Raheem Madjavi from Knightsbridge FX joins Glen Sutherland to unpack what's driving the Canadian dollar vs. U.S. dollar and what Canadians should watch in 2026. They discuss key macro factors that move currency markets—interest rate differentials, jobs/GDP, oil and commodities, and trade-policy uncertainty—plus why the USD/CAD rate can stay volatile when policy shifts and headlines change fast. Raheem shares practical scenarios for how the loonie could strengthen modestly if U.S. rates come down, and why Canada's outlook also depends on broader economic resilience and trade outcomes. They also get tactical for Canadians investing in U.S. real estate: why bank FX spreads and wire mistakes can quietly cost hundreds (or thousands), and how to avoid getting “hosed” on exchange rates when moving large sums. Raheem explains how Knightsbridge works and walks through the common ways to move money cross-border—bill payment (CAD only), wire transfers (fast, often same/next day), and debit/credit between accounts (slower but convenient)—including when each method makes sense. The big takeaway: don't obsess over perfectly timing the currency market; focus on the underlying investment, reduce friction and fees, and execute a clean transfer strategy when you're ready.

Send us a textAtlanta finally made a move. We've got Kevin Stefanski in the building, and we're done grading the press conference—we're grading Sundays. We unpack why this hire fits the roster's real needs: an offensive mind with head coaching reps who's navigated chaos and still delivered structure, development, and playoff wins in Cleveland. It's not a splashy pick. It's a functional one. And if the Falcons align coach, GM, and QB, functional becomes wins.We go deep on the context the graphics leave out. Raheem versus Stefanski isn't about two-year records; it's about expectations, divisions, and roster realities. We also address the Shadur narrative head on: reps, draft slot, and the depth chart explain more than discourse does. If you want better outcomes, fix the system, not just the storyline. Then we pivot to what Atlanta fandom really wants—results over vibes. The city's love for Mike Vick and Prime is real, but nostalgia doesn't score in the red zone. Matt Ryan's run proved boring can be brilliant. The challenge now is to let performance—not narratives—decide futures.Beyond Atlanta, we hold the media to the same standard. Josh Allen's playoff flop, the All-Star starter debates, and college football's NIL-fueled shakeup all show how incentives distort analysis. Indiana's title is a symptom of a sport where money and structure outweigh tradition. In the NFL, structure still wins: clear schemes, smart situational calls, and quarterback development. That's the bet on Stefanski.Tap play to hear our unfiltered breakdown of the hire, the roster, and the path forward, plus playoff takeaways and a sharp look at how narratives get made. If you want weekly, honest Falcons talk that chooses tape over talk, you're in the right place. Send us a textThe night starts with windburned lips, icy sidewalks, and a paint-splattered rave story, then veers into a warehouse stripper party at 5 a.m.—the kind of chaotic detail that says more about city instincts than nightlife glamour. We're laughing, reading rooms, and choosing our peace, whether that means sitting in a booth, grabbing takeout, or turning around when the staff vibe is off. Then the tone sharpens. Atlanta cleared the deck—Rich McKay's influence, Raheem's growth curve, and a front office reset that feels both overdue and risky. We pull apart what “new” really means in team-building, why a run-and-play-action identity fits this roster, and how coaching philosophies can either elevate quarterbacks or exile them. The hard truth lands: the Falcons have been close for years, good enough to lose tight games, and culture—not just play calls—decides whether a franchise learns to finish.Across town, the Hawks look different without Trae. A big guard putting up 30 and 10 changes the geometry of defense, rotations get longer and faster, and fans face the heartbreak of loving a star while seeing a better team shape without him. It's not hate—it's identity. Systems that match personnel win; systems that force compromise leak points in crunch time. The conversation's heaviest turn confronts faith, power, and belonging. Allegations tied to a gospel figure open a raw talk about “praying the gay away,” mentorship misused, and why so many people feel judged in sanctuaries that should feel like home. One of us still shows up on Sundays and calls church folks to remember the God part; the other lays out why he stopped walking through the doors. Pastors who live among people—know the music, fix the car down the block, and listen before preaching—bridge the gap between pews and real life.Nightlife, sports, and spirituality end up pointing at the same lesson: culture is everything. Build around people, not ideals. Seek spaces that see you. And when it's your turn to lead—team, table, or church—choose humility over performance. Tap play, ride with us, and tell a friend. HR3 - Arthur Blank must give new regime time to turn Falcons into consistent winners In hour three Mike Johnson, Beau Morgan, and Ali Mac let listeners call in and give their take on who they want to see be the next Head Coach of the Atlanta Falcons, who they want to see be the next General Manager of the Atlanta Falcons, how they feel about the reports that Matt Ryan potentially wants to be apart of the Falcons front office and still be a broadcaster with CBS, and how they feel about the reports that Atlanta Hawks four-time All-Star Trae Young and his agents, Aaron Mintz, Drew Morrison and Austin Brown, are working with the franchise on a trade in the Wake Up Call! Then, Mike, Beau, and Ali spend some time with national NFL writer for The Athletic Mike Jones! Beau, Mike, Ali, and Mike discuss if Mike was shocked by any of the firings that have happened so far in the NFL, if Mike thinks Raheem Morris' refusal to make an in-season change at special teams coordinator and some of the on-field coaching issues were a big reason that Raheem got fired, which NFL head coaching job Mike thinks is the most appealing right now, which NFL head coaching candidate Mike thinks will be the hot name in this cycle and be able to have his pick at which job he wants to go to, what Mike knows about Chicago Bears assistant General Manager Ian Cunningham, who the Atlanta Falcons just reportedly requested to interview, if Mike thinks there are going to be anymore firings in the NFL, and how Mike feels about former Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan potentially getting a significant front office role with the Atlanta Falcons. The Morning Shift crew also continues to react to the reports that the Atlanta Falcons have requested interviews with Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak and Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver for their head coaching vacancy, and talk about how Falcons Owner Arthur Blank and the Falcons front office can't put playoff or bust expectations on new regime in year one because it's not good to be always firing coaches, and no one will want the Falcons head coach or general manager job if there are playoff or bust expectations in year one.

Another late season win brings more of the same unanswered questions. The talent evaluation may be the thing to save Terry's job. The fundamental problem with Penix right now - health.

From her hospital bed, Marie Coble lit up when she saw the delivery driver whose help had likely saved her life. She’d fallen in her driveway and hit her head, causing a brain bleed. Seeing her injury, Raheem Cooper helped her while calling paramedics. Invited by family to visit her in the hospital, Raheem often brings sweet treats she enjoys to assist her recovery. Their story brings to mind the parable of the Good Samaritan. The parable is Jesus’ reply to an expert’s question on what he must do to inherit eternal life. Do “what is written in the law,” Jesus said (Luke 10:26), including “love your neighbor as yourself” (v. 27). But the expert persisted, asking, “Who is my neighbor?” (v. 29). Christ’s answer describes a man attacked by robbers, left half dead, and then ignored by two people—a priest and a Levite—who passed him by. “But a Samaritan . . . took pity on him” (v. 33), bandaged his wounds, and took care of him. Seeing the hurting man in need, the Samaritan’s help was active, urgent, and without bias—looking past race or creed to assist someone he could’ve ignored. Thus, Jesus asked, which of these three was a neighbor to the man? “The one who had mercy on him,” the expert said. Said Jesus, “Go and do likewise” (v. 37). In Christ, we too can find the compassion to help a hurting person instead of passing by. It’s a lesson for all in sharing Jesus’ love.
