Titans Talk. Sports talk.
The context behind individual awards like MVP and Coach Of The Year is really what matters. Who was the supporting cast and did they play their role? It isn't a residual award either, meaning branching together past success. It's a a very present reward. Also if you like NFL Draft talk stay stuned for an early '22 QB Class Rankings.
Titans have climbed to the top of the AFC rankings. Credit is due.
Titans don't look good without their stars and that's a depth issue but one thing they are is resilient. Niners have some game management issues. Margin for error, paired with QB mechanics/limitations leads me to believe Trey Lance should be more part of the gameplan.
Give credit to the many people who have dedicated their lives to higher studies but let's be conscientious on the fact that holistic knowledge can be as useful.
Urbs out. Titans Shutout. Steelers Week. All in 15 minutes. Enjoy!
In a not so x's and o's podcast. I talk about a very relatable topic. Are you the 'go to' guy in the marketplace? How do you maneuver through and with that truth? Once flowers are given out to others remind or even ask yourself...Do I even like flowers?
In the previous episode we talked about the good and the bad from the Tennessee Titans in the first 10 weeks. The good has been neutralized and the bad has come to play. We've talked about this ad nauseam. How will the Titans rebound?
Welcome back! In this episode we discuss what's been working for the Tennessee Titans and what problems may arise as we go into December. Tune in to get a 2nd Opinion on Titans Football.
As I did with my constructed roster for the Titans (Barnes University Super Bowl Champs) I ran reports on the current Titans roster to see how well they could play together. Tune in for me detail!
The Tennessee Titans are a team in need of leadership and depth. Going all in for one player has it's apparent benefits but it also shows a tale as old as time. TN sports has had it's moments of glory but how can they become truly legendary? Tune in to find out!
Titans have interest in several UDFAs. Who will emerge as the steal from that group? Titans have allocated tons of capital to special teams at the expense of possibly adding more dynamic talent.
In this episode we go on a wild journey of team building ideology and strategy. Also what player was obviously born to be a Titan.
Let's go over Titans picks from 1st to their final selection. Plus let's go over what fair critique and ignorant critique looks like. I was asked how I felt about Titans Twitter crowns being passed around. I explain in the podcast :)
Gear up for a long one. New series that will critique and cross check my evaluations. The fans are somewhat fuel to push this franchise to where it needs to be. Where do I get the confidence? That's simple, the WORK ETHIC. #SweatEquity
This episode we get an update on #Titans free agency. Then here comes the flowers! You get a shout out! You get a shout! SHOUTING OUT THE STUDS OF TITANS TWITTER! Tune in to see who was included.
Every year I send my report to an analytics buddy. He then puts it through thousands of simulations to audit my roster and see how good it actually is. This year it hit the jackpot!
Can your team even beat the best team in your division? If not, how are you building a Super Bowl Champion?
Learning at my own pace. Organized and Efficient.
Don't start none. Won't be none. Titans mouths led to unnecessary motivation for Ravens and an underlying gaffe of allowing yourself to be one dimensional looms after constantly being reminded to change things up.
The Draft Community is a growing place. More access and analytics have evened the playing field.
Titans have a very simple formula for success. It's EXOTIC SMASHMOUTH. That term is not yet dated or obsolete. Titans 3 headed Monster fuels their wins. But what happens when one or more is not clicking?
Going into his 5th season as Titans GM. Jon Robinson has formulated a team of 99% of his personal acquisitions. Not often a GM gets to that point. After an impressive 8-3, start, his team is primed to make noise. Will they succeed?
From several different lifestyle changes and added things to my plate, listen to how I learned from a very turbulent 2019.
Players play but coaches coach. Mike Vrabel just stamped his name on the Coach of the Year ballot.
Reviewing the Vikings game and looking forward to our guest on Be So Good and Assembling Titans this week.
Reviewing the 9/20 matchup vs. Jags and setting up the topic format for the Be So GUd series episode this weekend.
Charles goes over the TEN vs DEN game and what the Titans should do to ensure a better overall operation moving forward.
Analysis of the Titans Roster. Strengths and Weaknesses.
In this episode you will be briefed on how the most pertinent news of Clowney's decision came to be. You'll also be educated on how Clowney fits in the Titans defense in layman's terms. Enjoy!
Updates on Jadeveon Clowney's decision.
The NBA GOAT DEBATE has been stirred up again due to a recent documentary released by MJ. It's important to give credit to LBJ as his 2016 title should be appreciated more and Kobe's 60 point last game was absolutely legendary and MJ's ability to take time off then reconvene and win championships is all GOAT worthy. But I tell you who the real GOAT is in the 30 minute podcast. It's the best way to view the discussion.
An organic freestyle about what's going on in Titan land and the free agents @BU_Scouting would've targeted this off-season.
Chiefs built this team the right way and a since fired GM had a huge hand in forming them. Plus as the Titans' magical season concludes how are we supposed to look at the recent letdown.
This journey has been fun but now it's time for change. ✌
The Tennessee Titans got better on paper than most teams this off-season. However ignored two important position groups where they should've over compensated. IF they had really took into account of who they were going to play in 2019. They drafted for an "imaginary future" (look who's talking lol) instead of winning the year.
Support for Titans' Tannehill has been quiet this year because of the majority's love for Mariota. Never again. The best player should've gotten the nod from the start. Also call it delusion but I'm either being trolled by the Titans or honestly they steal (or borrow) my ideas a lot. Specifically this year when I'm literally putting it in their face. Listen and I'll explain.
Fun times in Titan Land. What kind of fan are you? Who do you like better CMC or DHen? Jack of All Trades or The King?
Since defeating New England last regular season the Titans have not beat a team with a winning record. Truth is they are consistent just not against teams with any above average aspect to their game. Simmons and Jayon Brown are J Rob's most cunning draft picks. When going for it on 4th make sure it's clear in body language. Let me explain. Tune in.
Here at Assembling Titans this game couldn't have gone any more as projected but the actual execution of it all is what makes it entertaining. Titans win in dramatic fashion. Tune in to get the details!
This story will be talked about ad nauseam. I'm over it. Leadership isn't black and white either. Especially when we talk about how it's perceived. To say no one wants our players just shows how ill prepared some are when it comes to talent.
Titans still treat my evals as a fanatic's hobby as opposed to sound counsel on winning and truly igniting and inspiring a fanbase. To each his own.
Enjoy this extensive and unique analysis of the current state of the Tennessee Titans after Week 5 from the most underrated talent evaluator in the country.
Still grinding and getting better personally.
I study successful people traits and mannerisms. Staying even keel is a common thread amongst longevity. Vrabel seems to apply that ideology often during his conferences with media.
This episode is a bar conversationalist's dream. From new offensive and defensive concepts to the human nature side of officiating tune in and be sure to share your side!
Titans lose to Jags 20-7. What can be done to right the ship!
Most of the best QBs in the league either started on the bench or had competition at their position. Why are #1 picks in this constant cyle of poor roster dynamics and we need more diversification in the front office to better suit the players being brought in.
Titans lose 19-17 to the Colts. They're 3-18 the last 21 meetings. The Titans employed a good gameplan but wasn't great at individual execution. Listen as I give my opinion on the lackluster offensive outing.
Titans won big and it should be rejoiced but there's some things that may hold them back in tighter contests and vs. better prepared opponents.
