As we embark on another year, I want you to think about something. Think ahead to December 31, 2025. Can you picture it? Now, ask yourself three questions: What specific results do you need to achieve in 2025 to consider the year a success? Why do you need to achieve these results? What will you do, starting today, to take intentional action and position yourself for success? The first question is about direction – you must have clarity about where you are going this year and what success looks like. The second question focuses on inspiration – the “why” behind your goals will drive and motivate you when things get tough and you feel like giving up. The final question is all about action – the daily steps you will take to build the habits necessary for achieving success. Every January, we can wipe the slate clean and have a fresh start, but we often miss this opportunity and coast through the start of the year without giving it much thought. This year, I want to challenge you to think differently by taking time to be intentional about your goals. Whether it's business, physical, relational, financial, developmental, or something else, you must get clear about answering these three questions if you want to achieve your goals and make this year different.
