    Ivy Insights

The We Run The Desert podcast is a must-listen for runners, both in Arizona and beyond. From the moment I started listening, I was hooked. This podcast is not only fun and entertaining, but also highly informative for anyone interested in running. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, there's something for everyone on this show.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the variety of topics it covers. From road running to trail running, obstacle course racing to ultras, biking to hiking, they touch on it all. No matter what type of running you prefer, you're sure to find an episode that resonates with you. Not only do they cover a wide range of topics, but they also bring on incredible athletes with interesting stories. It's always inspiring to hear from these athletes and learn about their journeys in the world of running.

Additionally, the hosts Chris and Jeremy are fantastic. They have great chemistry and their banter adds a sense of humor to the show. They ask thought-provoking questions that really get to the heart of each guest's story. It's clear that they are passionate about running and genuinely love sharing it with others through this podcast.

While there are many positive aspects to The We Run The Desert podcast, one potential downside is that episodes are released every other Monday instead of weekly. While I understand that Chris and Jeremy have day jobs and need time to produce quality content, as a listener, I can't help but wish there were more episodes to enjoy. However, the wait between episodes just builds anticipation and makes each new release even more exciting.

In conclusion, The We Run The Desert podcast is an absolute gem for runners everywhere. It offers a wealth of information, inspiring stories from top athletes, and an enjoyable listening experience due to the hosts' engaging personalities. Whether you're looking for training tips or simply want some entertainment while logging miles on your own runs, this podcast has it all. I highly recommend giving it a listen and joining the running community that Chris and Jeremy have cultivated through their show.
