Genesis 31:42 (NIV)42 If the God of my father, the God of Abraham and the Fear of Isaac, had not been with me, you would surely have sent me away empty-handed. But God has seen my hardship and the toil of my hands, and last night he rebuked you.”
Hebrews 11:7 NKJVBy faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.Music byWhite Petals by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonAttribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Music promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/
Genesis 4:1- 16Cain and Abel4 Adam[a] made love to his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain.[b] She said, “With the help of the Lord I have brought forth[c] a man.” 2 Later she gave birth to his brother Abel. Now Abel kept flocks, and Cain worked the soil. 3 In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the Lord. 4 And Abel also brought an offering—fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering, 5 but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.6 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? 7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.”8 Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let's go out to the field.”[d] While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.9 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?”“I don't know,” he replied. “Am I my brother's keeper?”10 The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground. 11 Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. 12 When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.”13 Cain said to the Lord, “My punishment is more than I can bear. 14 Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.”15 But the Lord said to him, “Not so[e]; anyone who kills Cain will suffer vengeance seven times over.” Then the Lord put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him. 16 So Cain went out from the Lord's presence and lived in the land of Nod,[f] east of Eden.
Hebrews 7 (NLT)Jesus Is like Melchizedek15 This change has been made very clear since a different priest, who is like Melchizedek, has appeared. 16 Jesus became a priest, not by meeting the physical requirement of belonging to the tribe of Levi, but by the power of a life that cannot be destroyed. 17 And the psalmist pointed this out when he prophesied, “You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”18 Yes, the old requirement about the priesthood was set aside because it was weak and useless. 19 For the law never made anything perfect. But now we have confidence in a better hope, through which we draw near to God.20 This new system was established with a solemn oath. Aaron's descendants became priests without such an oath, 21 but there was an oath regarding Jesus. For God said to him,“The Lord has taken an oath and will not break his vow: ‘You are a priest forever.'”22 Because of this oath, Jesus is the one who guarantees this better covenant with God.23 There were many priests under the old system, for death prevented them from remaining in office. 24 But because Jesus lives forever, his priesthood lasts forever. 25 Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.26 He is the kind of high priest we need because he is holy and blameless, unstained by sin. He has been set apart from sinners and has been given the highest place of honor in heaven. 27 Unlike those other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices every day. They did this for their own sins first and then for the sins of the people. But Jesus did this once for all when he offered himself as the sacrifice for the people's sins. 28 The law appointed high priests who were limited by human weakness. But after the law was given, God appointed his Son with an oath, and his Son has been made the perfect High Priest forever. The ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ for mankind demonstrates the most pure, righteous and Holy form of priesthood. God loved this so much that He ordained Jesus Christ as High priest in the order of Melchizedek. Just like Jesus, we have been chosen by God, we are building stones of his Spiritual temple. Jesus Christ has opened a way for us to be living sacrifices giving our best to God in our daily living, which is pleasing to HimMusicThe Inspiration by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonAttribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Music promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/White Petals by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonAttribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Music promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/

A few pearls to lead your reflection2 Timothy 3:16-17 (esv)16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.C.H. Spurgeon says the expression "fear of the Lord" is used in Scripture for all true godliness. It is constantly the short way of expressing real faith, hope, love, holiness of living, and every grace which makes up true godliness. There are key lessons we can learn from Abraham. He was a friend of God. (James 2:21-23).We can see this when God was on his way to Sodom and Gommorah and questioned whether he should hide His plans from his frined. And the Lord said, "Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;" (Genesis 18:17)Abraham became a friend of God because he had the fear of the Lord.Psalms 2512Who is the man who fears the LORD?He will instruct him in the path chosen for him.13His soul will dwell in prosperity, and his descendants will inherit the land.14The LORD confides in those who fear Him,and reveals His covenant to them.It takes faith. (Hevrews 11:1-3)Abraham exercised faith in God that consisted of his obedience and trust in the Lord. Can you imagine giving away your most prized possession, knowing that it is highly likely you will not see it again? Isaac was going to die. He was reduced from being a blessing from God to his parents down to a scarifice, an aminal! can you imagine that? As a mom would you agree for your only child whom you received from the Lord just die as a sacrifice? A child that you birthed at an old age and knowing you have a womb that would not autimatically take in?Abraham did without hesitation. He simply said, "The Lord will provide." (Genesis 22:8)Its worth thinking that the sacrifice had already happened in the spirit realm. Think about it, by the time you are doing something, a decision was made in your mind, which means you ushered it in through your priesthood from your spiritual realm to earth.Build your capacity in faith through the Holy Spirit to receive the fear of the Lord. (Hebrews 11:6)Fear of the lord is greater than a blessing. It takes you to realms where you shall walk with God because He trusts you. The blessings are a plus- riches , prosperity, wealth etc Think about it. You can be a friend of GodFear of the Lord will make you not ask question or question God but draw to Him. (James 4:8)This gives you room to create the opening to encounter God from a mind of the unknown but with a spirit of conviction. Your conviction in Christ compels Him to reveal Himself to you birthing your encounter and the new name of God. Here it is, Yaweh Yireh. What name of God and encounter await you? Some key pointers from C. H SpurgeonThe fear of the Lord doesnt create bondage. Do not be afraid of God.The fear of the Lord is like that of a well-ordered, well-disciplined, beloved child has of his own father. Of awe, admiration, profound conviction that his father is good, kind, wise, and could not do anything, or ask him to do anything, which would not promote his own good.
Do you have the fear of the Lord?Is it good fear or bad fear?Do you exercise it daily?Does it yield an evidence of the presence of God in your life? Is it evident for all to see?We seem to have our own perceptions about this fear of the Lord and make adjustments of it to suit our livingI have come to learn and hopefully you will as well that it is a set standard of God provided by the Holy Spirit. You either have it or you don't. There is no in-between as we often like to place the teenets of Christ. It comes from the Holy Spirit .It is supernatural. It is eternal. It is based on your revelation of the Lord.It goes hand in hand with wisdom, understanding, discipline and the knowledege of God.It yields mighty results of peace, longevity, prosperity, riches, blessings that are even transferred to your generation. It cancels the fear of men. Their opinion of YOU is no greater to God's opinion of YOU.It requires humility and obedience which arethe qualities of a student of the Holy Spirit. The best example of a man who exercised the fear of the Lord is Jesus Christ Himself while he dwelt on earth. Daniel also displays the fear of the Lord very well in the idolatrous sinful world, similar to what we are currently in.This kind of fear allows God to trust you and make a covenant with you. This is the key to becoming a friend of GodHaving this kind of fear makes you appreciate the price that Jesus Christ paid for your life and so you will make a very intentional decision to seek and live in righteiousness. You will make an effort to kill your flesh and inequities with the help of the Holy Spirit. All we have to do is obey the word of God which comes by listening, pray to seek insight and understanding and seek it through the word as it is hidden treasure that is a key to enjoying the blessings of the kingdom of heaven.Keys: obedience, prayer for insight, understanding and study of the Word of God.It is so important in your daily living, it sets you apart from those rooted in the world and transforms you to be more like Christ, the hope of Glory that lives inside of you.SelahFurther reading:Proverbs 1:7psalm 11:10Ecclesiastes 12:13Luke 1:50Proverbs 14:27Psalm 25:14God bless you have a great week of reflection.Maxine O.Music by: Ascension by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Creative Commons CC BY 4.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Magic Lights by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Creative Commons CC BY 4.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
This is an episode that is all about prayer, praise and prophecy this month of June. I shall be highlighting some reflections that I heard while listening to Smith Wigglesworth's sermon on dwelling in the secret place and making time to receive food from God as a temple of the LordDaniel comes to mind when thinking of dwelling in the secret place in this place in current times where there is a clear hand of Satan in society, systems and the world. We are reminded to never conform to the world but to focus on Jesus, His blueprint and the Word. Tozer puts it so well in the pursuit of God, fix your gaze on God. Best way to do it is to make time and dwell in the secret place. Become God's man who He can depend on and have God hold you. Key scriptures: Esther 2 12 Before each young woman was taken to the king's bed, she was given the prescribed twelve months of beauty treatments—six months with oil of myrrh, followed by six months with special perfumes and ointments. 13 When it was time for her to go to the king's palace, she was given her choice of whatever clothing or jewelry she wanted to take from the harem.15 When it was Esther's turn to go to the king, she accepted the advice of Hegai, the eunuch in charge of the harem. She asked for nothing except what he suggested, and she was admired by everyone who saw her.Did you know youre like Esther and the Holy Spirit is preparing you for your ordained assignment from God? Are you ready to listen to his advice and do what He says?Esther won the favor of the King and men because she was not only obedient humble but she tied kindness, loyalty, grace, mercy and truth on her neck. She earned favour with God and man. She was an orphan but ended up a mighty queen who saved the Jews with these same qualities. Are you ready to prepare for your next assignment?Further readingProverbs 3:1-4 NLTMy child,[a] never forget the things I have taught you. Store my commands in your heart.2 If you do this, you will live many years, and your life will be satisfying.3 Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. 2 Peter 3:10-15New Living Translation10 But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and the very elements themselves will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be found to deserve judgment.[a]11 Since everything around us is going to be destroyed like this, what holy and godly lives you should live, 12 looking forward to the day of God and hurrying it along. On that day, he will set the heavens on fire, and the elements will melt away in the flames. 13 But we are looking forward to the new heavens and new earth he has promised, a world filled with God's righteousness.14 And so, dear friends, while you are waiting for these things to happen, make every effort to be found living peaceful lives that are pure and blameless in his sight.15 And remember, our Lord's patience gives people time to be saved. This is what our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you with the wisdom God gave him.www.deborahstribe.comLearn from Jospeh Genesis 39-47Music Ascension by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Creative Commons CC BY 4.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Magic Lights by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Creative Commons CC BY 4.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
2 Timothy 2:15-26An Approved Worker15Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth. 16Avoid worthless, foolish talk that only leads to more godless behavior. 17This kind of talk spreads like cancer, as in the case of Hymenaeus and Philetus. 18They have left the path of truth, claiming that the resurrection of the dead has already occurred; in this way, they have turned some people away from the faith.19But God's truth stands firm like a foundation stone with this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and “All who belong to the Lord must turn away from evil.”20In a wealthy home some utensils are made of gold and silver, and some are made of wood and clay. The expensive utensils are used for special occasions, and the cheap ones are for everyday use. 21If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work.22Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts.23Again I say, don't get involved in foolish, ignorant arguments that only start fights. 24A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people. 25Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people's hearts, and they will learn the truth. 26Then they will come to their senses and escape from the devil's trap. For they have been held captive by him to do whatever he wants.Music Ascension by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Creative Commons CC BY 4.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Magic Lights by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Creative Commons CC BY 4.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
Luke 10The MessageLambs in a Wolf Pack10 1-2 Later the Master selected seventy and sent them ahead of him in pairs to every town and place where he intended to go. He gave them this charge:“What a huge harvest! And how few the harvest hands. So on your knees; ask the God of the Harvest to send harvest hands.3 “On your way! But be careful—this is hazardous work. You're like lambs in a wolf pack.4 “Travel light. Comb and toothbrush and no extra luggage.“Don't loiter and make small talk with everyone you meet along the way.5-6 “When you enter a home, greet the family, ‘Peace.' If your greeting is received, then it's a good place to stay. But if it's not received, take it back and get out. Don't impose yourself.7 “Stay at one home, taking your meals there, for a worker deserves three square meals. Don't move from house to house, looking for the best cook in town.8-9 “When you enter a town and are received, eat what they set before you, heal anyone who is sick, and tell them, ‘God's kingdom is right on your doorstep!'10-12 “When you enter a town and are not received, go out in the street and say, ‘The only thing we got from you is the dirt on our feet, and we're giving it back. Did you have any idea that God's kingdom was right on your doorstep?' Sodom will have it better on Judgment Day than the town that rejects you.13-14 “Doom, Chorazin! Doom, Bethsaida! If Tyre and Sidon had been given half the chances given you, they'd have been on their knees long ago, repenting and crying for mercy. Tyre and Sidon will have it easy on Judgment Day compared to you.15 “And you, Capernaum! Do you think you're about to be promoted to heaven? Think again. You're on a fast track to hell.16 “The one who listens to you, listens to me. The one who rejects you, rejects me. And rejecting me is the same as rejecting God, who sent me.”17 The seventy came back triumphant. “Master, even the demons danced to your tune!”18-20 Jesus said, “I know. I saw Satan fall, a bolt of lightning out of the sky. See what I've given you? Safe passage as you walk on snakes and scorpions, and protection from every assault of the Enemy. No one can put a hand on you. All the same, the great triumph is not in your authority over evil, but in God's authority over you and presence with you. Not what you do for God but what God does for you—that's the agenda for rejoicing.”21 At that, Jesus rejoiced, exuberant in the Holy Spirit. “I thank you, Father, Master of heaven and earth, that you hid these things from the know-it-alls and showed them to these innocent newcomers. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way.22 “I've been given it all by my Father! Only the Father knows who the Son is and only the Son knows who the Father is. The Son can introduce the Father to anyone he wants to.”23-24 He then turned in a private aside to his disciples. “Fortunate the eyes that see what you're seeing! There are plenty of prophets and kings who would have given their right arm to see what you are seeing but never got so much as a glimpse, to hear what you are hearing but never got so much as a whisper.”Music instrumental- Loveworld singers, Lord we praise.

2 Samuel 6New Living TranslationMoving the Ark to Jerusalem6 Then David again gathered all the elite troops in Israel, 30,000 in all. 2 He led them to Baalah of Judah[a] to bring back the Ark of God, which bears the name of the Lord of Heaven's Armies,[b] who is enthroned between the cherubim. 3 They placed the Ark of God on a new cart and brought it from Abinadab's house, which was on a hill. Uzzah and Ahio, Abinadab's sons, were guiding the cart 4 that carried the Ark of God.[c] Ahio walked in front of the Ark. 5 David and all the people of Israel were celebrating before the Lord, singing songs[d] and playing all kinds of musical instruments—lyres, harps, tambourines, castanets, and cymbals.6 But when they arrived at the threshing floor of Nacon, the oxen stumbled, and Uzzah reached out his hand and steadied the Ark of God. 7 Then the Lord's anger was aroused against Uzzah, and God struck him dead because of this.[e] So Uzzah died right there beside the Ark of God.8 David was angry because the Lord's anger had burst out against Uzzah. He named that place Perez-uzzah (which means “to burst out against Uzzah”), as it is still called today.Reflection for the weekWhat inner veil do you have? Isaiah 61New Living TranslationGood News for the Oppressed61 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.[a] 2 He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of the Lord's favor has come,[b] and with it, the day of God's anger against their enemies. 3 To all who mourn in Israel,[c] he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory.4 They will rebuild the ancient ruins, repairing cities destroyed long ago. They will revive them, though they have been deserted for many generations. 5 Foreigners will be your servants. They will feed your flocks and plow your fields and tend your vineyards. 6 You will be called priests of the Lord, ministers of our God. You will feed on the treasures of the nations and boast in their riches. 7 Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor. You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.
There are three types of watchers in the word of God- Jesus Christ, the angels and human watchers.Lets focus on Human watchers.Human watchers take the role of intercession in prayer. They spiritually look out for the body of Christ, spiritual systems and stand in the gap in prayer and warfare when necessary. This means you have to be spiritually observant and discerning. The Holy Spirit usually sheds light in this area. He opens our spiritual eyes and ears. Your role is to be alert to recieve His message. There are specific assigned ordinances from God, of watchers in the body of Christ. However, as we are ordained priests (1 Peter 2:9) by God, we all have mini roles to intercede for our loved ones and the body of Christ. (1 Timothy 2:1)You may be engaging in intercessory prayers for your loved ones or people you know. Christ has charged us to expand this role and take it a level higherWe many not know what prayer to exactly say but Daniel's prayer is a start.AS you get stronger in faith and deeper in prayers of intercession the Holy Spirit shall reveal more prayers from the word to use to intercede for the body of Christ, community, society, nation, cities and even the world.Reflection for the week: Daniel 9 New Living TranslationDaniel's Prayer for His PeopleFurther Word studyLuke 18: 1-8 Instruction to prayRomans 8:31-39 The intercession of the Saints by Christ v.34Hebrews 5: 7, Mathew 14:23, Mark 1:35, Mark 6:46, Luke 3:21, Luke 5 :16, Luke 6:12 examples of Jesus secluding himself to pray1 Timothy 2:1-8 Paul's instruction on intercessionAny feedback or comments. 1 CHRONICLES 4:9-109 And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Luke 1:27-45Amplified Bible, Classic Edition27 To a girl never having been married and a [a]virgin engaged to be married to a man whose name was Joseph, a descendant of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.28 And he came to her and said, Hail, O favored one [[b]endued with grace]! The Lord is with you! [c]Blessed (favored of God) are you before all other women!29 But when she saw him, she was greatly troubled and disturbed and confused at what he said and kept revolving in her mind what such a greeting might mean.30 And the angel said to her, Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found grace ([d]free, spontaneous, absolute favor and loving-kindness) with God.31 And listen! You will become pregnant and will give birth to a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus.32 He will be great (eminent) and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to Him the throne of His forefather David,33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob throughout the ages; and of His reign there will be no end.34 And Mary said to the angel, How can this be, since I have no [intimacy with any man as a] husband?35 Then the angel said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you [like a shining cloud]; and so the holy (pure, sinless) Thing (Offspring) which shall be born of you will be called the Son of God.36 And listen! Your relative Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son, and this is now the sixth month with her who was called barren.37 For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.38 Then Mary said, Behold, I am the handmaiden of the Lord; let it be done to me according to what you have said. And the angel left her.45 And blessed (happy, [e]to be envied) is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of the things that were spoken to her from the Lord.

Matthew 9:14-17New International VersionJesus Questioned About Fasting14 Then John's disciples came and asked him, “How is it that we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?”15 Jesus answered, “How can the guests of the bridegroom mourn while he is with them? The time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; then they will fast.16 “No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch will pull away from the garment, making the tear worse. 17 Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”Further reading: 1 Kings 19:1-13

Jeremiah 32:2721st Century King James Version27 “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there any thing too hard for Me?Have you ever sought counsel from your family, spiritual guide, friend or a wise person and they told you that there was no solution to your problem? How many times have you heard, dont bother, just walk away, it sgould not be this hard, why hold on, there's no hope, this one is hard, it is impossible! well this may be very true but only in the eyes of man. Nothing is hard for God. Look what He did to the Shunamite woman. He blessed her with a child! Do you recall Sarah laughed when God told her she would have a child at the set time. In the eyes of man, she was righ to laugh but God is that Spirit! You must have faith in order to manifest God in your situation. Not only can He do it but He can rebuild, restore, establish, bless divinely and correct permanently. Instead of turning to man, turn to Jesus and ask the Holy Spirit to comfort you as you wait on God. The set time is now to manifest the will of God upon your life. The stumbling block that hinders this shall be removed by God Himself. Allow him to manifest His glory in your life so you are a sign and wonder for the territory to see who God is. It is time you add your name to the list of those who experienced this pesonally. Reflect on Sarah, Hannah, Esther, Jospeh, the Shunamite woman, the widow who only had oil, blind Bartmaeus, the leper at the pool of Bethesda, Jairus's daughter, dead Lazarus, the woman with the isue of blood, Soul of Tarsus, the man in Gadara and so many more. Jeremiah 32:2721st Century King James Version27 “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there any thing too hard for Me?What is that thing that you need sorted in your life? What is that problem that is stopping you from manifesting the will of God in your life? Man has said its impossible. You have been encouraged to give up and jump ship? The ship is sinking! Turn to God and ask Him to step in. If you are asked why? Simple- He has decrreed this word! Pray and speak to Him to step in. Praise and watch Him work His glory into your life. You must have absolute faith in Him to see this. So you have work to do, thresh that self doubt and the external voices from your head. Focus on God and the word. This is not easy but its not impossible. Keep at it and join the list like Hannah, Sarah, Esther, Mary, the Shunamite woman, blind Bartimaeus, risen Lazarus and many more! Be blessed. Genesis 32:24-31Amplified Bible, Classic Edition24 And Jacob was left alone, and a Man wrestled with him until daybreak.25 And when [the [a]Man] saw that He did not prevail against [Jacob], He touched the hollow of his thigh; and Jacob's thigh was put out of joint as he wrestled with Him.26 Then He said, Let Me go, for day is breaking. But [Jacob] said, I will not let You go unless You declare a blessing upon me.27 [The Man] asked him, What is your name? And [in shock of realization, whispering] he said, Jacob [supplanter, schemer, trickster, swindler]!28 And He said, Your name shall be called no more Jacob [supplanter], but Israel [contender with God]; for you have contended and have power with God and with men and have prevailed.29 Then Jacob asked Him, Tell me, I pray You, what [in contrast] is Your name? But He said, Why is it that you ask My name? And [b][the Angel of God declared] a blessing on [Jacob] there.30 And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel [the face of God], saying, For I have seen God face to face, and my life is spared and not snatched away.31 And as he passed Penuel [Peniel], the sun rose upon him, and he was limping because of his thigh.Be ready to wrestle with God only if you are ready to leave the current self that defines you. It takes humility, the process of surrender and brokeness to allow God to work in you. Your victory is in Christ, trust Him completely and watch what He shall do for you. Trust me, this is very hard but possible. The Holy Spirit is always ready to walk with you- that is why He is called Helper, comforter and teacher.Further reading: Genesis 37-50 The life of JosephMusicInspiring Dreams by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Creative Commons CC BY 4.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Summer Evening by Keys of Moon | https://soundcloud.com/keysofmoonMusic promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
