Starting right where it left off, we witness Kanan mistakenly shoot and kill his Uncle Lou Lou. Raquel eases Lou in his final moments and then immediately swoops in to clean up Kanan's mess. We recap Raising Kanan S4 Episode 10 "Gimmie The Weight", the big finale of season 5. SPOILER ALERT! In this episode, Snaps and Pop introduces Kanan to their nephew Branford Frady, who reveals himself to Kanan as Breeze. Kanan is also further led to believe that Raquel murdered Krystal, after Detective Garcia tells Jukebox that a black woman was seen leaving where Krystal's body was found. The war between Unique and Raquel intensifies, and Raq gives Lou the go-ahead to kidnap Pernessa and Unqiue's son. The episode ends on a major cliffhanger, where it appears that Kanan kills his mother after confronting her. But is she really dead? The show fades to black so we won't know until next year.

Raq goes on the offensive as Marvin and Lou attempt to contain the escalating situations; Jukebox joins the search for O-Cee, while Kanan looks into his own theory.
