Instead, I believe it's about being in process. Accepting yourself. Appreciating who you are at every stage — past, present, and future.Many people struggle with their past, especially when they've changed or are trying to move forward. But learning to acknowledge that past and make peace with it is a huge step toward self-love. That doesn't mean you have to have everything figured out before forming meaningful relationships. Often, the relationships we build actually help us learn to love ourselves more deeply. But if you've found yourself stuck in repeated patterns — whether it's in friendships or romantic connections — it might be time to do some inner work and ask: what do I truly want from my relationships? And just as important, what am I willing to give?We're told to live life from the inside out, and that's not just a catchy phrase. I've been back in a weight loss phase myself for the last year. I've had to rework my routines, rethink how I cope with stress, and put some new structures in place while still giving myself the space to be human.I talk about the importance of having a solid foundation you can come back to no matter what life throws at you. I share how therapy, flexibility, and realistic self-talk have been key parts of that process for me. Life changes, and sometimes all it takes is one shift to make everything else feel out of sync.
