Then add sliced meat to the pan, along with the red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and sriracha to taste. It's hard to go wrong with these ingredients, so feel free to experiment with the proportions. Once meat is thoroughly cooked, carefully stir in the coconut milk and heat through. Before serving, stir in the green onion slices and squeeze juice of half of the lime. Slice the other half of lime into pieces and place those slices on a separate plate with cilantro that guests can use at the table for garnish. Spoon over steamed rice.
