How can we become aware of our unresolved emotions/trauma and actively recover from them? Hi fans, it's Alice Kyra. I know it's been a while since anything's been on this feed, I've been meaning to record this for a few weeks and have been avoiding it. As you might surmise from the title of this message and the prolonged hiatus, Unlabelled AP will unfortunately not be continuing. 2020 was a really rough year that's left some of the cast with new health issues and some of the cast with new priorities that need their energy so as much as it pains us, collectively we can't keep producing the show. There are one or two more episodes of Unlabelled: Origins that were recorded and might be uploaded when we're able to get the energy to edit them, but we dont have an estimate of when that could be yet. We are so so thankful for everyone who's listened and shared their excitement for our podcast, and we hope that you'll continue to support the cast in their future endeavors. Unlabelled has been Danni as the GM and Pharallax the Eternal, who can be found @battidanni bea as Jupiter Rising and Purple Empress, who can be found @spacedoobie Mina McJanda as composer, primary editor, The Green Knight, and Red Queen, who can be found @minahoneybat And me, Alice Kyra as occasional editor, Crash Override, and Mandrake. and I can be found @magicalgirlkyra
Big changes are afoot for Unlabelled! Specifically, we’ve decided to try out playing Masks GM-less, and to test that out we’re running a side story set in the far distant past of the early 2000s. Tune in today for character creation and worldbuilding, and listen over the coming weeks to see how this all plays out! Chapters: 00:56: Welcome to the world of 200X... 11:45: Niles Berman/Pharallax the Eternal, The Janus 16:11: Saoirse Sullivan, The Bull 21:01: Iris Imago, The Soldier 31:30: Ada Krull, The Doomed 40:18: Backstory Questions 70:29: When the team first came together… 92:00: Relationships and Influence 117:52: Moves Cast: bea mcjanda (she/her, @trickybee) as Iris Imago aka Purple Empress (she/her). Mina McJanda (she/her, @minahoneybat) as Ada Krull aka The Red Queen (she/her). Alice Lily Kyra (she/faer, @magicalgirlkyra) as Saoirse Sullivan aka Mandrake (she/her). Danni (she/her, @battidanni) as Niles Berman and also Pharallax the Eternal (she/her). NPCs: xXx_DR4KKULL4_xXx (???): A real annoying jerk who’s been stalking Ada online and trying to bait her into going full Dracula. Started sending harassing letters, photos of her, letters that explode as blood when you open them, real edgelord shit. Bryte Sparx (any/all): Gadgety/hackery adult superhero running the poorly-funded Empowered Youth of Halcyon program. Count Mayhem (he/him): Liefeldian 90s cyborg supervillain, has a lot of pouches and a power glove.Tried to hack Hazard Engine, now dead? Paul Mason (he/him): Researcher at Halcyon University who is helping Ada out - regularly has blood drawn to be tested, trying to work out what’s happening with her. Ruby Killjoy (she/her): Pseudo-magical gangster who took Saiorse in and taught her how to change the timeline - and how to be a villain. GAZE (???): Otherworldly entities who can see the truth of everything and speak to Iris in her dreams. Links: This podcast uses Masks: A New Generation by Magpie Games. Question: Are these echoes people trapped in a phantom dimension trying to get out, or snapshots only visible a few times a year? Consequence: Pops gets Annie's raygun out of his closet and has decided to try and find her. 2nd Perspective: It's not only heroes that are showing back up.

True Name: A valley of bureaucracy, the quiet of power, a lack of food options. Events Second Event: Civball! Zoning debates over zoning slow to a crawl so city hall breaks for a ‘friendly’ game of civball, as is traditional in Halcyon City since the Silver Age. Consequence: Malcontent does well and garners support. Consequence: It's a fun game, but City Hall catches on fire a little bit. Opinion: It's time for us t o put Civball away, it's getting too rowdy.
