San Francisco receivers Jennings, Pearsall and guard are questionable. Receivers Ayuk, Taylor and Watkins are out. Tight end Kittle is out. SF defensive end is out with cornerback questionable. Jacksonville has a massive injury advantage based on the Chao ratings by +14.3. SF defense has a low 74.8 injury rating. Jacksonville have healthy ratings on both units over 92. Recent Box Score Key Stats Jaguars at 49ers 4PM ET—Jacksonville improved to 2-1 with their 17-10 home victory to Houston. The defense led the Jags to victory holding the Texans to 87 rushing yards with 4.8 yards per pass attempt. Jacksonville rushed for 3.6 yards a carry and was ineffective in the passing game. Trevor Lawrence hit 20 of 40 for 222 yards and a pick. San Francisco is 3-0 after their 16-15 home victory against Arizona. SF rushed for 3.4 yards a carry and effectively moved the football through the air with a backup QB. They limited the Cardinals on the ground and allowed 154 yards passing for 4.4 yards per pass attempt. Brock Purdy was dealing with a toe injury and missed the past two games. He is expected to return on Sunday.

San Francisco 49ers vs. New Orleans Saints NFL Pick Prediction 9/14/2025 by Tony T. 49ers at Saints Injuries Purdy and Kittle are out for San Francisco. Receiver Jennings and a left tackle Williams are questionable. New Orleans left guard is out with their right tackle questionable. On defense a linebacker is out. New Orleans has a significant injury advantage based on the Chao ratings by +5.80. Both offenses have low ratings. Recent Box Score Key Stats 49ers at Saints 1PM ET—San Francisco is 1-0 as they defeated Seattle 17-13 on the road. The 49ers rushed for only 3.3 yards per carry, but a late drive was carried by the passing game for the win. They stymied the Seahawks offense for 3.2 yards a carry and ineffective passing. Brock Purdy was 26 of 35 for 277 yards with two touchdowns and two picks. But with his turf toe he gives way to Mac Jones. New Orleans is 0-1 with their 20-13 home defeat to Arizona. The rushing game produced 4.9 yards a carry but poor work in the passing game. They allowed 5.4 yards per run to the Cardinals and did a good job defending the pass by allowing 5 yards per attempt. Spencer Rattler was 27 of 46 for 214 yards.
