One of the most useful Tweets I've seen in a long time was published over thew weekend by @G_S_Bhogal - in 40 Tweets he explained 40 useful concepts he thinks we should know about..and these are amazing. From the laws of science to problem solving, how to handle trolls and beating procrastination and why powerful people lose their grip of reality - it's an incredible read. Check it out, on the hashtag DigitalMinuteUK. Twitter itself once again faces an uncertain future as Elon Musk's proposed takeover deal looks entirely dead. The 2 sides couldn't come to any sort of agreement about the number of fake accounts on the platform. My opinion is that Musk's 44 billion dollar takeover was a gross over valuation of what the company is actually worth. Up until now, anyone using Meta's virtual reality platform had to use it via a Facebook account. That rule is being ditched from next month, putting some distance between Meta and the Facebook brand. Amazon is to start using electric vans and e cargo bikes to make deliveries in Central London - the new vehicles will work out a central hub and be used for the final mile of deliveries, eventually this will spread across the UK. In America the company is moving ahead with its planned Drone deliveries - Prime Air will take to the skies to deliver packages in Lockeford, California later this year.
We thought B.J. and Brian were going to begin Friday's show talking all things NCAA Tournament but then the Packers decided to trade Davante Adams to the Raiders on Thursday evening. So that soaked up most of the time the fellas typically spend on 'Grab Bag Friday', instead it was all questions surrounding the move to deal the NFL's leading receiver. Jake Kocorowski swung by to help preview the Badgers opening round game in Milwaukee against Toothpaste U....Colgate. A couple of 'Best Tweets We Saw' to close out the first hour that featured an Indiana cheerleader's One Shining Moment and Iowa busting brackets galore.

When he's not writing about the media and running a PR agency, Ed Zitron is probably on Twitter, where he's curated a perfect experience for himself: He follows fascinating people who represent what he cares about, and aggressively mutes what he doesn't care for, including words like "doge," "stonk," and "Gamestop." "It's a melting pot of crap, just like my brain," he says. On today's show, Ed puts talks about four of his favorite accounts on Twitter: A https://twitter.com/PitchingNinja (baseball analyst) who seems like a genuinely fun person to hang out with; a https://twitter.com/hokucurnan (talented videographer) who makes cool stuff look cooler; a https://twitter.com/drewtoothpaste (musician/webcomic artist) who might kick your ass (at the right place and right time); and a https://twitter.com/greengiant_es (corporate account) that posted the greatest tweet in the history of Twitter. And on https://www.patreon.com/followfriday (our Patreon page), you can pledge any amount of money to get access to Follow Friday XL — our members-only podcast feed with exclusive bonus follows.
