The purpose of "What’s Good With You?" Podcast is to normalize therapy and emotional intelligence in young Black men and women. Many Black people hold on to the negative stigma towards seeking therapy and mental health. This podcast seeks to eliminate that stigma for black Millennials and Generation Z to encourage healthy emotional regulation. The purpose of having two cohost of the opposite sex is to encourage understanding between young black men and women. Black men and women experience and cope with negative emotions in different ways. By educating young black adults we can facilitate healthier relationships, with our friends, family and partners.
