What is my body type? There are three body types: ectomorph, endomorph, and mesomorph. If you are lean and long, find it challenging to build muscle, and have ever been accused of being a ‘beanpole', you're probably an ectomorph. If you tend to be on the heavier side and find it difficult to lose body fat, you are likely an endomorph. If you find it easy to gain muscle and have a high metabolism, you may be a mesomorph. However, please be aware that you are unlikely to be strictly one of these body types, and they exist as a scale between all of them. Think of it as a triangle. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ecofitnessbykorina/message

Be Genuine: Authenticity is key. Be yourself and encourage your date to do the same. Genuine conversations are more likely to lead to meaningful connections. Listen Actively: Pay attention to what your date is saying. Show interest by maintaining eye contact, nodding, and asking follow-up questions. Listening actively shows that you value their thoughts and opinions. Ask Open-Ended Questions: Open-ended questions encourage conversation to flow naturally and allow for deeper discussions. Instead of asking yes or no questions, try to ask questions that prompt your date to share more about themselves. Share Stories and Experiences: Don't be afraid to share stories and experiences from your own life. This can help you bond with your date and find common interests. Avoid Controversial Topics: While it's important to be open and honest, it's best to avoid controversial topics like politics and religion, especially in the early stages of dating. These topics can sometimes lead to arguments and tension. Stay Positive: Keep the conversation light and positive. Avoid complaining or talking negatively about past relationships or experiences. Use Humor Wisely: A well-placed joke or witty comment can help lighten the mood and make your date feel more comfortable. Just be mindful of your date's sense of humor and avoid offensive jokes. Pay Compliments: Genuine compliments can go a long way in making your date feel appreciated and special. Compliment their appearance, personality, or something they've accomplished. Be Mindful of Body Language: Pay attention to your body language as well as your date's. Maintain good posture, make eye contact, and smile to show that you're engaged and interested. Follow Up on Shared Interests: If you discover common interests or hobbies, consider making plans to explore them together in the future. This can help strengthen your connection and give you something to look forward to.

I wasn't going to post this as I threw music together last minute for my final recording post 4 week DJ Course with Alan Keane from Camden Academy Dublin. I booked into a 4 week DJ course with Alan to learn the basics of how to use the DJ controllers and get started playing music. Work in progress, so I guess this set will be the first of many.. Now to practice and actually put some thought into the tunes for the next set... I would highly recommend Alan. He is a great teacher who leads with positive kindness and motivation.
