Welcome to the Triple P Life Podcast! In this episode, Dr. Jay LaGuardia welcomes Dr. Bradley Nelson, the author of the bestselling books "The Emotion Code" and "The Body Code," to discuss the often-overlooked emotional component of overall well-being. Dr. Nelson explains how unresolved emotions can become trapped in the body, leading to physical ailments, emotional distress, and hindering the healing process. They explore the concept of trapped emotions, the "emotional loop," and how the Emotion Code can help individuals identify and release this emotional baggage to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Episode Takeaways: Emotional well-being is a crucial element of overall health, alongside physical and spiritual aspects. You cannot be truly well if you neglect your emotional state. Unresolved emotions can become "trapped" in the body as energy, potentially manifesting as physical pain, disease, or emotional issues like anxiety and depression. The "emotional loop" describes the normal processing of emotions, but sometimes this loop gets stuck open, leading to trapped emotions. The Emotion Code is a method developed by Dr. Nelson to identify and release these trapped emotional energies using muscle testing and intention. Releasing trapped emotions can lead to significant improvements in physical symptoms, emotional well-being, and even the ability to forgive and move on from past hurts. Dr. Nelson has found that a vast majority of physical pain and disease processes have an emotional component. The Body Code is a more comprehensive system that addresses six categories of imbalances affecting health: energies (including trapped emotions), pathogens, circuits and systems, misalignments, toxins, and nutrition and lifestyle. The subconscious mind acts like a powerful computer that can be accessed through muscle testing to identify underlying imbalances. Dr. Nelson is releasing a new book called "The Heart Code" focusing specifically on "heart walls," which are emotional energies trapped around the heart that can hinder connection and well-being. 00:00 - Introduction to Emotional Well-being 02:14 - Introducing Dr. Bradley Nelson 04:38 - The Computer, Prayer, and Chiropractic 07:12 - The Emotional Loop Explained 09:51 - Releasing Trapped Emotions with Magnets 12:15 - *Emotion Code*: A Deeper Dive 14:40 - Consciousness, Awareness, and Trauma 17:22 - Deleting Emotional Energy 19:45 - Emotional Baggage in Animals 21:58 - Emotional vs. Physical Issues 24:10 - Training Practitioners in the *Emotion Code* 26:35 - Limitations of Western Medicine 29:01 - The Body Code System 31:18 - Symptoms and Imbalances 33:33 - Common Conditions and Open Loops 35:50 - Vibrational Tone Scale and Emotions 38:14 - The Hot Air Balloon Analogy 40:37 - *Emotion Code* vs. *Body Code* 42:50 - The Heart Wall and the Heart Code 45:18 - The Six Imbalance Categories 47:30 - Wrap Up and Contact Information Find all things Triple P Life by visiting the website. Guest Introduction: In this powerful episode, we welcome Riana Malia, an advanced trauma care coach and expert in quantum biology, neuroscience, and transformational healing. She is the creator of the Clear to Create Method and Quantum Pattern Protocol, designed to help ambitious women move past trauma, break deep-rooted patterns, and step into their full potential with confidence. With over 20 years of experience, Riana has helped hundreds of women transform their lives, find love, and create personal and professional breakthroughs by tapping into the unconscious mind to uncover and heal the root causes of emotional and psychological blocks. Three Game-Changing Takeaways ✅ Your Conscious Mind Sets the Goal, But Your Unconscious Mind Makes It Happen – The mind is like an iceberg: only 10% is conscious, while 90% operates beneath the surface. True transformation happens by accessing and reprogramming the unconscious mind. (03:13) ✅ You Have to Clear the Old to Make Space for the New – Patterns, trauma, and limiting beliefs are stored at a cellular level. Unless they are fully released, you'll keep repeating the same cycles, whether in relationships, career, or self-worth. (08:05) ✅ Rewiring Your Brain Can Be Instant & Permanent – Quantum Time Release clears deeply embedded emotional charges without revisiting past trauma, allowing you to move forward without reliving old wounds. (21:44) Key Topics & Insights 1️⃣Why "Willpower" Isn't Enough: The Real Key to Lasting Change (03:13) ● The conscious mind can set a goal, but it's the unconscious mind that executes it. ● 90% of thoughts, behaviors, and patterns are stored in the unconscious mind, including unprocessed trauma, emotional patterns, and survival instincts. ● "If the conscious mind is the goal setter, the unconscious mind is the goal getter." ● The reason people feel stuck despite knowing what they want is that their unconscious programming keeps them repeating old patterns. Impact: Understanding this concept shifts the focus from trying harder to rewiring thought patterns at a deeper level. 2️⃣Breaking Free: Why Traditional "Talk Therapy" Isn't Enough (08:05) ● Most personal development focuses on awareness but stops short of rewiring the brain. ● Just “releasing” emotions without installing new neurology, new strategies, and new behavior patterns keeps you stuck. ● "People focus on releasing, releasing, releasing, but they don't replace it with anything new. So the system collapses back on itself." (06:52) ● Quantum Pattern Protocol works at the root level, clearing stored trauma without revisiting painful memories. Impact: The key to lasting change is replacing limiting beliefs with new neurological patterns, not just recognizing them. 3️⃣Quantum Time Release: How to Let Go of Emotional Baggage in Hours, Not Years (21:44) ● Every negative emotion—anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame—is stored like a string of marbles in the unconscious mind. ● Quantum Time Release clears these at the root cause without requiring conscious memory of the event. ● "Clients will say, ‘If you asked me this three hours ago, I would have cried, but now… it's gone.'" (22:42) ● Once the emotional charge is gone, clarity, creativity, and new opportunities appear effortlessly. Impact: Healing doesn't have to take years. With the right approach, transformation can happen in a matter of hours. Final Thoughts This episode is a deep dive into how to rewire your mind for success, break old cycles, and step into the life you truly desire. If you've ever felt like you're stuck in repetitive patterns—whether in relationships, career, or self-worth—Riana's methods could be the key to unlocking your unstoppable self. Want to dive deeper? I explore why we hold onto past pain, how to recognize emotional baggage, and practical steps for releasing worry, stress, and limiting beliefs. Through insightful teachings, I share how physical movement, mindfulness, and healthy communication can help us embrace inner peace. Listeners will leave feeling lighter, freer, and more empowered to create a life of ease and joy. Table of Contents 1. Why Letting Go is Essential for Emotional Freedom 2. Releasing Past Memories: Breaking Free from Emotional Baggage 3. How Physical Movement Helps Release Emotional Tension 4. Letting Go of Worry: A Three-Step Process 5. Improving Communication to Release Relationship Tension 6. Final Thoughts: Embracing a Life of Freedom Why Letting Go is Essential for Emotional Freedom Letting go is not about forgetting or ignoring the past; it's about choosing peace over pain. I explain that when we hold onto resentment, fear, or self-doubt, we prevent ourselves from moving forward. Key Reflection: What emotional weight are you carrying that no longer serves you? Releasing Past Memories: Breaking Free from Emotional Baggage Many of us replay painful experiences in our minds, unconsciously reliving negative emotions. I discuss how we can rewrite our internal stories and consciously choose to focus on the present instead of the past. How Physical Movement Helps Release Emotional Tension Due to the body storing emotions, physical movement is an effective way to shake off negative energy. I highlight how walking, stretching, or dancing can release emotional blockages. Key Takeaway: Moving your body isn't just for fitness; it's also for emotional release. Letting Go of Worry: A Three-Step Process Worry can feel productive, but it often keeps us stuck. Inspired by Dale Carnegie's wisdom, I share a simple three-step process to break free from worry: Identify your most significant concern – Clarify what's on your mind. Ask: Can I control this? – If yes, take action. If not, release it. Replace worry with action or surrender – Do what you can, then let go of the rest. Reflection Prompt: What's one worry you can choose to release today? Improving Communication to Release Relationship Tension Unresolved misunderstandings and unspoken words can create emotional blockages. I discuss how clear, honest, and compassionate communication can help release relationship tension. Tip: Seek first to understand, then to be understood. Final Thoughts: Embracing a Life of Freedom Letting go is an act of self-love and courage. By releasing emotional weight, you make room for new possibilities, unshakeable peace, and a lighter way of living. Final Takeaway: What will you choose to let go of today? Give yourself permission to release, trust, and move forward. Conclusion Episode 383 powerfully reminds us that true freedom comes from within. By letting go of what no longer serves us - past hurt, worry, or negative patterns - we open ourselves up to a more peaceful, joyful, and fulfilling life. I encourage listeners to take a small step today to set themselves free through mindful reflection, movement, or a meaningful conversation. Pascale --------------------------- FULL TRANSCRIPT --------------------------- Episode 383: Set Yourself Free - Embracing The Magic Of Letting Go For Inner Peace Have you ever felt the need to let go of a particular thought or feeling, unaware of how to do it? Do you unconsciously and repeatedly recall the same hurtful memory and can't let it go? Holding onto emotional baggage weighs us down and prevents us from living fully. But what if I told you we find true freedom in letting go? Imagine walking lighter, breathing smoothly, and feeling at peace simply by letting go. Thank you for tuning in to episode 383 of The Everyday Life Balance Show, a podcast dedicated to helping you achieve emotional freedom and balance in your everyday life. In today's episode, we'll explore releasing what no longer serves you, from painful memories to daily stress. You'll learn practical steps to free yourself emotionally, embrace peace, and create space for more joy in your life. Let's begin this journey together. Here is the truth: most of us feel stressed out because we struggle to let go. We often struggle with old habits that keep us prisoners in the same old story. However, how do you set yourself free? Let Go Of The Hurtful Memories Of The Past. Prisoners of the past hold on to what happened yesterday and fail to be present with NOW. Do you have an unpleasant memory you find difficult to let go of? It's time to shake it off, to feel the weight lift off your shoulders as you release these burdens because they no longer serve you. Holding on to unpleasant past memories stops you from living fully because it interferes with your emotional freedom or well-being and makes you a prisoner of the past. If this resonates with you, take a moment to reflect on the following: How does the unpleasant memory of the past affect your life now? Being a prisoner of the past can be a destructive experience that creates suffering. It's time to set yourself free! I recommend seeking professional help or a self-help solution like Dr Harry Barry's Emotional Healing process. I followed his process in the past; it's been life-changing. You can listen to my emotional healing experience in episode 380, entitled "Heal Your Heart: Finding Emotional Freedom Through Love.” Emotions are stored in the body; therefore, physical movement can be a powerful way to release tension and stress. Shake It Off Physically Too many people hold on to physical tension for too long. Here are some ways to help yourself and let go of the tension: Exercising will help you re-energise and shake off the stress of the day. For example, if you had a stressful day at work, physical exercise helps you change your state from exhaustion to mental and physical upliftment due to the release of feel-good hormones when you exercise. To let go of any mental and physical tension, make it a habit to boost your happy hormones with regular activity. By the way, it doesn't have to be strenuous because gentle stretches are highly effective. I stretch all the time. Smelling the roses is another way to let go. For example, a nice, meditative walk in nature surrounded by wildlife, trees, and flowers can help you let go of worries. As you stroll in nature or cycle, fill your lungs consciously with oxygen and slowly release carbon dioxide. Enjoy this peaceful moment as if you have no worries in the world. Allow yourself to let go. Dancing with your favourite music or singing in the bathroom is a great way to shake it all off as you allow your free spirit to express itself. When we hold onto pain, our body stores it as tension, affecting our nervous system. Exercise, whether it's walking, stretching, or dancing, helps shift stuck energy, allowing us to move forward emotionally and physically. Let Go Of Worry Learning to let go is a new habit you need to develop to invite more lightness into your life. This leads me to the subject of worry. Concerns or worries are disrupters of peace. Dale Carnegie affirms in his book "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" that 70% of our worries are money problems. What about you? Worrying is one of the hardest things to let go of because it feels productive. But the truth is, worry doesn't solve problems; it only drains our energy and keeps us stuck in fear. Instead of letting worry control your thoughts, try this three-step method to regain peace of mind: 1. Identify your most significant worry, your 70%. Take a moment to clearly define what is causing stress. Write it down if needed. Often, when we name our worries, they feel less overwhelming. Worry can be caused by health issues, finances, children, and relationships at home and work. 2. Ask yourself: Can I control this? If the answer is yes, shift your focus to taking action. What steps can you take to improve the situation? If the answer is no, practise acceptance and consciously release it. Remind yourself that worrying won't change the outcome. 3. Replace worry with action or surrender: If the situation is within your control, take small, constructive steps to address it. If it's outside your control, use deep breathing, meditation or journaling to release the fear and shift into trust. By practising these steps, you train your mind to let go of unnecessary worry and focus on what truly matters. And lastly, let's talk about relationship worry. Improve your relationships As an advocate of the power of love, let go of wanting to be right all the time. It's ok to make mistakes. If you have a troubling relationship and the E.G.O (Edging God Out) gets in the way, lovingly solving the problem would mean seeking first to understand and then to be understood. There might be a misunderstanding you might not be aware of. Seeking first to understand opens our hearts and helps us see the situation more lovingly and with a new perspective. Miscommunication is a common ailment in relationships and leads to conflicts. If this relates to you, first seek to understand the person you are in conflict with compassionately. By the way, you might be thinking, why should I? However, give it a try. What happens in your mind and body when you do? Do you feel lighter or less angry or resentful? The process of seeking first to understand, then to be understood, taken from Stephen Covey's book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," which sold millions of copies, is a powerful way to view situations openly and let go of negative emotions. Today's episode is an invitation to develop a new habit: letting go. As you release, you let go of the unpleasantness, open up your heart again, and free yourself mentally and physically. Here is a recap of the three letting-go habits you can develop to invite more peace into your life: 1. Let go of the hurtful memories of the past to live fully in the present moment. 2. Establish an exercise routine to shake it all off physically and release feel-good hormones. 3. Let go of worry by following the three-step method to regain peace of mind. 4. Seek first to understand, then to be understood, to improve your relationships. Letting go is not about giving up; it's about making space for something better. When you release a painful memory, a worry, or a limiting belief, you take back your power and move one step closer to emotional freedom. So, as you go through your week, ask yourself: What am I ready to release? It could be a past hurt, an unrealistic expectation, or the need to control an outcome. Whatever it is, permit yourself to let go and trust that something better is coming. Thank you for spending this time with me. If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear what you're choosing to let go of, feel free to reach out or share your thoughts at support@pascalegibon.com. Until next time, I'm sending you lots of love and the courage to embrace freedom as you let go of anything that holds you prisoner and stops you from living fully, now.

In this episode, I'm joined by Cedric Bertelli as we dive deep into the hidden mechanics of emotional pain, trauma, and healing. Our guest shares his insights from years of research on how the brain forms destructive emotional patterns - like anxiety, fear, and self-doubt - and, more importantly, how we can break free from them. Why do we numb our pain with alcohol, overwork, or other destructive behaviours? The answer might not be what you think. Discover how trauma - big or small - can leave emotional imprints that resurface as self-sabotaging patterns, often without us realising it. This episode is a practical guide for anyone ready to reclaim control of their emotional well-being. Learn how to recognise when your body signals unresolved trauma and how simple, intuitive steps can help you resolve emotional triggers - without needing to revisit the trauma itself. We also explore the radical idea that hope might actually block healing and discuss why facing your emotions head-on could be the most powerful step toward true freedom. Hear from Cedric how his life-changing approach has helped countless people free themselves from emotional baggage they've carried for years. If you're ready to break cycles of fear, anxiety, or anger - and find genuine emotional relief - this episode could be your first step toward transformation. Have you ever stopped to think about whether you're carrying emotional baggage? It's not always something you can see, but it's definitely something you can feel. Emotional baggage is like this invisible weight you carry around—sometimes without even realizing it. It shows up in how you react to situations, how you talk to people, and how you feel about yourself. If you've been hurt in the past, whether it's from a relationship, a loss, or any kind of trauma, that emotional weight can start to add up and affect almost every area of your life. When you're carrying around old wounds or unresolved feelings, it shows in more ways than one. You might notice that your mood shifts quickly, that you feel drained, or that it's harder to connect with people. Even your physical appearance can be affected—stress and unresolved emotions can show in your body, whether it's tension, headaches, or just that overall feeling of being worn out. And emotionally? You might find yourself stuck in negative thought patterns, always expecting the worst, or becoming irritated easily, even with the people who care about you the most. But here's the thing—this emotional baggage doesn't just stay with you. It affects everyone around you, too. It's hard to spread positive energy when you're weighed down by all this emotional clutter. You might notice that your relationships with family and friends start to feel strained. You could be unintentionally pulling others into your negativity without meaning to. It's not that you're a bad person—it's just that unresolved emotions have this way of leaking into every part of your life. The good news? You can let go of that weight. It's a process, but it's totally worth it. Releasing emotional baggage isn't about forgetting the past or pretending like things didn't hurt—it's about choosing not to let it control you anymore. When you start letting go, you make room for more positive energy, not just for yourself, but for everyone around you. You can start showing up as your best self—one who is lighter, freer, and able to bring more good vibes into the world. So, if you're carrying emotional baggage, take a moment to think about how it's affecting your life. What would it feel like to let go of that weight? How would it feel to show up for yourself and your loved ones with a little more peace and positivity? It's not an easy road, but it's one that's definitely worth walking. We love you all so, so much!

Do you agree with that? Well, quite literally, it gives me a different view of the world. We're so high up on latitude that, yeah, every everything's different up here. But, you know, I think it's been actually really powerful for me. You know, one of the things we talked about in previous conversations is, you know, when we try to have an intended message come across, sometimes we do have to change somebody's perspective in order to see it clearly. And I think, coming from Alaska, we do automatically have such a different perspective. It just It lends itself to the reframing or reshaping of somebody's paradigm or perspective, and it's just, it's a wonderful place to live. It's not always easy 35 degrees this morning on my drive into the office. But you know what? It's beautiful, and it's home- and that's 35 degrees Fahrenheit. I guess we just started the fall, ended this summer? Yeah, summer here ended a few weeks ago, I think, if we're being honest. But yeah, 35 degrees Fahrenheit. So like one, one degree, two degrees Celsius, it's, it's, it's crisp out there. But you know what we had? We had a huge black bear come through our yard. The other day. We had a lynx outside. And where we live in Anchorage. it's 300,000 people. It's a normal town. We're now out in the boonies, but we live on the very edge of Anchorage, so we get wildlife in our backyard all the time. And it's such a blessing. ----- ----more---- Your Intended Message is the podcast about how you can boost your career and business success by honing your communication skills. Dr. Nelson shared insights from his extensive experience in energy healing, the effectiveness of methods like muscle testing, and the groundbreaking work outlined in his books, including 'The Body Code' and 'The Belief Code.' Listeners are encouraged to explore the healing language of the subconscious mind as Dr. Nelson gears up for events in Australia, emphasizing that each person has the capacity to heal themselves and others. As a practicing holistic physician, Dr. Nelson specialized in helping those suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, and successfully treated patients from across the United States and Canada until his retirement from active practice in 2004. In 2009 he channeled his life's work into a simple yet powerful self-study course known as, “The Body Code” system, which teaches students how to balance the body in these 6 key areas. Call to Action: Urge Congress to Pass the Crime Victims Fund Stabilization Act (H.R.8061/S.4514) urging the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives to authorize much-needed 2024 bridge funding for the federal Crime Victims Fund (VOCA Fund). The VOCA Fund supports the provision of essential direct services for crime victims and survivors across the country. According to the U.S. Department of Justice's Office for Victims of Crime, projected fiscal year 2024 funding for victim service grants will be $700 million lower than fiscal year 2023. The VOCA Fund was established by the Victims of Crime Act of 1984, and it is the primary financial source for victim services in all 50 states, five U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. VOCA Fund revenue is generated from offenders convicted of crimes, not from taxes. In 2021, Congress passed the VOCA Fix Act, which allows monetary recoveries from federal deferred prosecutions and non-prosecution agreements to replenish the fund. While passage of the VOCA Fix Act was necessary, it was not sufficient to adequately shore up fund balances, and 2024 VOCA funding for crime victim service programs is anticipated to be 41% lower nationwide when compared to 2023 grant awards. Without prompt action by Congress, many victim service programs across the country may be forced to close. The VOCA Fund supports medical care, mental health counseling, lost wages, courtroom advocacy, and temporary housing for victims and survivors of crime. It also helps to fund federal, state, and tribal victim service programs, crime victim compensation, discretionary grant awards, victim specialists in U.S. Attorney's Offices and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the federal victim notification system. Emotional Residency: Packing Up Your Life for Joyful Reinvention Assessing what parts of our lives we are ready to leave behind and what we want to bring along as we move forward is a crucial aspect of personal growth and transformation. In a podcast episode, Tonya Leigh discusses the process of packing up her belongings as she prepares to move to a new house. This physical act of packing serves as a metaphor for the emotional and mental process of evaluating what serves us and what no longer aligns with our current goals and values. She emphasizes the importance of being intentional about what we choose to bring along on our journey. This includes not only physical items but also emotional baggage, old beliefs, and outdated thought patterns. By taking the time to assess these aspects of our lives, we can make conscious decisions about what to let go of and what to hold onto as we move forward. "I had divorce papers, I had emails, I had things that when I read them, I was like, oh my goodness, like, who was I and who was my ex because we both had grown up." "Does this spark joy? Does this belong in my future? Does this excite me? Does this align with my values? Does it represent who I am today?" Transforming Spaces and Minds: A Journey of Decluttering and Self-Discovery In this week's episode of "Muscles and Mindset," Ali Novitsky, MD shares a personal update, revealing that she recently rented a 15-foot dumpster as a Mother's Day gift to herself and went on a de-junking spree. Alongside her husband Mark, she cleaned out their garage, discarding items that had been unused for 12 years, which felt incredibly liberating. She also mentions making some upgrades around the house, including a new sauna room and a soon-to-be-finished studio for recording content. Topic Discussion The episode focuses on facing recurring, tough issues that continue to surface in our lives. Dr. Novitsky discusses unresolved emotional issues such as body image concerns, people-pleasing behaviors, and feelings of unfulfillment, emphasizing that these issues will persist until addressed. She shares a personal story about feeling unappreciated on Mother's Day and how confronting those uncomfortable feelings allowed her to move on quickly and feel more empowered. Additionally, she talks about how old patterns and thoughts, particularly related to body image and weight loss, can resurface during stressful times. The key, she notes, is not to push these feelings away but to acknowledge them and understand their underlying messages. The core of this episode is about facing unresolved emotional issues that keep resurfacing in our lives. Here are some key points: Emotional Baggage: We all have unresolved issues that we can't hide from. These issues often resurface during stressful times. Personal Example: Dr. Ali shares a personal story about feeling unappreciated on Mother's Day. Despite knowing that her family appreciates her, she felt disappointed. She decided to voice her feelings, which was a big step as she often struggles with setting boundaries and expressing her needs. Body Image: Dr. Ali discuss how old patterns and thoughts about body image can resurface, especially during stressful times. It's crucial to acknowledge these thoughts and feelings rather than suppress them. Feeling Unfulfilled: Dr. Ali talks about the importance of identifying what makes us feel unfulfilled and taking steps to address it. It's easy to blame external factors, but true fulfillment comes from within. Practical Tips Acknowledge Your Feelings: Don't push away negative thoughts or feelings. Acknowledge them and try to understand what they are telling you. Voice Your Needs: It's important to express your needs and feelings, even if it feels uncomfortable. Self-Compassion: Surround yourself with compassion, especially when dealing with body image issues or feelings of unfulfillment. Program Updates Dr. Ali also provides exciting updates about ongoing and upcoming programs, including the GLP-1 Weight Loss program, Transform® 8.0, 31 Days of FIT, Fit Woman Collective, and an upcoming retreat in the Berkshires. Additionally, there's a new program called Muscles and Mindset on the horizon, which will offer a cost-effective strength training regimen for anyone on a health journey.
