The interviews conducted by Will are thought-provoking and engaging, introducing new concepts and inviting curiosity. This podcast serves as a valuable source for learning, allowing individuals to step out of their echo chambers and find new thought leaders.
Another standout aspect of this podcast is Will's ability to break down complicated topics and investigate nuance. From losing his father at a young age to emigrating to America- never feeling "normal" and rather believed he was born in the wrong body and of the wrong gender. This is a conversation I had today with a frequent commenter on my Instagram account. While it was not as productive, as I would have hoped, I believe that a primary reason why it didn't evolve into angry, personal attacks and ugliness is because I maintained a commitment to my “three pillars” of humility, genuine, curiosity, and grace . The conversation was about politics and at the core of it, I believe that disagreements or misunderstandings about the difference between objectivity and subjectivity are the root of disagreement . Whether it be due to ego, ideological possession, or something else… Applying the strategies that I breakdown in my free guide “Debate to Dialogue” helped maintain a sense of TRYING to be productive. In the episode, I covered questions like what or who is the deep state and whether the deep state is just normal human nature. We talk about how I deal with online haters and troll who come after me for my behavior and opinions as well as how important it is to adopt a mindset that is not based on one single identity or belief. We dive into detail on the importance of criticial thinking and the current problems in our school system. And last but not least, I share some personal reflections on why I decided to step into this social media/entrepreneur role, what my journey to faith has been like and what advice I would give to keep your relationship successful and healthy. — DOWNLOAD MY FREEBIES — Debate To Dialogue: https://www.cylinderradio.com/debatetodialogue The Social Solution: https://www.cylinderradio.com/thesocialsolution — SUPPORT MY WORK — Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/willreusch Instagram: https://instagram.com/willreusch My Website: https://willreusch.com

On this episode of Cylinder Radio, I speak with Calvin Lunt, a young man from the UK who formerly lived as a trans-woman and has since transitioned back to living as his birth gender. Calvin shares the story of how spirituality and self-discovery helped him come to terms with himself and finally break free from the masks he wore to escape from his own self-hatred. He shares the story of his childhood, how we slowly stepped into the world of drag and with time, started identifying as transgender. He talks about desire to keep running from himself and taking his escapism to higher and higher extremes. He then touches on his experience with transitioning and how he finally realised that he wasn't actually a trans woman , he was a gay man. Lastly, we discuss the dangers of socially rewarding LGBTQ children, whether puberty blockers are really irreversible and if pushing transgenderism is actually an ingrained form of homophobia. — LEARN MORE ABOUT CALVIN — Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/calvinlunt/ Calvin's Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/5SYWRgcEvFnO0IHw5PBLFW — CHECK OUT MY FREEBIES — Debate To Dialogue: https://www.cylinderradio.com/debatetodialogue The Social Solution: https://www.cylinderradio.com/socialsolution — TIMESTAMPS — 0:00 Intro 4:58 Calvin's childhood 10:46 Introduction to Drag 13:50 Beginning to play with gender 18:24 Beginning to transition 22:38 Medical transition 24:54 The complexity of identification 27:16 The dangers of socially rewarding LGBTQ children 34:17 Puberty Blockers 39:46 Calvin's experience with hormones 45:24 Is pushing transgenderism actually homophobic? 52:12 Outro — LISTEN TO CYLINDER RADIO — Podcast: https://cylinderradio.libsyn.com/ Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/cylinder-radio/id1448662116 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3ACgZ7hMoBuuC1cmc9oLoP — SUPPORT MY WORK — My Website: https://www.cylinderradio.com/ Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/willreusch Instagram: https://instagram.com/willreusch
