To look at Susan's resume, your first impression might be that she has an enviable corporate success story. Over 30 years of upward trajectory. A succession of increasingly powerful roles, and an income history that reflects my growing influence. Global assignments that allowed her to live and work in amazing places, helping thousands of individuals all over the world envision and then achieve their own potential. But people who know her best know that she spent her days and years in deep fear.
Mark Potts moved to Olathe, Kansas, when he was nine years old. As part of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, he had the opportunity to serve as the New Member Educator, a position that helps teach and mentor new classes of young men transitioning from high school into college. Holding that position was one of the most rewarding experiences in his life. During his tenure at Amazon, he was passionate about building his team and investing in others, but the transition to night shift led to mental health struggles. Over the next two years, he navigated through anxiety and depression with the help of loved ones, friends and mental health education.
James is passionate about leaving a positive impact through responsibility and leadership; two traits that were imparted to him and his siblings growing up in Nigeria. He lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife and kids and works as an Engineer for a midstream energy company.
Rachel Keck is a workplace culture coach and consultant. With training in the fields of psychology, sociology, and spiritual direction, she brings a wealth of experience and curiosity to both individuals and how those individuals create a collective. She founded Mosaic-Collaborative as a resource to leaders who are responsible for workplace culture as well as a service to those that nurture the clients and customers of service-based businesses.
