El Gobierno central y el Govern de la Generalitat han sentado este lunes las bases del nuevo modelo de financiación singular para Cataluña, un sistema pactado hace prácticamente un año por el PSC y ERC. En Las mañanas de RNE, Miguel López Prado, consejero de Hacienda y Administración Pública de la Xunta de Galicia, cree que "seguimos con la política de hechos consumados" y considera que todas las comunidades autónomas están haciendo un "diagnóstico muy parecido, independientemente del gobierno de cada una". "Estamos acostumbrados a negociar los asuntos de financiación que nos afectan a todas las comunidades de régimen general en un foro común y no porque nos traigan precocinado esos acuerdos simplemente para que luego se tengan que aprobar por la imposición de la mayoría de la Administración del Estado", setencia.Moncloa defiende que esta es una oportunidad para repensar el sistema y que cualquier territorio podría asumir el nuevo modelo. El conselleiro cree que es una ruptura completa del sistema: "Si todas las comunidades autónomas pasan a gestionar todos los recursos tributarios del Estado, la Administración General del Estado se queda sin capacidad y sin soberanía fiscal, lo cual es inaudito.
