Put Him on Trial. Put ICE on Trial. Put Noem on Trial. Uprising in Iran. Trump's Latest Outrageous Weekend Post. Jerome Powell Punches Back. Pour One Out for Kittle.  Independent Americans host Paul Rieckhoff returns for a raw, solo “Manosphere Monday” to break down the most urgent story in America: the killing of Minneapolis activist and mother Renee Good  by ICE officer Jonathan Ross, who was caught on video calling her a “fucking bitch” as he shot her. Paul calls it murder. And explains why Ross, Kristi Noem, and ICE itself must be put on trial, elevating the powerful, hopeful statement from Good's wife, Becca, as a model of courage and what “right” looks like in the face of rising tension in Minneapolis and nationwide.   Zooming out, Paul connects this murder to Trump's larger, calculated plan: a wartime-style ICE expansion targeting veterans with bonuses and lowered standards, an unchecked “forever war 2.0” abroad, and the dismantling of independent media from PBS NewsHour Weekend to targeting the Pentagon Press Corps. He makes the case that ICE has become an unaccountable extension of Trump's military power at home and issues a direct call to veterans, cops, independents, and all conscientious Americans to be the circuit breakers who refuse unlawful orders, expose abuses, and stand up before more Americans are killed and more streets become battlefields. Comment on the Show by Sending Mark a Text Message.Start with a high performer, add an ugly burst of harassment, and end with a firing justified by a $600 regulatory fine—then ask what the law actually sees. We walk through Kittle v. Mavis Tire to unpack how retaliation can survive early motions while discrimination claims stumble on doctrines like “stray remarks” and the severe or pervasive standard. The story moves from profit turnarounds and bonuses to alleged slave-era taunts, a Nazi salute, and a warning that reporting the issue would “cost you your job,” followed by a rapid transfer and termination. That tight timeline becomes the spine of a viable retaliation claim, even as the court initially dismisses the federal discrimination and hostile environment counts. We get practical about proof. Where's the link between the people using slurs and the people who made the firing decision? How do comparators work, and why do courts demand names, dates, and matching details? We also dig into the DMV waiver pretext: approved by management, paperwork allegedly in hand, and yet transformed into the official reason for termination. When Kittle amends his complaint, he does two big things—alleges behind-the-scenes influence on the decision-makers and pivots to the New York State Human Rights Law's “treated less well” standard, a crucial shift that lowers the bar for a hostile work environment claim compared with Title VII.The final turn is about technology and fairness. If a company auto-deletes audio and video after 30 days, how can anyone prove brief but severe harassment? We explore how data retention policies, legal holds, and fast reporting can make or break a case, and why retaliation claims often become the path to accountability when direct evidence of bias is thin. Listen for a clear, candid map of performance records, timelines, pretext analysis, and state-versus-federal standards—and walk away with a sharper sense of how to document, escalate, and protect yourself when the stakes are high. Munaf Manji and Mackenzie Rivers talk weekend football action and much more. Munaf Manji and Mackenzie Rivers recap NFL Week 16 Sunday action, beginning with Sunday Night Football, where the Patriots erased a double-digit deficit to defeat the Ravens 28-24. Lamar Jackson exited at halftime with a back injury, forcing Tyler Huntley into action, while Derrick Henry dominated early but surprisingly stopped receiving touches late. A missed pass interference call on New England did not derail Drake May, who threw for over 380 yards, including a highlight touchdown to Kyle Williams, as the Patriots scored 15 unanswered points capped by a Rhamondre Stevenson rushing score and a game-sealing Zay Flowers fumble. The loss likely ends Baltimore's playoff hopes and sparks discussion about John Harbaugh's future, Lamar Jackson's durability, and the Steelers' path to clinching the division, with praise given to Mike Tomlin's sustained success. The conversation then shifts to awards, with Matthew Stafford emerging as the MVP favorite over Drake May and Mike Vrabel leading the Coach of the Year market. Circa Survivor updates follow before a deep dive into Week 17 market movers, including massive downgrades to the Chiefs without Mahomes, Dallas favored over Washington, Lions and Vikings line movement, Bengals upgrades after an offensive surge, Chargers moving to a pick'em versus the Texans, Raiders versus Giants shaping up as a potential tank bowl, and the growing impact of injuries and motivation late in the season. Eagles versus Bills is debated, with Buffalo trusted more long term than Philadelphia. Attention turns to Monday Night Football, where both hosts like the 49ers on the road against the Colts and lean under the total due to Indianapolis' limited offense with Philip Rivers and a slower game script. Jonathan Taylor usage and George Kittle props are discussed, with Kittle's receiving yards favored due to matchup trends. The show closes with promotions for Pregame bulk dollars, the free College Football Bowl Bash contest, and a preview of upcoming NBA Christmas coverage, emphasizing scheduling value, betting opportunities, and appreciation for listeners during the holiday season. Rich Dotson, Matt O'Hara, and Garret Price debated aging dynasty assets on the Dynasty Nerds podcast. Jonathan Taylor (27 next season) earned mixed reviews—Matt and Rich want to ride him out while Garret seeks creative exit strategies. AJ Brown (29) got similar treatment, with Matt preferring to wait for a better landing spot. The trio agreed to hold George Kittle (32) despite injury concerns, citing the lack of return value. Taylor's 300-plus touch workload raised red flags despite elite production. Garret would move him for Quinshon Judkins plus a 2-1 or flip him with picks for Devon Achane. Rich prefers holding unless he can get Treveon Henderson straight up, noting Taylor's trade value still commands a 2027 first plus another asset. Matt leaned toward riding it out one more year in Indianapolis' offense. Josh Jacobs (28) earned unanimous "ride it out" verdicts. Rich emphasized Jacobs has been a perennial RB1 since entering the league, calling him "the Dak Prescott of running backs" in terms of consistent value and trade difficulty. The seven-year veteran entered the league at 20 and remains in his athletic prime despite heavy usage. Matt acknowledged nervousness but agreed one more year makes sense before selling. Brown's situation in Philadelphia creates uncertainty, but his talent keeps him WR10 overall. Rich named Ladd McConkey, Rome Odunze, Marvin Harrison Jr., and Garrett Wilson as lateral move targets if contenders want to get younger. Garret compared Brown to Mike Evans and Davante Adams—receivers everyone thinks are done before they actually are, projecting 2-3 more WR1 seasons. Chris Godwin (30) got unanimous "ride it out" tags. Rich sold him for a second in a rebuild but called it slight underselling. With Mike Evans likely gone and Godwin running 90% of routes post-injury, Tampa's offensive usage solidifies his 2026 value. The panel suggested buying Godwin for a mid-second as a contender. Dak Prescott (33) sparked debate about George Pickens' future impact on his value. All three hosts prefer holding unless they own multiple elite QBs, with Garret advocating for the "old boring quarterback" strategy of cycling through 30-34 year old QBs instead of paying premium prices for youth. Rich has preached trading firsts for 2-3 year veteran windows for 11 years. Kittle's 14.3 PPG (fourth among tight ends) doesn't offset availability concerns. Matt suggested targeting Tucker Kraft post-ACL as an exit, but Rich countered that no contender return fills the Kittle void. The only straight-up deal all three would accept: Harold Fannin, who Rich ranks closer to Colston Loveland than most realize. 00:00 Start 06:34 Get Out Early? 07:22 Jonathan Taylor 15:24 AJ Brown 27:07 Chris Godwin 30:07 Dark Prescot 39:09 Josh Jacobs 44:26 George Kittle Learn more about your ad choices. Munaf Manji and SleepyJ talk NFL player props for Week 15. Munaf Manji and SleepyJ break down NFL Week 15 player props on RJ Bell's Dream Preview. Munaf opens by noting the week's matchups and format—four props each, a TD pick, a pod best bet, and a Pregame.com coupon. Sleepy returns after illness, mentions fantasy playoffs, and brings extra RB and TE props. Sleepy starts QB props with Cam Ward under 191.5 passing yards, arguing late-season protection of franchise QBs on bad teams, Tennessee likely leaning run, and San Francisco's defense dominating similar QBs. Munaf supports the under and gives Josh Allen over 268.5 pass+rush yards vs New England, expecting heavy usage in a critical AFC East game and citing prior production and New England's strong run defense likely forcing more Allen attempts and scrambles. RB props: Sleepy plays Isaiah Pacheco over 30.5 rush yards, saying KC wins when he gets work, he outperformed Hunt last week, and the Chiefs need balance; he adds Derrick Henry over 88.5 rush yards vs Cincinnati due to cold weather, Ravens' RB injuries, Bengals' weak tackling, and Henry's big-run potential. Munaf agrees and plays Rhamondre Stevenson under 38.5 rush yards due to NE's committee backfield, Buffalo's recent defensive improvement, and Stevenson's inefficiency and low-touch projections. WR props: Sleepy takes Wondell Robinson over 56.5 receiving yards vs Washington's poor pass defense, expecting heavy targets from Jackson Dart and a motivating finish to NYG's season. Munaf picks Jaxon Smith-Njigba longest reception over 27.5 vs Indy, citing his frequent explosive gains at home and Colts' secondary injuries. TE props: Sleepy targets NYG again with Theo Johnson over 32.5 receiving yards, noting Washington's extreme vulnerability to TEs, Johnson's big-play tendency, and likely increased usage; he also plays Isaiah Likely over 34.5 vs Cincinnati, pointing to the Bengals' repeated failures vs TEs and Likely's speed in the Ravens' offense. Munaf supports both and chooses George Kittle over 60.5 receiving yards with Brock Purdy back, citing four straight overs, consistent targets, and SF's reliance on Kittle amid limited WR weapons. TD props: Sleepy plays Justin Jefferson +180 to score, expecting a breakout vs Dallas' weak pass defense and the Vikings' desire to feature him after minimal usage. Munaf takes Nico Collins +115 with Stroud healthy, and tentatively Devon Achane –130 if active against Pittsburgh's poor run defense. They discuss Pregame.com offers and segue to the pod best bet: Mark Andrews over 39.5 receiving yards vs Cincinnati, anchored in the Bengals' league-worst TE defense—nearly 100 yards allowed per game, double-digit targets per game to the position, and Andrews' strong historical production vs Cincinnati. They note Likely could also erupt and that Baltimore's offense should produce. They close discussing potential Ravens team-total overs, fantasy implications, and newsletter parlays, while noting Joe Burrow's comments about losing joy in football and the importance of Week 15 outcomes. Munaf Manji and Mackenzie Rivers talk weekend betting action and much more. The guys also discuss the MNF game. The Week 13 Weekend Rewind show opens with Munaf Manji and Mackenzie Rivers reacting to a wild Sunday night game where Denver beat Washington 27–26 in overtime despite constant swings, flags, and late chaos. They credit Marcus Mariota for filling in effectively, though rookie Jaden Daniels is expected back next week. Both agree Washington's two-point try was obvious given their season situation. They note Denver stays atop the AFC West at 10–2 while the Commanders fall despite fighting hard. Mackenzie expects fatigue effects next week because both teams played high-volume offensive snaps. Survivor carnage dominates the middle of the show: Thanksgiving wiped out over 850 entries as every underdog won (Packers over Lions, Cowboys over Chiefs, Bengals over Ravens, Bears over Eagles). They discuss hedging strategy, noting a six-way tie in the Grandissimo contest paid each over $1M. By Sunday only 45 entries remained with one more pending Monday night. Biggest downgrades: Vikings after J.J. McCarthy's disastrous 4-INT outing amid confusion over concussion protocol; Chiefs fall from 5.5-point favorites to 3.5 vs Houston as the market finally stops giving them elite benefit of the doubt; Rams downgraded after losing outright as double-digit favorites to Carolina; Lions downgraded partly due to Goff's slide and Amon-Ra St. Brown's injury. Upgrades: Cowboys after back-to-back wins over Eagles and Chiefs; Jets with Tyrod Taylor playing efficiently and running for the winning TD; Bears dominating the Eagles on the ground and maybe becoming legitimate NFC North contenders; Bengals with Burrow healthy again; Texans improving behind CJ Stroud, rookie receivers, and a defense that continues to outperform expectations. They analyze division markets: AFC South tight among Colts, Jaguars, Texans; NFC East still Eagles-favored but Cowboys lurking; NFC North wide open with Chicago rising. They move to Monday Night Football: Patriots (10–2) vs Giants (2–10). Drake May is surging in MVP odds, and New England has won nine straight with strong defense and Travion Henderson emerging as their lead back. The Giants are better ATS than straight up on the road but struggle to finish games. Munaf likes Henderson's rushing yards over given New York's awful run defense (6.2 YPC allowed, 219 given to Gibbs last week). Munaf Manji and Mackenzie Rivers talk NFL action for Week 12 and preview MNF 49ers at Panthers. Munaf Manji and Mackenzie Rivers break down NFL Week 12, starting with the Rams' dominant win over the Buccaneers and the early 21-0 surge built by Matthew Stafford, whose MVP odds jumped as Baker Mayfield exited with a shoulder injury; they note the Rams' rise as Super Bowl favorites and discuss how New England's coaching and Drake May's progress have shifted expectations, while the Buccaneers' divisional outlook hinges on Mayfield's MRI; Survivor results showed minimal carnage with most players advancing but big picks resting on the 49ers Monday night; downgrades hit the Raiders after firing OC Chip Kelly, the Vikings after J.J. McCarthy struggles, and the Saints after more offensive issues, while Mack criticizes Minnesota's QB choice by comparing McCarthy's historically poor EPA to JaMarcus Russell; upgrades include a major market move on the Bengals with Joe Burrow's expected return despite their lost season, plus rising confidence in the Texans behind an elite defense and the Colts' solid metrics; the Cardinals get a slight bump while Tampa projects a bigger drop when Mayfield's injury is priced in; they preview 49ers-Panthers, discussing San Francisco's healthier offense with Purdy, McCaffrey, Kittle, and Pearsall, noting defensive injuries but expecting the Niners to roll against a Panthers team with inflated results and limited passing production from Bryce Young, though Carolina's Ted McMillan stands out as a key weapon; they outline prop angles including Young's passing overs and Kittle's receiving overs, and evaluate paths for a Panthers upset that mostly require an offensive explosion against a depleted SF defense; they also highlight Rico Dowdle's emergence, Young's likely high attempts, and the Niners' efficiency edge; the hosts touch on Dallas' comeback over Philadelphia, concerns about the Eagles' struggling run game, Hurts' limitations on third down, and why Munaf prefers the Rams over the Eagles in the NFC; they close with best bets—Mack taking Cowboys +3.5 on Thanksgiving due to the Chiefs' overtime-to-short-week ATS trend, Munaf laying 49ers -7.5 on Monday night expecting turnovers and a comfortable SF win, and Mack calling an exact 42-20 Niners score—then wrap with notes on Survivor hopes, Thanksgiving content, and a beard-themed sign-off. Brock Purdy's return sparked the 49ers' offense, it also brought a much needed divisional win in a blowout against the Cardinals. Purdy threw for three touchdowns on Sunday, two of which went to a favorite target in tight end George Kittle and the other went to offensive fulcrum Christian McCaffrey, who leads the NFL in scrimmage yards this season through Week 11. Skyy Moore set the tone, returning the opening kickoff 98 yards to the 1-yard line, setting up a McCaffrey 1-yard touchdown run. San Francisco maintained control throughout the game, one in which Arizona did itself no favors accumulating a franchise-record 17 penalties. San Francisco did not escape Arizona unscathed though, as kicker Eddy Piñeiro suffered a hamstring injury in the third quarter that could force the team to bring in a new kicker. On this episode of '49ers Talk,' co-hosts Matt Maiocco and Jennifer Lee Chan break down San Francisco's outstanding performance against the Cardinals Sunday at State Farm Stadium. Matt and Jennifer discuss the impact of Purdy's return on the 49ers' offense during a crucial stretch, Kittle and CMC's dominance, and how injuries to both Piñeiro and linebacker Tatum Bethune might affect the team ahead of Monday's showdown with the Carolina Panthers.--(0:00) 49ers did what they had to do to get win vs. Cardinals(3:00) Will the 49ers have to add a kicker because of Eddy Piñeiro's injury?(4:00) Brock Purdy's return dispels any QB controversy from media(12:00) Can CMC achieve 1,000-1,000 season?(14:00) This is the healthiest the 49ers have been on offense all season(17:30) The 49ers' defense forced three takeaways(25:00) What type of team are the 49ers? The San Francisco 49ers (5-3) head into Week 9 facing the New York Giants (2-6) in what could be the most important game of the season thus far. With trade-deadline implications, the NFC West race on the line, and a looming matchup vs the Los Angeles Rams next week, the stakes couldn't be higher. After the 49ers' disappointing 26-15 loss to the Houston Texans, where the offense sputtered and the defense got gashed, SF is desperate to bounce back. They've added new faces like Keion White and Clelin Ferrell … but the injury list looms large (no Brock Purdy, Ricky Pearsall, Bryce Huff or Jake Brendel). That MetLife turf has haunted them before — so they'll want to come out clean. On the flip side, the Giants are a mess in 2025. Rookie QB Jaxson Dart is under center after season-ending injuries to Cam Skattebo and Malik Nabers. They've shown flashes, but they also turn the ball over. Could this be a trap game?Giants defense? Pass rushers like Brian Burns, Abdul Carter and Kayvon Thibodeaux are legit — but their run defense allows 5.7 yards per carry and 148 yards per game. That spells opportunity for the 49ers ground game. And what about targeting George Kittle? The Giants' secondary has been torched all year: high completion rates allowed, poor coverage grades, and matchup issues all over. If San Fran can establish the run and get Kittle involved, they open everything up.This video breaks down:• Why this is arguably the biggest game of the season for the 49ers so far• Key injury updates + how they impact both teams• Matchup breakdowns: run game vs run defense, pass rush vs 49ers' offensive line, how the Giants' secondary stacks up• What the 49ers must do to win … and what dangers to watch out forIf you're a 49ers fan — or just love deep NFL game-preview breakdowns — hit that Like button, drop a comment with your key prediction for Sunday, and Subscribe for more weekly 49ers coverage.
