Con esos datos elaborouse unha curva para predecir cando iba a chegar o pico de gripe para que o sistema estivera preparado. Agora estamos enviando esos datos semanalmente”. 🔊“Non Demorables son medicamentos que o paciente non pode deixar de tomar. Nós comprobamos que non hai recetas dispoñibles e da pauta correcta. Nos chamamos a un número da Consellería no que hai un médico e que valida a información que lle damos e se comprometen no prazo de dúas horas de chamar ao paciente e de xerar a receta”. 🔊“Persoas con dereito á asistencia sanitaria e farmacéutica con cargo ao Sistema Público de Saúde de Galicia, de 70 anos ou máis e 10 ou máis prescricións activas crónicas de medicamentos, que presentan problemas de incumprimento da terapia ou dificultades para o correcto uso dos medicamentos por déficits de autonomía física ou psíquica, e viven sós/as ou non teñen unha rede de apoio sociofamiliar adecuada para o mantemento dos tratamentos instaurados”. 📢FARMACIAS SENTINELA Foi un tema que tivo moito impacto a nivel da sociedade, porque foi recollido en varias ocasións en prensa, televisión e recibiu o premio Perfecto Feijoo da RAFG, premio que distingue as iniciativas que contribúen a destacar a imaxe e a consideración social da farmacia galega e recentemente recibiu o premio Acción Farmacéutica que concede Redacción Médica. Esta rede de farmacias sentinela, iniciouse cun piloto no mes de decembro, e está formada a día de hoxe por 70 oficinas de farmacia distribuídas entre as catro provincias da seguinte forma: 30 farmacias na provincia da Coruña, 10 farmacias na provincia de Lugo, 10 farmacias na provincia de Ourense e 20 farmacias na provincia de Pontevedra. Estas farmacias achegaron información relacionada coa dispensación de determinados medicamentos (antigripais) e produtos sanitarios (test COVID E GRIPE) semanalmente, co fin de monitorar a súa dispensación e obter datos que están a ser integrados nos sistemas de vixilancia epidemiolóxica, no proxecto PREDÍ-FAR para a predición epidemiolóxica da gripe. Este proxecto é o inicio dunha colaboración máis ampla que se vai a levar a cabo coa Dirección de Saúde Pública da Consellería de Sanidade, e o noso obxectivo debe ser que un maior número das farmacias da provincia pasen a formar parte da Rede de Farmacias Sentinela, poñendo en valor o noso compromiso e colaboración para a mellora da saúde da poboación 📢PROGRAMA NON DEMORABLES Trátase dunha medida excepcional para renovar a prescrición dun só envase dunha determinada medicación, “medicación non demorable”, nos casos nos que o paciente non dispoña de receita nin desa medicación para 72 horas. 💡A listaxe dos medicamentos non demorables actualmente componse de 5 terapias: ✅Antidiabética: insulinas ✅Antiepiléptica e anticonvulsivante só para tratamento epilepsia ✅Antipsicótica en enfermidade psiquiátrica e demencia ✅Inmunosupresora do paciente transplantado ✅Cardivascular: nitratos, betabloqueantes, calcioantagonistas, heparinas e anticoagulantes de acción directa e agonistas alfa adrenérgicos. Nos casos nos que un paciente solicita un destes medicamentos de maneira urxente, hai un procedemento cun número de teléfono ao que o farmacéutico poderá chamar de luns a venres de 9 a 9 para que un profesional técnico renove a prescrición. Comprobar que o paciente non ten receitas activas e que non dispón de medicación para máis aló de 72 horas. Comprobar que o medicamento solicitado está en listaxe de non demorables Realizar unha chamada ao número de teléfono habilitado, de luns a venres de 9 a 21. Profesional técnico-verificación. Agendará unha cita telefónica para a renovación da prescrición confirmando co farmacéutico o número de teléfono de contacto do paciente. Prazo estimado da chamada o menor posible, compromiso 2 horas. Esta renovación excepcional empeza cunha pilotaxe desas 5 terapias, pero poderá actualizarse nun futuro, polo que será importante que desde as farmacias colaboremos detectando as diferentes casuísticas que se presentan e os medicamentos que máis solicitan con urxencia, por iso cando se envíe a documentación incluirase un formulario para o seu rexistro, e presentar os resultados na comisión de seguimento. 📢PROGRAMA DE MELLORA DA ADHERENCIA TERAPÉUTICA A TRAVÉS DA PREPARACIÓN E ENTREGA DE SISTEMAS PERSONALIZADOS DE DOSIFICACIÓN Persoas con dereito á asistencia sanitaria e farmacéutica con cargo ao Sistema Público de Saúde de Galicia, de 70 anos ou máis e 10 ou máis prescricións activas crónicas de medicamentos (independentemente da forma farmacéutica), que presentan problemas de incumprimento da terapia ou dificultades para o correcto uso dos medicamentos por déficits de autonomía física ou psíquica, e viven sós/as ou non teñen unha rede de apoio sociofamiliar adecuada para o mantemento dos tratamentos instaurados. Calquera profesional sanitario do Servizo Galego de Saúde, farmacéuticos/as comunitarios/as (de oficina de farmacia) e traballadores/as sociais, poden propoñer a inclusión dos/das pacientes nesta nova prestación. Unha vez detectado o/a paciente susceptible de inclusión, será derivado á/ao súa/seu enfermeira/o ou á/ao súa/seu FAP do centro de saúde. Con la llegada del mes de abril vamos con un nuevo capítulo de Triatlón con Mayúsculas, y en esta ocasión con cuatro protagonistas. Comenzamos con Marina Muñoz y Nacho Gálvez, subcampeona y Campeón de España y que estarán en la línea de salida de los Campeonatos del Mundo de Duatlón que se celebrarán en Pontevedra los próximos 20 y 21 de junio. La deportista del Triatlón Soriano ha sido la gran dominadora de las primeras competiciones del año, con el permiso de la flamante campeona de España María Varo. Su objetivo principal este año será el Mundial de Triatlón Cros que también se celebrará en Pontevedra, y a medio plazo seguir trabajando en la natación para ver el nivel al que puede llegar en el triatlón internacional. Por su parte, Nacho Gálvez logró con su título nacional de duatlón en Cáceres la plaza directa para el Mundial de Pontevedra, donde ya había conseguido plaza para competir también en los Mundiales de Duatlón y Triatlón Cros. El objetivo a corto plazo de Nacho es muy alto, con tres medallas en Pontevedra, pero sin dejar de lado el objetivo último: ser olímpico en los próximos ciclos. A continuación le tocó el turno a los dos deportistas extremeños que fueron profetas en su tierra y que recibieron un merecido homenaje por parte de las instituciones locales, de la FETRI, de la FEXTRI y de sus familias y amigos una vez que finalizó el campeonato de España Élite. Co Sonia Bejarano y Kini Carrasco repasamos sus vidas deportivas, su plano más personal y el éxito vivido en la ciudad extremeña. Por último, y qué mejor forma de acabar este mes, un invitado de lujo con más de 100 Ironmanes a sus espaldas, Carlos Ramírez. Un triatleta mítico, que sigue compitiendo más de 30 años después y que además es miembro de la Junta Directiva y asiduo de nuestras competiciones. O seu primeiro traballo discográfico, Sete saias, dúo de arpas e voces editado por Pai Música, foi publicado no ano 2007 co que obtivo un grande recoñecemento por parte da crítica musical. Forma parte do Dúo Clara Pino & Pablo Vidal, e compaxina a súa actividade musical coa docencia no ensino secundario e a escrita. José Mejuto Bernárdez fue un obrero gallego nacido en 1906 y fusilado por el franquismo en 1937. Su nieta Ana, argentina, quiso conocer la historia de su abuelo y publicó “Cartas de un condenado a muerte”. El libro tiene el prólogo de Eduardo Galeano, que explica mejor que yo la historia de José: “Ana quería conocer al abuelo que no conoció. Él estaba, está, en las cartas que había escrito desde la cárcel. Este obrero gallego fue detenido porque sí, fue encarcelado por las dudas y por las dudas fue fusilado y enterrado sin nombre y con número". Acá va una de esas cartas, un texto precioso lleno de la dignidad de un espíritu sereno que muere con la conciencia tranquila porque no le hizo mal a nadie. A mi queridísima esposa y compañera.Mi amada Alejandra: me pongo a escribirte estas últimas letras después de la visita que me has hecho hace un momento. Aún suenan en mis oídos aquellas dulces palabras entrecortadas por la emoción, cuando me decías llena de fe: “tú no puedes morir porque eres inocente” ¡Oh! ¡Alejandra de mi vida! ¡Qué feliz me hacías con aquellas palabras! Yo bien sabía que estaba condenado a morir inocente como uno de tantos otros mártires y que todas cuantas gestiones hicieses resultarían inútiles. Pero no obstante te daba alientos para que vivieses con la esperanza de salvarme la vida, a fin de que sufrieses menos durante el tiempo que durara este preámbulo de la muerte. Y así sufría yo menos no viéndote sufrir a ti. Ahora te pido que no me llores más, ya me has llorado bastante. Muero con la conciencia tranquila que no le he hecho mal a nadie y que no me he manchado jamás las manos en sangre. Ten fe en el porvenir y sabe esperar y verás cómo llegará un día en que mi sangre derramada inocentemente, como la de millares de españoles, servirá para hacer justicia sobre esos cobardes asesinos. Cuando ese momento llegue, esos asesinos no morirán como muero yo, con el espíritu sereno y tranquilo porque tengo la conciencia limpia, sino que morirán con el miedo de los cobardes. Y ante sus ojos despavoridos les parecerá ver el espectro de las víctimas por ellos inmoladas. Y en sus oídos les parecerá también oír la voz de sus víctimas, que les dirán “vuestra hora ha llegado, morid pues cobardes”. Y llegará un día que hasta sus hijos los maldecirán. No así los nuestros, que bendecirán enormemente la memoria de sus padres. Ánimo, pues. Tienes un corazón muy grande y generoso. Tu conciencia es pura y limpia, y confío que tendrás valor para hacer frente a la vida. No te separes nunca de mamá y de Carmiña. En todos los momentos aconséjate con mamá como hasta aquí, pues ella es buena y santa y te aconsejará siempre bien. Protege a Carmiña como si fueses yo, ocupando tú mi puesto de hermano y de padre. Ella es buena, porque es mi hermana. Y te quiere mucho, porque has sido para ella, más que una hermana una madre. Vela por su porvenir y aconséjala en todo momento. Con tu bondad sabrás perdonarla y reprenderla a la vez en esas faltitas que todos cometemos en la vida. Y así muy juntitas todas, honrareis mi memoria. A mis cuatro hijos, a nuestros cuatro hijos, les dejo una carta. Puedes abrirla y leerla, y cuando sean mayores, se las lees muchas veces y las guardas. ¡Oh! Hijos míos, sois pequeñitos y no os dais cuenta de las amarguras por que pasa vuestro padre. Este padre que tanto os quiere. Alejandra: para que mi recuerdo viva siempre en ellos, relátales a menudo cómo jugaba con ellos, cómo les cantaba cogidos en mis brazos. María Santos repasa todas las noticias del sector. 1.- La compraventa de fincas rústicas creció el pasado mes de enero un 14,1%, llegando a las 14.130 propiedades, de acuerdo con la Estadística de Transmisiones de Derechos de la Propiedad publicada este jueves por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) . Según la entidad Cocampo, la provincia de Valencia encabezó la compraventa de fincas rústicas con 835 operaciones, seguida de Zaragoza (564), Murcia (556), Asturias (554) y Ciudad Real (542). En enero se vendieron más fincas rústicas en comparación con el mismo periodo del año anterior en 25 provincias. Este incremento en el número de operaciones lo lideraron Álava (95,2%), Guipúzcoa (66,7%), Ávila (58,5%), Lugo (39,6%), Pontevedra (38,6%), Almería (36,6%), Cádiz (34,0%) y Jaén (31,3%). 2.- Las lluvias que han marcado el invierno y las previsiones de precipitaciones para la primavera generan "incertidumbre" en el sector vitivinícola del Condado de Huelva. El Consejo Regulador de la Denominaciones Protegidas Condado de Huelva, Vinagre del Condado de Huelva e Indicación Geográfica Protegida Vino Naranja del Condado de Huelva ha expresado su "preocupación" por "las posibles consecuencias de este exceso de humedad en los viñedos que puede afectar al ciclo vegetativo de la vid, especialmente en su actual fase de brotación". Las condiciones de elevada humedad y temperaturas moderadas, como las actuales, pueden favorecer la aparición de enfermedades fúngicas que comprometen la salud de las plantas y la calidad de la cosecha". El Consejo Regulador de la DOP Condado de Huelva recomienda a los viticultores extremar las medidas de vigilancia y prevención en sus viñedos. 3.- La flota atunera española, agrupada en la Organización de Productores Asociados de Grandes Atuneros Congeladores (Opagac), se convertirá en la primera del sector pesquero español que presentará su oferta de empleo estable y de calidad y sus oportunidades de desarrollo profesional en Aula 2025, la feria de educación y orientación laboral que se celebrará en Madrid del 26 al 30 de marzo. En concreto, la flota, que es una de las más innovadoras y avanzadas del mundo en el entorno pesquero, enmarca su participación en Aula en su programa empleAtún, lanzado en 2023 para dar a conocer la diversidad de perfiles profesionales que precisa la pesca atunera. Durante la feria, la flota dará a conocer a estudiantes y profesionales una oferta de empleo, formación y desarrollo profesional poco conocida fuera de las comunidades costeras, pero altamente atractiva por sus amplias salidas laborales y sus condiciones sociolaborales. 4.- La próxima semana Andalucía reunirá los comités de sequía con la previsión de relajar las medidas" de restricciones sobre abastecimiento y regadío ya que "todos los sistemas" de embalses "ha mejorado" en la comunidad autónoma como consecuencia de este tren de borrascas. El titular de Agua ha señalado que la situación de la comunidad ha dado así "un vuelco", cuando "hace no demasiado tiempo la Junta de Andalucía se planteaba la necesidad de traer agua en barco para el abastecimiento de la ciudadanía". En concreto, la cuenca del Guadalquivir acumula actualmente 4.527 hm3 y se encuentra al 56,38% de su capacidad total. Este volumen supone un incremento del 10,16% (+816 hm3 ) en una semana. Esta demarcación ha aumentado en 2.123 hm3 en comparación con los datos de la misma semana de 2024, y en 686 hm3 respecto a la media de los últimos diez años. 5.- La Unión de Pequeños Agricultores y Ganaderos (UPA) ha lamentado este jueves que se haya frenado en el Congreso de los Diputados la creación de la Agencia Estatal de Información y Control Alimentarios, que "serviría de garante de los derechos de los agricultores y ganaderos". Consideran que la conversión de la Agencia de Información y Control Alimentarios O. A. (AICA) en agencia estatal, la dotaría de más recursos y mayor capacidad para ayudar a agricultores y ganaderos a obtener precios justos".
