The Blindspot An Enneagram Podcast is back for Season 2! Loyal listeners will know that Season 1 morphed from focusing solely on the Enneagram and Instinctual Drives into welcoming in other forms of typology to help us make sense of our experience. In this interview with @StephanieJaie we hear about how my use of typology leads to a deeper understanding of her life's journey. Stephanie is also wired with high levels of point three and seven energy and also leads with extraverted intuition as an ENFP. Over the course of a few interviews we came to believe that Stephanie probably fixates at the point three energy like I do, but is Sexual dominant and Self Preservation blind in contrast to my Self Preservation dominance and Sexual blind. Enjoy this episode to learn more about how the two types present and navigate the world. Wanting to learn about the Enneagram basics? Join my FREE 90 minute Introduction to the Enneagram class at 6:45pm CST on July 12th! This week I am releasing a very tender episode in which Annie from Episode 41 is back to show me and all of us how a repair process works. My initial interview and promotion of it two weeks ago lacked the sincerity, care, and consideration around trauma that are so important to me. Please listen so that we can all become more trauma informed and learn how to "reclaim your no" if you've lost it and learn how to mourn impact and really take in what another is saying if you stumble into the role of aggressor. Annie models courage in this interview and demonstrates a way that I hope we all could learn to navigate repair when we find ourselves in one of our Blindspots.
Meet Adam Molyneux-Berry, the founder of the Integral Impact Institute, a social enterprise founded on more than 20 years of experience building that has lead award winning social enterprises, SMEs, and nonprofits in Europe, the US and the MENA region. He enjoys operating at the nexus of systems change, wellbeing, with the goal of navigating uncertainty and creating positive social impact. I hope you enjoy his story as an ENTJ 7w8 and I think it's especially fun to compare this interview to episode 34 where I interview Ingrid Hurwitz, also a SX/SO/SP 7, but with a six wing and ENFP cognitive preferences. I think you can get a real sense of how wing and cognitive preferences impact the energy, flavor, and life story of these two individuals.

What is the different between Six and Self Preservation? Why does the experience of Motherhood evoke shame and rage and how do we work with it?
