Daryan Knoblauch runs the eponymous architecture practice founded in 2024 in Berlin. His approach follows socio-cultural investigations of the present day, articulated in the form of cultural buildings, pavilions, and scenographies. The young Berlin studio works for clients such as Candela Capitán, Mowalola, Rombaut, and Judeline, among others, positioning architecture at the nexus of the cutting-edge cultural sector, while also providing architectural services for institutions such as the Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin, the Mies van der Rohe Foundationin Barcelona, and ArkDes, the Swedish Center for Architecture and Design in Stockholm, among others. Since graduating in 2021 from the Architectural Association in London, Daryan has been teaching as a Studio Master at the AA, the Royal College of Art, and Porto Academy 2025, among others.  Sprawa dotyczy zdarzenia w Szkole Podstawowej w Kielnie, gdzie – według relacji uczniów – nauczycielka miała wyrzucić krzyż wiszący w klasie do kosza. Postępowanie w tej sprawie prowadzi Prokuratura Rejonowa w Wejherowie. W ostatnich dniach doszło do przesłuchań małoletnich świadków, co wywołało sprzeciw części rodziców i ich pełnomocników.Radca prawny Wawrzyniec Knoblauch, pełnomocnik części rodzin, relacjonuje, że już sam tryb organizacji przesłuchań budził poważne wątpliwości. O planowanych czynnościach rodzice i pełnomocnicy zostali poinformowani w ostatniej chwili.Sama czynność powiadomienia o przesłuchaniu nastąpiła dzień wcześniej, w niektórych przypadkach w godzinach późnych. Ja jako pełnomocnik dowiedziałem się o tym dopiero późnym wieczorem – z dnia na dzień– mówi mecenas.Najwięcej kontrowersji wzbudziła decyzja prokuratury o niedopuszczeniu rodziców do udziału w przesłuchaniach ich własnych dzieci. Jak podkreśla Knoblauch, stoi to w sprzeczności z utrwaloną praktyką.Nie ma absolutnie zgody prokuratury na udział rodzica w czynności przesłuchania małoletniego, mimo że jest to powszechnie uznana zasada. Przepis ma zapewnić dziecku komfort psychiczny, a zastosowano go w sposób skrajnie ograniczający– podkreśla.Decyzję w tej sprawie podjęła Prokuratura Rejonowa w Wejherowie. Uzasadnienie – jak relacjonuje pełnomocnik – sprowadzało się do obawy, że obecność rodzica mogłaby wpływać na swobodę wypowiedzi dziecka.Prokuratura przyjęła, że obecność rodzica będzie wywierać negatywny wpływ, jakby istniało domniemanie nacisku czy mataczenia. To absurdalne, bo to dzieci same przyszły do rodziców wstrząśnięte tym, co wydarzyło się w szkole– ocenia Knoblauch.Podczas środowych czynności przesłuchano jedynie część dzieci. Pełnomocnik rodzin zwraca uwagę na kolejną decyzję procesową, z którą się nie zgadza.Wyrażono zgodę na obecność pełnomocnika tylko przy dzieciach z rodzin, które reprezentujemy. Przy pozostałych dzieciach nie dopuszczono żadnego pełnomocnika. To kolejna kwestia proceduralna, z którą stanowczo się nie zgadzamy– zaznacza.Zdaniem Knoblaucha w sprawie widoczny jest nieuzasadniony pośpiech, który odbywa się kosztem praw dzieci.To, że sprawa została nagle przyspieszona, nie może oznaczać pokrzywdzenia małoletnich. Zasadą jest dopuszczenie rodzica – właśnie po to, by zapewnić dziecku poczucie bezpieczeństwa– mówi.Rodzice po przesłuchaniach – jak relacjonuje pełnomocnik – pozostają w stanie silnego napięcia i niepewności.Rodzice byli i są wstrząśnięci. Nie dostali żadnych pism, a informacja przyszła z dnia na dzień. Teraz panuje nerwowe zawieszenie – nie wiedzą, co będzie dalej– dodaje.W przestrzeni publicznej pojawiły się głosy, że nie doszło do obrazy uczuć religijnych, bo krzyż miał być jedynie plastikową dekoracją. Mecenas stanowczo temu zaprzecza.Dla dzieci to był po prostu krzyż wiszący na ścianie – nie miało znaczenia, z czego był wykonany. Próbowano nakłaniać uczniów, by same wrzuciły go do kosza. Langsam nähert sich die Zahl der von Influenza betroffenen Menschen der 10% Marke. Immunologen raten dringend zur Impfung, zumal wieder einmal eine neue Variante der Erreger im Umlauf ist.Besonders Alte und von Immunschwäche betroffene Menschen sollten etwas tun. Ich zögere. Ich hatte nur einmal im Leben eine richtige Grippe, die sich vom Männerschnupfen deutlich unterscheidet, meine Herren. Da ist nix mit x es aus. Diese eine und einzige Impfung hatte ich in Corona-Zeiten und es war die Voraussetzung, dass ich meine Krebs-Erkrankung behandeln lassen durfte. Sie ahnen es schon: Die Impfung löste zu allem Überfluss eine Influenza aus, die sich gewaschen hatte.Erst mal müssen die Trigger raus aus dem Leben. Stress ist einer davon. Also: sich nicht stressen lassen, soweit es geht. Ich baue weiter auf Hausmittelchen. 4 Tipps, wie sie versuchen können, die Influenza zu verhindern.1. Mikronährstoffe. Vitamin C und D, Zink, Selen und sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe wie Sulfide. Kommt viel in Knoblauch und Zwiebel vor. Lecker. Zu viel davon macht aber einsam. 2. Entspannung und Bewegung. Das war während der jüngsten Fastenwanderwoche mit Yoga natürlich optimal. Aber auch in den Alltag kann man Entspannung und Bewegung einbauen.3. Anti-entzündliche und antivirale Lebensmittel. Ingwer, Knoblauch, Zitronen, Hühnersuppe, Honig, Beeren und grüner Tee seien hier genannt.4. Warme Fußbäder fördern die Durchblutung, lindern Schmerzen, aktivieren die Körperabwehr, entspannen und beruhigen. Das ist schon ein gutes Programm. Micky Beisenherz, der Oktopus unter den Medienpersönlichkeiten, kam 1977 kam zur Welt, wuchs in Castrop-Rauxel auf und zog schon als Kind mit dem Kasettenrecorder los, um Leute zu interviewen. Er studiert 1 Semester Sozialwissenschaften, arbeitet 1 Jahr auf dem Bau, dann beim Lokalradio in Herne. Letzteres war der Startschuss für eine unaufhaltsame und bis heute währende Reise durch die alten und neuen Medien. Mitte der 70erjahre studiert sie in Aachen Kunstgeschichte, landet in Berlin, jobbt in Kneipen und ist schließlich Frontfrau der Band „Neonbabies“. Die 80er beginnen, diese kreative und wilde Zeit für Pop und die sogenannte Sub-Kultur, in allen Genres. Als Inga Humpe und Tommi Eckart Anfang der 90er zusammenkommen, entsteht nicht nur eine Liebe, die bis heute anhält, sondern auch das großartige und höchst erfolgreiche Musikprojekt „Zweiraumwohnung“. It's Tuesday afternoon, and there's a fresh episode of Oilersnation Radio set, which means the boys were back in the studio to recap the week that was. On today's episode, the guys discussed the Oilers' back-to-back losses, Connor McDavid's scoring woes, goaltending, and much more. We kicked off the Friday episode of ONR with a delicious debate over whether the Oilers have an identity problem. Given how sloppy they've been through the first 10 games, it's fair to wonder why this team cannot figure out how to start a season off on the right foot. Regardless of where you sit with the question, no one on the podcast is particularly concerned, even though the results haven't gone our way. Frustrating? Yes. Worrying? Not yet. Changing gears, we looked back at the two losses from this past weekend and how the same damned mistakes keep preventing any forward progress. The guys also discussed Connor McDavid's only goal this season and dissected his shot totals from previous years, when he was much more active. While no one on the show thinks this trend will continue, the message from everyone's standpoint was that the captain needs to shoot more. He's too good not to be.
