This week on Sidequests, we discuss our most frustrating moments in video games, including Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, Chester Cheetah: Too Cool to Fool, and the infamous giraffe section in The Lion King for Sega Genesis.
Wherein we discuss the evils of GameStop, trash bag subscriptions, Transformers, Masters of the Universe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Captain America: The Winter Soldier (mild spoiler warning), fake football fans, the new face of Lex Luthor, the Suicide Squad on Arrow, the losers who don't watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, Nintendo's future, Mario Golf: World Tour, the strange cast of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, and some Zelda and Final Fantasy weirdness. Starring Ryan Scott, Adam Fitch, and Ryan Higgins, with special guest Chris Noyes.
Its nice getting back to the basics and grinding out another music episode, but as usual I need to do my typical "I'm sorry" for it taking so long to do another one. As I explained on the show, I kind of forgot about this series for awhile, like I seriously forgot about it. We've had so much fun sticking to the schedule of the main show and hammering those out that it was pretty easy to forget and or not want to do one of these. Either way, its out now! Music in this episode: Street Fighter - Guile's Theme (Smooth McGroove), Deathsmiles, Sleeping Dogs, The Last of Us, Shadowrun Returns, King of Fighters XIII, Sonic & All-Stars Racing: Transformed, Defiance, LittleBigPlanet Karting, Terranigma, Rogue Legacy. Path of Exile, DuckTales - The Moon (Smooth McGroove) You can reach us at cstrikepodcast@gmail.com, leave a voicemail at (909) 278-7453 or Twitter at criticalstrike
