Hey gang! We continue with our Favorite Summer Movies with Episode 297, where we talk about the cult classic, Dazed & Confused. This episode is alright, alright, alright. Keep your ears open for: Mallrats tie in; a sick Matilda pull; stories from our days in woodshop; what we considered to be our moon tower; Jer talks about how his dad would be David Wooderson while Brian explains how his dad opened a beer ball without a tap; and an interesting story about Steven Tyler that Brian totally gets wrong at first. Also we spend most of the episode trying to figure out the plot of this film.   Chris did not see this movie. He asks that you Please Forgive This, but he’s kind of glad he didn’t waste his time.   Please Forgive This is a Film Podcast. About Films.

Hey gang! Episode 296 is another one of our favorite summer movies, Independence Day. Except when we all went back and watched it, we realized it does not hold up very well and may just be a terrible movie! In this episode, we talk about hanging out with Buzz Aldrin and how he was the first to do a certain thing in space - and it's not what you think it is! Also, how Robert Loggia clearly didn't read the script before signing on, and we go over his performance in Independence Day: Resurgence.  AND we discuss Randy Quaid's alternate ending for this film, how his kids in the film all look like JGL, and Jeromy tells us about the time he almost met Randy. We get into how even with an all-star cast, Mars Attacks! was ruined at the box office by Independence Day.   Please Forgive This is a Film Podcast. About Films.

Hey gang, Episode 295 is a real doozie! It’s a film we all love, Jaws. In this episode, Brian gives us shark facts, and also unveils his Richard Dreyfus impression. We talk about Jason Segel. Then we try to figure out what swimmin’ with bow-legged women means. Brian explains what to do if you’re in the water and a shark is in the water. Our shark. Jeromy explains his idea for if they ever have to remake Jaws.   Please Forgive This is a Film Podcast. About Films.
