She also made two different Love Owls by Susan B. Anderson, one in the large size for a friend's two-year-old, and one with the large size decorations, but in the smaller size for Starling. She used Madelinetosh Tosh Merino in the Paper colorway with accents of Bumblebirch Forage in Cranberry and Anzula Cricket DK in Toffee. She's using Paton's Classic Wool in Khaki and handspun yarn from fiber from Morro Fleece Works. Jill has started Ephemeris by Debra Gerhard out of Teal Torch Knits Sock in Good Til the Last Drop and Long Dog Yarn Bounce Sock in First Blush. She's hoping this mosaic shawl will work with these two colors. She also finished a Wee Envelope by Ysolda Teague out of handspun sport-ish weight from Malabrigo Nube merino braid in the Candombe colorway.My Current Fix:Jill is still working on the Dash Away Reindeer by Sara Elizabeth Kellner. She was inspired to learn double knitting when she bought a copy of Wilson's MittsEmily would like to try brioche this year. She would love to make the Champagn Bubbles Brioche Lace Scarf. She picked up the Knitting Brioche book by Nancy Marchant from the library. Went to spinning today want to participate in their workshops and try to do more spinning.
