J'ai une pensée en votre nom à tous, pour celles et ceux qui sont seuls au cinéma, malades de bons films, dans l'épreuve ou le dénuement. Je sais comme la situation est difficile pour beaucoup d'entre vous, placés devant des souffrances filmiques et les malheurs du cinéma états-unien, et je veux vous dire notre soutien et notre affection.Grâce à l'engagement de tous, grâce à vous, nous tenons. Oui, notre émission tient.Fort de ses institutions, des emplois de ses chroniqueurs dans les services publics, fort de ses armées de cinéphages qui sont les plus efficaces d'Europe, par l'engagement de ses soldats du celluloïd. Fort de notre économie, où jamais autant de membres de cette émission n'ont eu un emploi. Nous assistons au retour des empires médiatiques, des trusts, à la remise en cause de l'ordre international, un monde de guerres commerciales, de compétition technologique, souvent d'instabilité.Je vois aussi nos propres divisions, au sein même de cette émission, nos tops en témoignent. La baisse de notre cinéphagie, l'insécurité filmique, les difficultés de pouvoir de temps de visionnage.Je sais toutes les impatiences, parfois les colères, qui continuent d'exister dans le pays et je partage plusieurs d'entre elles. Ces urgences exigent des réponses. Dès les premières semaines de l'année qui s'ouvre, le Politburo et le Comité Central auront à bâtir des accords pour doter l'émission d'un budget. C'est indispensable. Renforcer encore notre économie en simplifiant les règles pour nos pirates, comme pour nos légalistes. Continuer à reprendre le contrôle de nos films françaises et européens face à la chronologie des médias illégalement explosée, poursuivre la formation de nos intervenants cinéma et donner les moyens à école et apprentis au cinéma afin de mieux transmettre les savoirs fondamentaux, reconnaître les compétences de nos critiques en ville comme en région, en simplifiant leur exercice et en leur permettant de davantage décider et d'organiser leur activité. Pour tout cela, et j'aurais pu égrener ici tous les chantiers qui nous attendent, je sais les forces vives d'En Attendant Godard à la tâche et déterminé à être utile à la cinéphilie et je veux ce soir les en remercier sincèrement. Cela supposera aussi la mobilisation de chacun et les efforts de tous.Cette année doit donc être et sera une année utile.Je veillerai tout particulièrement à ce que plusieurs grands chantiers puissent aboutir. Nous verrons les premiers pas du service national pour l'engagement de nos jeunes, qui renforcera le lien entre nos armées et la nation. Nous protégerons nos enfants et nos adolescents des films de Desplechin et des marvel.Je serai, jusqu'à la dernière seconde, au travail, tâchant chaque jour d'être à la hauteur du mandat que vous ne m'avez pas confié, et je ferai tout pour que rien ne change, en restant particulièrement à l'abri de toute ingérence étrangère.Au-delà des chantiers à mener, je veux avoir, pour notre émission, trois vœux.D'abord, un vœu d'unité. Quels que soient les défis, notre histoire nous enseigne que nous pouvons tout relever, tout affronter, si nous savons rester unis. N'oublions donc jamais que nos raisons de vivre ensemble sont chaque jour plus fortes que ce qui peut nous diviser, que les flots des urgences, des faits divers ou des mauvaises nouvelles. Notre unité exige de reconnaître que chaque cinéphile, chaque cinéphage a un rôle à jouer pour relever les défis qui sont devant nous, que chacun d'entre nous est nécessaire et doit être encouragé et reconnu. Oui, dans notre vie de chaque jour, au fond, je nous souhaite plus de bienveillance et plus d'humanité.Mon deuxième vœu est un vœu de force, d'indépendance. Notre indépendance exige que nous continuions d'investir dans nos apéros, dans nos forces d'ébriété, dans nos comptoirs de proximité et notre économie malgré les difficultés financières. Depuis 10 ans, j'ai beaucoup plaidé et nous avons beaucoup fait pour renforcer en Rennais cette indépendance et il nous faut accélérer. F1's surge in popularity in the last five years is not because the sport itself has notably changed or improved. It is because people have discovered it, a sleeping giant. The sport lends itself so well to social media - being such a visually rich spectacle. With its extreme personalities and electrifying speed, it is also a wonderful platform for storytelling.  This week we are going to explore this side of the sport with one of the great photographers of the modern era of F1, Darren Heath. Darren works with speed, spectacle and personality. He freezes it, capturing a moment that would otherwise be lost forever, memorializing it for people around the world to enjoy. So what goes through his mind when he looks through the viewfinder and presses the shutter? How does he weave rich storytelling into an image? Which drivers' faces are the most interesting? How do today's compare to the greats like Senna, Prost and Schumacher? When he is trackside, the cars moving at 180mph a few feet away, what aspects of F1 does he see that don't come across for fans on other media like TV or the written word? Este es un podcast muy especial, muy personal y plagado de anécdotas, algunas os aseguro que divertidas. Creo que os va a entretener y que, con suerte, algo podéis aprender. A ver si acierto. Los seguidores más fieles pensaréis algo así que “este podcast ya lo has hecho...” pues no. Cierto que hace 4 años hicimos un podcast titulado “El arte de pilotar bajo la lluvia” … pues bien, a pesar de lo parecido del título, no tienen nada que ver uno con otro…. Es más, creo que son complementarios. Pero mejor que veas este a antes y el otro después. Este es un podcast que me ha pedido uno de mis amigos miembros del canal y que él mismo me ha recomendado que lo haga en “abierto” … a pesar de ser tan personal, porque os cuento trucos y claves a través de anécdotas. Es un podcast centrado en la competición, pero cuyos trucos y consejos son en gran medida aplicables en la conducción de cada día. 1. Máximo como Senna. Consejo: Sé tenaz. No juzguéis el título de esta parte sin escuchar la historia. 2. Nadie nace aprendido. Consejo: Pues aprende. En realidad, esta es la conclusión de la primera parte, nadie nace enseñado y por muchas cualidades que tengas, tienes que formarlas. 3. Last minute. Consejo: Aprovecha el tiempo. En las carreras cada segundo es oro puro… ¡qué digo cada segundo! ¡Cada milésima! Ya veis como en la F1 apuran el tiempo para rodar lo más tarde posible en las clasificaciones. 4. ¿Llueve? ¡Acelera! Consejo: Inteligencia. Usa la cabeza. Cuando en una carrera los pilotos comienzan a ver gotas en el parabrisas y tienen que usar los “limpias” bajan el ritmo… pero tú no debes bajar el ritmo, ¡acelera! ¡A tope! 5. La famosa “anti-trazada”. Consejo: Observa. Observa y aprende… de los buenos. Esta anécdota la he contado, pero tengo que volver a contarla. 6. Tres claves… Consejo: Suavidad. Estas tres claves son suavidad, suavidad y suavidad. Hay que buscar mantener la velocidad a lo largo de la curva y frenar, girar el volante y acelerar con mucha suavidad. 7. Disfruta el momento. Consejo: Créetelo. Confía en ti, en tus posibilidades, en tus habilidades. Ten la cabeza fría, pero disfruta el momento… recuerdo en una carrera en el circuito de Cheste, en Valencia, España. Un momento muy especial. 8. ¡Escucha la radio! Consejo: Déjate aconsejar. Si tienes radio, escucha lo que te dicen y haz caso… suelen tener más información que tú. Un unas 3 horas del Jarama hice equipo con un buen amigo, pilotazo, pero en este caso no voy a decir el nombre . 9. La importancia de la estrategia. Consejo: Sigue un plan. Sobre todo, en resistencia y en carreras largas importan más la estrategia que la velocidad… Fue mi caso en las 3 horas del Jarama de 2007 que ganamos gracias a la brillante estrategia de mi buen amigo Luis Alberto Izquierdo, un crack par estas cosas… y eso que al volante parecía una locura… 10. ¡Cómo se para esto! Consejo: No te confíes. He cometido errores como piloto, aunque mi mayor pecado es más la falta de velocidad que los errores… pero igual que te digo que debes creer en ti, te digo que no te confíes… Conclusión. ¡Como me gustan las carreras! Y si son con lluvia, mejor… Coche del día. Tengo difícil no repetirme, porque creo que todos mis coches de carreras. Así que puestos a solar me encantaría disputar las 24 Horas de Montmeló, una carrera mágica, con un Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II… ¿a qué no es mal plan?

Everything was fine except that they found 1 innocuous polyp (now excised) and a dark colored colon. Due to the color, they asked me if I take stimulant laxatives, which I do not with regularity. Ive probably taken 2 bottles of Senna in my life, so I dont think that would be the cause. I rarely take stim. laxatives due to dependance risks. I do take mag07 every day, which is oxygenated mag oxide to help with bio-availability. I wanted to ask if you would know what else might cause this darkening? Are there any health issues that could be the cause? Im 40 and have been diagnosed with functional dyspepsia and mild gastritis from an endoscopy. This special episode of Data Driven F1 focuses on Ayrton Senna's mindset.Patrick Henz explores the cognitive behaviors that set Senna apart from the rest of the field, including faith, self-actualization, dehumanization, and humanization. Senna is a stimulant laxative. Its pharmacological activity comes from natural compounds called sennosides. Metabolites act locally in the colon to stimulate peristalsis, thereby accelerating bowel movements. While osmotic laxatives are generally considered first-line laxative agents, this makes senna a useful alternative for the short-term treatment of constipation. The pharmacokinetics of senna are unique in that its onset of action typically takes 6 to 12 hours after oral administration, reflecting the time required for colonic bacteria to metabolize sennosides into active compounds. This delayed onset makes senna better suited for bedtime dosing when overnight relief is desired. Although senna is effective, its use carries potential adverse effects. Common side effects include abdominal cramping, diarrhea, and, rarely, electrolyte disturbances such as hypokalemia. Chronic or excessive use can lead to dependency and possibly melanosis coli, a benign but visible pigmentation of the colon lining. Drug interactions may occur, particularly with medications affected by potassium levels, such as digoxin or diuretics. For these reasons, senna is generally recommended for short-term use, with emphasis on evaluating underlying causes of constipation before long-term therapy is considered.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. welcomes former Cup Series driver & 1978 Karting World Champion Lake Speed to the studio to learn about his path from karts to Cup. Without the support of his parents, Lake had to chase the racing dream on his own, and started a karting business out of his house to fuel the fire. After finding success stateside, Lake ventured to Europe to pursue the ultimate achievement in karting: The World Championships. After a few embarrassing first attempts racing internationally, Lake finally won it all in 1978, beating future F1 Champion Ayrton Senna.  After achieving the highest honor in the karting world, Lake shares why he wanted to move to NASCAR, and looks back at the moment he busted his ass in his first handful of laps in a Cup car. Lake opens up on his deep connection to faith, and how he learned to trust the inner voice in his head. Once he started trusting that voice, everything changed for him, and he went on to deliver an impressive second place finish in the Daytona 500 and a win at Darlington several years later. Dale & Lake close out the interview by discussing his relief efforts following Davey Allison's passing, his fight with Michael Waltrip, and his experience working with the Motor Racing Outreach. Even at 77 years old, Lake still races. That alone should tell you this is a conversation you have to hear.
