What if the most powerful way to change the world is simply by staying rooted in Christ? In this episode, we're talking about the impact of Christian women who live out their calling with confidence, love, and the Fruit of the Spirit. Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16), and today we're reflecting on what that means for our daily lives. We'll dive into: What it looks like to live with the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control Why our daily interactions—big and small—are opportunities to reflect Christ How to be unoffendable and stay the course, even when faced with criticism or negativity How being a fruit-filled mom and wife transforms our families and communities Why Christian women walking confidently in their faith is exactly what the world needs Key Scriptures: Matthew 7:16-20 – “You will know them by their fruits…” John 15:5-8 – “I am the vine, you are the branches…” James 3:17 – “The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.” Challenge for the Week: Take a moment to reflect—what do people see in you? Are you living out the fruit of the Spirit? Ask God to help you stay connected to Him and let your life overflow with His fruit! If this episode encouraged you, I'd love to hear from you! Sonia C. is in Oregon, Sabrina is in London, and Sonia T. is bringing everyone together from Paris! Sonia C. feels like she's at her home away from home as she makes the best of waiting out a hurricane in the South.  She has pivoted in the face of the unexpected and is loving it! Sabrina is handling curveballs and trying to stay easy in her thinking. This month is filled with unexpected events and ungrounded and destabilizing interactions, making it a perfect time to hit the pause button on the chaos and check in with yourself.    This week's theme is: Staying grounded amidst the chaos around you.    Highlights: Allowing the ‘basement baby' to take over is problematic for you and everyone around you. [2:09]  Overwhelm and stress don't have to take over your energy. [4:17]  Try not to take everything personally. Sometimes you just get psychic slimed. [6:10]  A delayed reaction is standard for empaths, but it's still a valid reaction. [10:40]  Check your own story – are you willing to go with the flow while hanging tough? [13:27]  Empaths, as the safe person in the room, are often the target of others' wild energy. [17:44]  Step back and evaluate – do you really want to continue engaging when you're overgiving? [21:26]  Your ideas matter!  But do the people around you care about them? [28:40]  Not every person you meet deserves to enter your VIP area. [31:45]  You are allowed to grow into a new version of yourself. [33:10]  Listen to your body for clues about other people. [35:04]  Tool of the week. [36:18]  Question of the week: How can I work toward a professional path as a healer, intuitive,  and teacher?  [41:32]     There is a lot of energetic stress on the planet right now. We're at the tail end of a very patriarchal era, and empaths are really feeling it. Sonia T.'s Libra need for control and justice could have taken over when a friend challenged something that she knew was right, and she is really proud of the way that she handled the stress by stepping back and resting.  When we lean into a period of stress rather than fight against it, we can feel more in control even when things around us feel extra chaotic.    Sonia C. has been careful to check her own story – sleeping arrangements in a recent vacation rental gave her a minute to pause and consider if the story that she was telling herself was accurate to the situation where everyone was on the same page, or if she was actually the only person who was reading that book!  Empaths are often taken advantage of by the wild energy of others, but stepping away from the stress and reevaluating whether or not you really want to continue engaging with wild energy. Not everyone deserves to enter your VIP area, and you get to decide what level of access you give to others.    Tool of the Week: Take the time to check in with your body.    Question of the week: How do you stop giving away your own spiritual power?   Continue on Your Journey:   More Sonia Choquette at www.soniachoquette.com More Sonia Tully at www.soniatully.com Connect with Sabrina at www.sabrinatully.com Join Sonia Choquette's Vibe Tribe Follow Sonia Choquette on Instagram Follow Sonia Tully on Instagram Buy Sonia and Sabrina's Book You Are Amazing Ask your intuitive questions at: itsallrelatedpodcastquestions@gmail.com Book a Discovery Call with Sonia Tully The Fastest Way To Change Your Life Workshop Psychic YOUniversity FALL 2024 Order Sonia Choquette's New Book Share with us your questions and vibe stories at itsallrelatedpodcastquestions@gmail.com and vibecheck@soniatully.com True Balance book by Sonia C.

Episode Title: What You Offer to Others, You Give to Yourself: Happiness Tools for Real LifeWelcome back to season five of The Happier You podcast! In this episode, Bona shares a powerful interview with Teri Murray, who participated in one of the early 21 Day Happiness Challenges. Together, they explore key happiness tools, including “What You Offer to Others, You Give to Yourself” and the importance of self-compassion.Teri opens up about how she used these tools in her life, including helping her son navigate anxiety during the pandemic. Her journey reminds us that when we offer acceptance, kindness, and understanding to others, we are also working on giving those things to ourselves. Bona also reflects on the struggle we all face when learning new skills like self-compassion, sharing that it's not always easy but is crucial for long-term happiness.Key Takeaways:What You Offer to Others, You Give to Yourself: When we offer understanding and acceptance to others, we learn to offer it to ourselves.Self-Compassion: Struggling is a normal part of life; self-compassion helps us move through difficult moments with more grace.Personal Growth: Progress in happiness is an ongoing journey, not a destination.Challenge for the Week: Take time to consider how you treat those around you. Are you offering kindness, patience, and understanding? As you do, remember that this kindness extends back to you. Offer yourself the same compassion when you're facing challenges.Quote of the Week: “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” – BuddhaLinks and Resources:Join my next Kickstart Your Happy course to get personalized happiness tools you can implement step-by-step in your life.Subscribe to The Happier You newsletter for more tips and tools to keep happiness top of mind! Thanks for tuning in, and as always, when you have a choice, choose happy!Feeling like you're always running from one event to the next, never finding time to enjoy life? Sonia T. is rocking some pretty nails right now. She booked a spontaneous pedicure session and it's been making her spirit feel pretty, fun, sparkly, and neon. Sabrina always associates September as the ‘new year' because it represents a new school year. She's feeling hopeful, refreshed, and ready to include a new routine into her life. This is the perfect month to focus on consistency and self-care.    This week's theme is: Low-pressure Grounding Routines.    Highlights: This is the time of the month to focus on your self-care. [2:40]  Your routine needs to ground you, not stress you out. [5:25] September is Virgo month. It's all about getting grounded and getting organized. [10:40] Get grounded but in a way that's free and low pressure. [11:25] Don't try to do everything internally. Find external ways to enrich your soul. [18:15] Tool of the week. [23:25] Question of the week: How do you stop giving away your own spiritual power? [34:35]   One of the things that is most grounding to us is what's the most predictable. This is also why so many of us feel so ungrounded; the world is unpredictable and chaotic right now. Things are just moving way too fast for us and we can easily get overwhelmed by the brain dump. Sonia C. agrees that using this ‘new year' to solidify your routines and focus on ground practices is a great start as we get into holiday season.    Sonia C. has also recently taken up Tai Chi. It's just a great way to get the body moving and it's fun! Sonia T. loves hearing this. We often put too much pressure in doing things perfectly when we could just try something new, low pressure, and fully be present with it. The whole point of a steady routine is that you have something grounding to go to, which means you need to take away the pressure of having it this new routine be perfect. It needs to fill your spirit and not be stressful.    Tool of the Week: Take a new class.

Sabrina and Sonia C. are in London and there's small signs that spring is in the air. New seasons are always exciting and it's getting Sabrina's spirit extra excited and boosted. Sonia C. declared that 2024 will be the year of transformation and so far the universe has made it clear the things and vibes she doesn't want in her life. This is a good thing! The more we subtract, the more we will attract the right beginnings.    This week's theme is: How to set clear intentions.    Highlights: Want to manifest? Create an alchemy box. [4:40]  Change is in the air! Sonia C. is getting ready to declutter. [6:35] Sonia C. got guilty of being in her head too much. Despite doing this for a long time, she did need to remind herself to just listen to her heart. [10:35]  You can only surrender control and ‘relax' if you've done the internal work. [13:10] You're allowed to relax! Set your intentions, do your visualizations, eliminate your obstacles, and relax! [13:30]   If you do your part, you do it fully, the universe will do its part back! [15:10]  What are some common ways people fail themselves when trying to manifest and set intentions? [15:40]  Put your phone away and jumpstart your imagination! [18:00] It's so sad to see so many of Sonia C.'s clients believe they're not creative. Don't let society snuff this important piece of you out of you. [21:50] It's okay to fake it until you make it! [29:10]  Tool of the week. [34:40] Question of the week. [35:05]   Whatever crazy astrological configuration that's been going on the last few weeks, Sabrina has had enough! She feels like she's being squeezed from every angle and the universe is definitely trying to test her for something bigger. She takes it as a sign to let go and as a message that she is outgrowing her own skin. She has to shed; no matter how uncomfortable it might feel.    Sabrina and Sonia C. are big believers of alchemy boxes. Instead of a vision board, you create a box with all the things you want inside and out. This was such a fun exercise because the ladies included Sabrina's 3-year-old daughter into the mix. It's such a joy to cultivate and encourage a young spirit to be more intuitive and trusting of their inner compass. After their boxes were complete, the joy of the toddler encouraged everyone to finish the day off with a celebratory dance party.    Tool of the Week: Take a trip to the art store and make an alchemy box!    Continue on Your Journey:   Question of the Week: What do you do when you have a friend that sucks the light out of you?    More Sonia Choquette at www.soniachoquette.com More Sonia Tully at www.soniatully.com Connect with Sabrina at www.sabrinatully.com Join Sonia Choquette's Vibe Tribe Join Sonia Choquette's Free Webinar on February 22nd and 24th How to Communicate + Work with Your Spirit Guides Workshop 2024 Follow Sonia Choquette on Instagram Follow Sonia Tully on Instagram Buy Sonia and Sabrina's Book You Are Amazing Ask your intuitive questions at: itsallrelatedpodcastquestions@gmail.com Masterclass: You're Glorious Life by Sonia Tully Book a Discovery Call with Sonia Tully Protecting Child's Intuition PsychicYOU Fall Class Level 1  Pre-Order Sonia Choquette's New Book Share with us your questions and vibe stories at itsallrelatedpodcastquestions@gmail.com and vibecheck@soniatully.com

[45:00]   Debra was in her early twenties when she had her first astrology reading. She came into that session as a skeptic and it was so spot-on accurate that it actually spoked Debra out. Her experience ended up being so profound that she knew she had to go deeper and learn everything she could about astrology. With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, she has developed a very unique psychological-spiritual model in her practice and helps guide people through major life changes using both psychology and astrology.    During this journey, Debra ended up finding out that she was a closested intuitive. She didn't want to believe in her own natural instincts and power for the longest time. She really didn't want to own it. Back in the day, it just wasn't as acceptable as it is now to be so deep in your ‘feelings' and in your heart chakra. Momma Sonia C. has finally come to visit Sonia T. in New Orleans. Despite Sonia T. living here for 3 years, this is Sonia C.'s first visit and she's having a very mystical staycation, which inspired this week's podcast about mystical living. Are you missing the energetic signs?    This week's theme is about: Magical Living.   Highlights: Swamp life isn't as negative as one might have you believe. [2:50]  What is Sonia C.'s connection to this swamp? How is it related? [4:40]  Sonia C. found herself walking into a restaurant that represented her internal barkin dog, Fifi [7:00] When life offers you wigs, take it! [15:50] Spirituality and that intuitive life is messy! Everyone has meltdowns. [22:00] Who doesn't want to be electrocuted after dinner? [24:00]  Have you ever seen a 1,000 year old oak tree? This is a sign!!! [27:35] Tool of the week. [29:20] Patience is a choice. [32:00]  Question of the week. [38:30]   Sonia C. admits that when she landed in the States, her spirit was running a little bit on low. She's been overworked and hasn't had a lot of natural magic to spark her life back up again. There's something about New Orleans that's very mystical. Whenever Sonia T. gets out of her own neighborhood, she's able to connect more deeply with her intuition and her spirit.     One of the reasons why life has been more magical for Sonia C. is she's been taking long walks with her daughter in nature. She and Sonia T. found themselves exploring near a swamp, and boy! There were a ton of signs beaming through. In language, we often use the swamp as a metaphor for trouble, but when Sonia C. was up close and personal with a real one in ‘real life', she saw magical and positive signs everywhere!   Tool of the Week: Take a moment to really notice the signs.   Question of the Week: Who are your mentors?    Continue on Your Journey: More Sonia Choquette at www.soniachoquette.com More Sonia Tully at www.soniatully.com Connect with Sabrina at www.sabrinatully.com Join Sonia Choquette's Vibe Tribe Follow Sonia Choquette on Instagram Follow Sonia Tully on Instagram Buy Sonia and Sabrina's Book You Are Amazing Ask your intuitive questions at: itsallrelatedpodcastquestions@gmail.com Masterclass: You're Glorious Life by Sonia Tully Heart-Centered Intuition Workshop with Infinity Foundation

Understanding the Purpose of the Pitstop Are you feeling tired of success? Chances are, you do not have a pitstop where you reenergize and rejuvenate. You also could be trying to multitask, ending up serving more than one master. In this episode, we will be looking at the purpose of a Pitstop and how it helps us from getting distracted. Do you remember the two sisters of Lazarus, Mary, and Martha? When Jesus came to their house, Mary sat at the feet of Jesus while Martha was busy handling chores. Martha came to Jesus complaining that her sister was not helping her out. Jesus said to her,” You are worried and upset about many things. But few things are needed, or indeed only one. Mary has chosen, what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.” In our lives, we find ourselves distracted by the many things we do, and we find that we are not focused on our purpose. We have welcomed multitasking in our lives; thus, we hardly concentrate on one thing at a time. We do not know where to draw the line between urgent and important. Today we will look at the essence of bringing our fully aligned selves to battle since it is one of our greatest weapons. We will also look at the reasons why we need to have pitstops.
