That is a lie. You can stop and take three breaths. Just three. And if you, do it with intention and presence, you have meditated. It's not a competition, it's not a race, it is a practice.” - Raychelle Heath “When you're really getting into the practice of yoga, the posture is a, a vehicle towards that kind of release of the mind and tapping into the higher self.” - Raychelle Heath “There are some things about people's bodies that are going to make the practice look different. But doesn't mean they're not a candidate for it because their body is different.” - Dr. V ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Connect with Raychelle Heath on her: Website: The Raychelle Heath Facebook: Black Women In Wellness Instagram: @bwiw_interviews LinkedIn: Raychelle Heath Thank you for listening, please like and share this episode with a friend! In 2009 Ms. LeBlanc contributed to an anthology titled “How The Fierce Handle Fear” where she shares her story about her relationship with fear. Little did she know that her sharing would begin a healing process for so many? After taking stock in her own process of healing as well as the process of others, one glaring common denominator was lack of balance. Whether it was relationships or disease, imbalance seemed to be at the root. Here in lies her plight. Being personable in her approach and relentless in her pursuant has always worked for Raychelle Those attributes have proven to be very necessary assets for the networking and publicity maverick as a professional in the world of entertainment for the last 15 years. They would prove to be just as effective in the world of healing. As a certified Nutrition Therapy Practioner, Life and Wellness coach her goal is to meet people where they are and partner with them for breakthroughs so that they can manifest the lives that they want. As a master meditation teacher, her goal is to provide a platform for people to be still, look inside of themselves and discover every answer and fill every gap and as a Reiki Master, her goal is to provide the ultimate experience in relaxation, clearing and healing. Episode 26: Most of us don't realize that we get to create our own rules. We are so conditioned to the rules of society & of our family that we conform ourselves to fit within these borders, without ever taking a step back to ask "Is this what I want? Is this working for ME? For US?" It takes a bit of growing up to unlearn some of this and really start to carve our own path, which is the only path that leads to true happiness. Listening to Irene and Holly, author & intuitive healer talk about life, happiness & motherhood was such an unexpected delight. One of the most beautiful things in Holly's wisdom is that it’s not some big, grandiose thing. But more a calm confidence & surety in the way of things. It was beautifully refreshing and exactly right at exactly the right time.
