    On today's episode, I wanted to talk about the myth of a 'quick fix' and what this means.  The idea of a 'quick fix' is not a real thing and if you're truly  seeking real results, it is going to take time.  I really want to get it out of people's heads that there is no magic wand to fix whatever health issues it is that you may be experiencing.  I get into a few of these 'quick fixes', the most common I see being weight loss.  I hope you enjoy this short episode and take something away from it!  Thank you for listening!
