Jesus Christ is THE healer. President Howard W. Hunter said that anything Christ touches lives. This week we get to spend time focusing on a number of different circumstances where President Hunter's words are realized. As you study the Savior's healing touch, ask yourself, "Out of all the miracles that Jesus Christ must have performed during his ministry, why did this one make it into the recorded word of God?" In each of these experiences, there is something for us to learn about the Savior and our relationship with Him.

Elder Olsen gives us so many stories in his talk “The Answer is Jesus” to show the simplicity of the gospel. Here are some questions to consider as you study: Elder Olsen tells a story about his young nephew: "'Nash, that is a great idea. How did you get so smart?' He looked at me with an expression in his eyes that said, 'Uncle Ryan, how do you not know the answer to this question?' He simply shrugged his shoulders, smiled, and confidently said, 'Jesus.'" How can you, like this young boy, give simple thanks and bear simple testimony? How have you seen the simplicity of the gospel in your life? Nan Hunter is the daughter in-law of Howard W. Hunter. She always wanted to be an author, but for reasons unknown to her still, she graduated from Brigham Young University in zoology. Nan is the founder of a joyous, child–centered private school where she has inspired teachers and children since 1982. She and her husband, Richard, who have eight married children, reside in the quiet woods of Utah. Her book, chronicling President Hunter's younger years through the eyes of his own journal, was originally written for her family. It revealed so much about greatness and childhood that she had it published to share with all. It is an amazing inside look at the boy who would become the Prophet, President Hunter.
