with our prayers and our faith. Does it matter what we say? Does God care what we say? Does it matter if we believe He will do what we want Him to do? How do we speak life over our kids and our families? How do we deal with prayers that aren't answered? Or aren't answered in the way we wanted? Who do we go to if we feel isolated and anxious? Is hope the antidote to a life of disappointment? Join us in the conversation! Romans 10:9 says if you believe with your heart and confess with your mouth, you will be saved. 1 Peter 3:10 for the scriptures say- if you want to enjoy your life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies. Ephesians 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building up others according to their needs, that it may give grace to those who hear. Matthew 12:36-27 On the say of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your word you will be justified and by your words you will be condemned. Proverbs 12:18 There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing. James 1:26 says if anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart this person's religion is worthless. Psalm 19:14 says may the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, o Lord, my rock and my redeemer. John 10:10 The devil came to steal kill and destroy but Jesus came to give life and life abundant. Romans 8:28 And we know that God works all things together for good for those who love him and have been called according to his purpose. Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the holy spirit. fEphesians 3:20 He is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.
